Abstract

本发明公开一种电池盖卡扣结构,包括一电池盖,一装配于电池盖上的弹性件及一与电池盖卡合的主体,所述弹性件包括一固接部及与固接部一体连接的一夹持部,所述固接部与所述盖体相固接,所述夹持部上形成有一夹持狭槽,所述主体上朝向电池盖的表面形成有一凸体,所述凸体弹性地夹持于夹持狭槽内,从而所述盖体与主体相互卡扣。本发明结构简单,盖体与主体卡扣稳定,且可大大节省电子装置卡扣结构的设计空间。

电池盖卡扣结构
技术领域
本发明是关于一种电池盖卡扣结构。
背景技术
便携式电子装置上装有需经常开启的盖体,如电池盖,电池盖与电子装置主体的卡扣一般采用卡勾与卡槽卡扣。较常见为在电池盖的侧壁及两端设置卡勾,电子装置的壳体侧壁及两端对应电池盖的卡勾设置卡槽。通过推动电池盖,使电池盖的卡勾倾斜滑入电子装置的壳体的侧壁的卡槽内,卡勾与卡槽卡扣,可显现电池盖的安装于电子装置。然该种卡扣方式容易出现卡扣不紧的现象,电池盖易于从壳体上掉落。
现有亦采用卡勾与卡槽弹性卡扣的方式,如中国专利第03102952.3号专利,其揭示一种电池盖的卡扣结构,其包括一本体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹簧,本体上设置有凹槽,按钮底部连接有弹簧,按钮与弹簧均设置于凹槽内且按钮可于凹槽内弹性回复运动,按钮上设有卡勾,电池盖上设有卡槽,该卡勾可卡固于电池盖的卡槽内。将电池盖装配于本体上时,向下按压按钮,将电池盖沿导轨滑入,于弹簧的作用下,电池盖的卡槽与按钮上的卡勾相卡扣;取下电池盖时,按压按钮,推动所述电池盖,使电池盖的卡槽与按钮上的卡勾分离,则可取下电池盖。然该种电池盖的卡扣结构复杂,元件数量多,组装不方便。另外,该种电子盖的卡扣结构占用电子装置的内部的空间较大。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种使盖体相对壳体锁持稳定,结构简单,又占用电子装置内部空间小的卡扣结构。
一种电池盖卡扣结构,包括一电池盖,一装配于电池盖上的弹性件及一与电池盖卡合的主体,所述弹性件包括一固接部及与固接部一体连接的一夹持部,所述固接部与所述盖体相固接,所述夹持部上形成有一夹持狭槽,所述主体上朝向电池盖的表面形成有一凸体,所述凸体弹性地夹持于夹持狭槽内,从而所述盖体与主体相互卡扣。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过在盖体上设置一弹性件,该弹性件具有一夹持部,所述夹持部上形成有一夹持狭槽,利用弹性件的夹持狭槽与主体的凸体弹性夹持达成盖体与主体的稳定卡扣,该卡扣结构结构简单,且占用电子装置内部空间小。需要卡扣所述盖体时,通过推动盖体使盖体的夹持部与主体上的凸体弹性地夹持,从而达成盖体与主体相互卡扣。需要开启盖体时,只需与装配盖体时反方向推动盖体,使盖体的夹持部与所述凸块脱离,从而可便捷地打开盖体。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例一电池盖卡扣结构100包括一电池盖10、一装配于电池盖10上的弹性件20及一与电池盖10卡合的主体30。
请一并参阅图3,所述电池盖10的内表面上形成有若干卡固体12,其凸设于电池盖10的内表面上,用于卡固所述弹性件20于电池盖10上。本实施例中,所述卡固体12包括三第一卡固体122及二第二卡固体124,所述第一卡固体122为开设有夹槽的矩形体,该三第一卡固体122呈三角状设置于电池盖10的内表面。所述第二卡固体124为二矩形体,该二第二卡固体124平行设置于所述第一卡固体122限定的三角形内部。
所述弹性件20为一弹性材料弯折形成,其包括一固接部22及与固接部22一体连接的一夹持部24。在本实施例中为一不锈钢条弯折成大致一具开口的圆圈结构,所述固接部22为不锈钢条绕成一的圆弧且该圆弧大致形成一圆圈,该固接部22用于与所述电池盖10上的第一卡固体122相卡持,以使弹性件20固接于电池盖10上。所述夹持部24为弯折于所述固接部22二端的二弯折段2422形成,该二弯折段2422分别朝所述固接部22构成的圆圈内部弯折且关于圆圈的直径对称,该二弯折段2422分别倾斜于圆圈的直径延伸且随着延伸方向二弯折段2422间的间隔逐渐减小,使所述夹持部24于该圆圈内大致形成一呈“八”字形开口。所述二弯折段2422于该夹持部24的中部大致圆圈的圆心处呈“()”状对称弯折,形成一限位狭槽2422。
所述主体30开设有一容置槽32及一收容框34。所述容置槽32开设于主体30的一端,呈方形结构。该容置槽32的中心形成有一凸体322,该凸体322为一凸柱,用于配合所述弹性件20的限位狭槽2422。所述收容框34开设于容置槽32的一侧,其容积较所述容置槽32大,用于安装电池于其内。
将所述弹性件20组装至所述电池盖10时,所述弹性件20的固接部22卡持于电池盖10上的第一卡固体122的夹槽内,以使固接部22于电池盖10上固接稳定;所述弹性件20的二弯折段242的端部分别弹性抵持于二第二卡固体124之间,则弹性件20稳定组装于电池盖10。
将所述电池盖10卡扣至所述主体30上时,先将电池盖10部分盖合于主体30上,然后推动所述电池盖10,使电池盖10的弹性件20滑入至所述容置槽32内,且弹性件20的限位狭槽2422夹持容置槽32的凸体322,使电池盖10与主体30卡扣稳定。从所述主体30上卸下所述电池盖10时,于装配电池盖10的反方向推动电池盖10,所述弹性件20的夹持部24与所述凸体322的夹持脱离,从而可便捷地卸下电池盖10。
本电池盖卡扣结构100通过弹性件20的夹持部24与主体30的凸体322弹性夹持达成电池盖10与主体30的稳定卡扣,该卡扣结构100结构简单,且占用电子装置内部空间小。
可以理解,所述弹性件20可以为其他形状,如可省略所述固接部22,只有二弯折段242构成的“八”字形开口的夹持部24,使二弯折段242的与第二卡固体124抵持的一端分别固接于电池盖10上。

Claims (8)

1.一种电池盖卡扣结构,包括一电池盖,一装配于电池盖上的弹性件及一与电池盖卡合的主体,其特征在于:所述弹性件包括一固接部及与固接部一体连接的一夹持部,所述固接部与所述盖体相固接,所述夹持部上形成有一夹持狭槽,所述主体上朝向电池盖的表面形成有一凸体,所述凸体弹性地夹持于夹持狭槽内,从而所述盖体与主体相互卡扣。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:弹性件呈一圆圈形结构,所述固接部为一圆弧形段,所述夹持部为连接于该固接部二端的二弯折段形成,且该二弯折段之间还形成所述夹持狭槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述盖体上包括一第一卡固体,该第一卡固体呈三角形布设,所述第一卡固体上开设有夹槽,所述固接部配合该狭槽卡固于该第一卡固体上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述盖体上设置有第二卡固体,该第二卡固体布设于所述第一卡固体限定的三角形内,所述二弯折段的端部抵持于二第二卡固体之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述夹持部呈八字形开口结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述凸体为一凸柱,所述夹持狭槽呈“ ( ) ”形结构,该夹持狭槽与凸柱相配合。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述主体上形成有一容置槽,所述凸体设置于该容置槽内。
8.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述主体上形成有一收容框,该收容框用于容置电池。
