Abstract

LED透镜,涉及光学照明领域。现有技术存在结构复杂,灯具加工不便,精度难于保证的缺陷,本发明包括底平面和自底平面边缘出发逐渐向上自收拢的顶面,所述的顶面包括平滑连接的非球面和曲面,所述的曲面上设有凹陷部。免去了现有技术中需要专设多角度安装面或角度调节机构带来的加工上的不便,简化了结构,能达到很好的配光性能,便于应用,并提高了光线利用率,在采用适当参数的前提下,灯具效率在90%以上。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及光学照明领域,具体是一种安装在LED灯具上的透镜。
【背景技术】
LED灯具根据不同的应用场合,对其照射范围和照度分布都有不同的要求,需要进行配光处理。现有的LED灯具大多采用改变LED灯头安装方向,即设置多个出射角度不同的LED灯头来达到对照射范围和照度分布的要求。一般采用两种方式来实现这种目的:一是直接在灯具上设置多个角度不同的LED安装面;二是通过专设的角度调节结构将LED连接到灯具上,这两种方法都存在结构复杂,灯具加工不便,精度难于保证的缺陷。此外,现有的配光方法必须在同时使用多个LED灯头的场合才有作用,无法应用于一些只安装一个或少数几个LED灯头的灯具上。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种LED透镜,通过其特殊的形状和光线处理能力来达到简化灯具结构、保证配光精度、便于应用的目的。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:LED透镜,其特征在于它包括底平面和自底平面边缘出发逐渐向上白收拢的顶面,所述的顶面包括平滑连接的非球面和曲面,所述的曲面上设有凹陷部。使用时,用本发明的透镜代替原有的透镜安装于LED灯头上,LED所发出的光线经过顶面的折射之后,会形成一类椭圆形照射区域,配合LED灯头的参数和使用要求,适当调整非球面和曲面的参数,可达到照射范围要求,区域内照射均匀。安装本发明的透镜后,LED灯头只需接安装在一平面上即可,不用再装门在灯具上加工出角度不同的安装面或设置角度调节机构,配光的效果和精度只依赖于透镜本身,而和灯具无关,便于控制。即便在只使用一个灯头的LED灯具上,使用本透镜也能达到良好的配光效果,便于广泛应用。此外,现有的配光方法中,某一灯具的配光方案一旦确定,更改便十分困难,而本发明只需更换透镜即可。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步完善和补充,本发明采取如下技术措施:所述的底平面由一半圆面和一半茧形面组成,所述的非球面为自半圆面圆弧出发向上延伸形成的半环弧形侧壁面,而所述的曲面则为由底平面的茧形边出发坡状延伸至顶面顶部并与非球面平滑连接的曲形面。非球面的作用与原有的透镜类似,使LED发出的光线照射到更大的范围,但如只使用全环非球面组成的透镜,则其照射范围将会是一圆形区域,而对于一些照明场合(如路灯)来说,所要求照射的纵向范围比横向范围大,圆形区域并不合适。本发明用曲面代替全环中一半的非球面,改变经该部分的LED光线的照射角度,使其部分叠加到非球面的照射区域侧,并增加照射区域的纵向长度,并能改善照明区域的照度分布,使之更符合使用要求。
所述的凹陷部包括位于顶面顶部、圆心与底平面半圆部圆心在同一竖直线上的内凹半圆和从内凹半圆的直线端出发,沿曲面向下逐渐延伸的内凹段,凹陷部以同心半圆的圆心部分最深,向外向下逐渐变浅。底平面设有球形凹槽,其球心与底平面半圆部分的圆心在同一竖直线上,这样LED发出的光线先通过底面的球形凹槽进行第一次一次折射,再通过顶曲面进行第二次折射,能更好地达到配光要求。凹陷部调节了部分光线的照射角度,进一步改善照度,提高光线利用率。
有益效果:本发明免去了现有技术中需要专设多角度安装面或角度调节机构带来的加工上的不便,简化了结构,能达到很好的配光性能,便于应用,并提高了光线利用率,在采用适当参数的前提下,灯具效率在90%以上。

【具体实施方式】
如图1-图7所示的LED透镜,包括底平面1、非球面2和曲面3,非球面2和曲面3形成顶面。底平面1由一半圆面和一半茧形面组成,圆心处开有球形凹槽4。
凹陷部包括位于曲面3顶部、圆心与底平面半圆部圆心在同一竖直线上的内凹半圆6和从内凹半圆6的直线端出发,沿弧坡向下逐渐延伸的内凹段5,凹陷部以同心半圆的圆心部分最深,向外向下逐渐变浅。
本发明的透镜可采用光学玻璃制成,安装到LED灯具上时,其光路如图10所示。
图8为本发明在试验得到的一种照度示意图,图中,由内到外的各条曲线分别表示光照为25、22.5、20、17.5、15、12.5、10、7.5、5、2.5Lux的曲线。
图9、图10为本发明的光路示意图,图12为通过非球面,C平面0°-180°光强分布曲线由图11的朗伯分布转化为的光强分布曲线图,图13为通过曲面,C平面90°-270°光强分布曲线由图11的朗伯分布转化为的光强分布曲线图。从图上可以看出,经过非球面折射的光线,每一条光线通过透镜后的出射角度都大于由发光面的出射角度;在考虑到将光线进行重新分配的同时,要最大限度的提高光的利用率,也就是尽可能的减少光线在通过透镜时发生全反射,假设透镜的材质为BK7的玻璃,可以计算出当光线在通过透镜上表面,光线方向与曲面的法线交角大于41度时,光线会被全反射。本发明的透镜,光的利用率在90%以上。经过曲面折射的光线,大部分都往非球面侧靠拢,从而与通过非球面折射的光线产生区域叠加,形成所需的照射区域,达到改善照度和提高的光线利用率的目的。

Claims (3)

1.LED透镜,其特征在于:它包括底平面和自底平面边缘出发逐渐向上自收拢的顶面,所述的顶面包括平滑连接的非球面和曲面,所述的曲面上设有凹陷部所述的底平面由一半圆面和一半茧形面组成,所述的非球面为自半圆面圆弧出发向上延伸形成的半环弧形侧壁面,而所述的曲面则为由底平面的茧形边出发坡状延伸至顶面顶部并与非球面平滑连接的曲形面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED透镜,其特征在于:所述的凹陷部包括位于顶面顶部、圆心与底平面半圆部圆心在同一竖直线上的内凹半圆和从内凹半圆的直线端出发,沿曲面向下逐渐延伸的内凹段,凹陷部以同心半圆的圆心部分最深,向外向下逐渐变浅。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED透镜,其特征在于:所述的底平面设有球形凹槽,其球心与底平面半圆部分的圆心在同一竖直线上。
