Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用室外空气冷却室内装置的方法,例如冷却被冷却的梁。
背景技术
当室外空气的温度较高时,在建筑物的室内空间中通常会产生冷却需求。当室外空气的温度较低时,例如低于5℃时,室内空间的内部负荷,诸如照明和电脑,也产生冷却需求。在该情况下,利用室外空气的较低温度冷却室内空气是可能的。通常只在吹向室内的风扇空气中利用室外空气的较低温度,即向内部吹低温空气,例如15℃的空气。然而,这种冷却功率是不够的,但是,如果能将室外空气中包含的冷却能量也传导至室内装置,则是有利的。
因此,利用室外空气冷却室内装置通常不用在通风冷却中,因为其通常难以实现,并且需要向常用的管道场添加新的管道支线、热交换器和泵。由于冷却设施和通风设施通常来自于不同的供应者,所以不易于将这些附加的结构调整成可用的设备。
当使用通过室外空气的冷却时,其通常通过向冷却设施添加设备实现,室外空气的冷通过添加的设备传导至“主循环回路”。这意味着必须向建筑物的屋顶添加热交换器、及其泵和管道等。这种冷却类型通常为ON或OFF,即其只能在室外空气的温度低到所有的冷却能通过其控制时使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种用室外空气冷却室内装置的方法,该方法不具有上述问题。根据本发明的方法的特征在于,从室内装置返回的水用于在供给空气散热器中加热供给空气,在该情况下,该水得到冷却并被引导回室内装置以冷却室内空间。这样就节省了加热能量与冷却能量。
根据本发明的方法的一个优选实施例的特征在于,通过室外空气的冷却与借助于冷却压缩机产生的冷却同时存在。因此,当室外空气的温度没有低到足以提供所有必需的冷却时,能通过压缩机补充室外空气的冷却功率。
根据本发明的方法的另一个优选实施例的特征在于:供给空气散热器的运转根据情况在冷却、加热和利用室外空气的冷却之间转换。
室外空气的冷却优选地在无任何外部附件、热交换器和风扇的情况下发生,因为所述外部附件、热交换器和风扇本身消耗能量并减少可从通过室外空气的冷却获得的益处。

具体实施方式
在附图示出的示意图中,由附图标记2标示主循环回路。室外空气经由也称为供给空气散热器的冷却散热器/加热散热器3进入。从所有或部分室内装置,例如所有或部分被冷却梁4,返回的水被引导至散热器3的循环回路。该水将通过冷却散热器/加热散热器3的空气加热至合适的温度,用于吹到室内。同时,当水将能量给予空气时,自己得到了冷却。被冷却的水被导回以冷却室内装置。这样就能将包含在室外空气中的免费冷却能量转移至室内装置。
当从室外空气未获得足够的冷却能量时,就能同时使用冷却压缩机1,以提供附加的功率。从室内装置返回的水部分分流至处理室外空气冷却的分支6,部分分流至冷却压缩机1的蒸发器,在蒸发器中水被冷却。
因此,在用在根据本发明的方法中的设备中,冷却设备与通风设备被做成一个集成的实体,在该集成的实体中,供给空气的冷却散热器还用作供给空气的加热散热器。当需要室外空气的冷却时,其用作加热散热器。其本质是,供给空气散热器能根据情况在冷却、加热和利用室外空气的冷却之间转换操作。在根据本发明的方法中,因为能与室外空气冷却并行地并同时地使用压缩机,所以能够在比现有技术的解决方案宽得多的温度范围上使用室外空气的冷却。
对本领域的技术人员显然的是,本发明不局限于上述实施例,而是其能在所附权利要求的范围内被改变。需理解的是,由附图示出的示意图和在附图中示出的致动器仅是实现本发明的一个可能。因此,它们能根据需要改变。

Claims (3)

1.一种用室外空气冷却室内装置的方法,例如冷却被冷却的梁(4),其特征在于:从室内装置返回的水用于在供给空气散热器(3)中加热所述供给空气,在该情况下水得到冷却并被导回所述室内装置以冷却室内空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:通过室外空气的冷却与借助于所述冷却压缩机(1)产生的冷却是同时存在的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述供给空气散热器(3)的运转根据情况在冷却、加热和利用室外空气冷却之间转换。
