Abstract

本发明涉及一种寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,特别涉及一种利用地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水加温,从而使沼气池增温的方法。它是由防水卷材做防水层、用发泡水泥、EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层、地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水做加热层三部分构成。具体方法为:对传统沼气池将地暖管(或其它暖水管)砌入混凝土内使地暖管(或其它暖水管)和沼气池混为一体,对于软体沼气池所使用的地暖管(或其它暖水管)是通过把沼气池池体底部及四周环绕或三面环绕来实现的。沼气池它有保温隔热层,可以利用太阳能、生物质能以及其它能源对地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环水集热加温,也可安装自动恒温控制系统,实现恒温高效产沼气。

本发明涉及一种寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,特别涉及一种利用地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水加温,从而使沼气池增温的方法。属于沼气池增保温技术领域。适合畜禽粪便、农作物秸秆产沼气等的综合利用,属环境工程所需增保温设备装置。
背景技术
沼气作为一种新型的再生能源,是对生物质能的有效利用,但目前没有得到很好的推广。现有的传统沼气池不能很好的解决高寒地区沼气的冬季生产问题,占地面积大,成本高、利用率低、发酵不完全,一年只有半年好用,对粪污的处理不彻底、不迅速,使得人们对沼气池失去信心不愿意建池。料液发酵产沼气最佳温度为35-55℃,此时效率是较高的,而北方大部分地区大部分时间达不到上述要求,造成沼气生产效率低下,资源浪费严重,综合效益不高。从长远来看沼气池的增保温问题,已经成为制约我国北方地区尤其寒冷地区沼气发展的重要因素之一。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,特别涉及一种利用地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水加温,从而使沼气池增温的方法。它是由三部分构成,一是:沼气池建在地下(深度可根据当地冻土层厚度决定),四周用防水卷材做防水处理;二是:在此基础上使用发泡水泥、EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层处理;三是:在做好防水保温的基础上利用地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水加温,从而使沼气池增温。具体方法为:对传统沼气池(包括砖砌、砖混、全混凝土结构沼气池及软体沼气池防护墙)将地暖管砌入混凝土内(具体施工可参照有关地暖工程相关标准,对底部施工可使用钢筋混凝土),地暖管(或其它暖水管)可在沼气池的底部及四周,也可整个沼气池网状结构铺设地暖盘管(或其它暖水管)然后砌入混凝土中;对软体沼气池可先在其底部及四周将铺设好的地暖管(或其它暖水管)砌入混凝土中,然后在其上面放入软体沼气池。为了更好的实现对沼气池的增保温及高效率的生产沼气,本发明提供了一种寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,特别涉及一种利用地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环热水加温,从而使沼气池增温的方法。它有保温隔热层,可以利用太阳能、生物质能以及其它能源对地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环水集热加温,也可安装自动恒温控制系统,实现恒温高效产沼气。本发明可实现:1、寒冷地区沼气池的增温保温,冬季也能高效产沼气;2、系统中的发酵液可实现温控发酵;3、有利于寒冷地区沼气新能源事业的推广;4、解决了寒冷地区冬季畜禽粪便废水的处理。
本发明具有结构新颖,实用性强,操作方便运行高效等优点,适应于大、中、小型沼气池的增保温,特别适合广大北方寒冷农牧区。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,实施例中未加详细说明的均按本领域现有技术及相应国家标准执行。
实施例1:砖混混凝土结构8立方米沼气池增保温方法
(1)挖3.5米深的坑,坑可据实际情况加宽加深0.2-0.5米,底部用防水卷材做防水处理后,铺设发泡水泥做保温层。
(2)按国标施工8立方米沼气池,在沼气池的底下铺设地暖管(或其它暖水管,对底部施工可使用钢筋混凝土)。
(3)将地暖管砌入混凝土中,使地暖管和沼气池成为一体(地暖管的铺设参照有关地暖工程相关标准)。
(4)四周再使用EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层处理后,用防水卷材做防水处理。
(5)地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环水进出口可以接太阳能、生物质能以及其它能源加热热水,实现循环加热。
实施例2:全混凝土现浇10立方米沼气池增保温方法
(1)挖3.5米深的坑,坑可据实际情况加宽加深0.2-0.5米,底部用防水卷材做防水处理后,铺设发泡水泥做保温层。
(2)按国标施工现浇10立方米沼气池,同时在沼气池的底部(对底部施工可使用钢筋混凝土)及2/3下部铺设地暖管。
(3)将地暖管砌入混凝土中,使地暖管和沼气池成为一体(地暖管的铺设参照有关地暖工程相关标准)。
(4)四周再使用EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层处理后,用防水卷材做防水处理。
(5)地暖管循环水进出口可以接太阳能热水、生物质能以及其它能源加热热水,实现循环加热。
实施例3:软体50立方米沼气池增保温方法
(1)挖3.5-4.5米深的坑,按沼气池体大小施工,在软体沼气池四周砌相应厚度的砖墙,底部做防水处理,再铺设发泡水泥做保温层。四周外墙使用EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层处理,在保温层上用防水卷材做防水处理。坑可据实际情况加宽加深0.2-0.5米。
(2)在墙体四周及底部(对底部施工可使用钢筋混凝土)均铺设地暖管后,用水泥砂浆找平成保护层(地暖管的铺设参照有关地暖工程相关标准)。
(3)将软体50立方米沼气池放入铺设好地暖管的池内,盖上盖板,盖上使用EPS聚苯板(或聚氨酯建筑保温材料)做保温层处理,在保温层上用防水卷材做防水处理。
(4)地暖管(或其它暖水管)循环水进出口可以接太阳能、生物质能以及其它能源加热热水,实现循环加热。

Claims (3)

1.一种寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,由三部分构成,一是:沼气池建在地下的深度根据当地冻土层厚度决定,四周用防水卷材做防水处理;二是:在此基础上使用发泡水泥、EPS聚苯板或聚氨酯建筑保温材料做保温层处理;其特征在于,三是:在做好防水保温的基础上利用地暖管的循环热水加温;对砖砌、砖混、全混凝土结构的沼气池防护墙,将地暖管砌入混凝土内,地暖管在沼气池的底部及四周,成网状结构铺设然后砌入混凝土中;对软体沼气池先在其底部及四周将铺设好的地暖管砌入混凝土中,然后在其上面放入软体沼气池;沼气池有保温隔热层,利用太阳能、生物质能对地暖管循环水集热加温,也可安装自动恒温控制系统。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,其特征是:对于全混凝土沼气池以及砖砌、砖混沼气池,所使用的地暖管和沼气池池体是混为一体的,对于软体沼气池,所使用的地暖管对沼气池外墙体是环绕底部及四周的。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的寒冷地区沼气池增保温方法,其特征是:所述寒冷地区沼气池是指砖混混凝土结构8立方米沼气池、全混凝土现浇10立方米沼气池、软体50立方米沼气池。
