Abstract

本发明提供一种显示屏组件,其包括一显示屏、一粘胶层、一密封垫圈、一无胶保护膜及一单面胶保护膜。所述显示屏具有一显示面,所述密封垫圈通过所述粘胶层粘覆于所述显示屏的显示面上,所述单面胶保护膜贴覆于所述密封垫圈上方。所述显示屏无胶保护膜装设于所述单面胶保护膜与密封垫圈之间,以使所述单面胶保护膜与显示屏的显示面不接触。

显示屏组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏组件,尤其涉及一种可拆卸的显示屏组件。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digitalassistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。这些便携式电子装置一般都包括一外壳及一显示屏组件,所述外壳上设有一显示屏窗口,以用于显示相关信息。所述显示屏组件可拆卸地装设于便携式电子装置外壳的对应显示屏窗口位置处。
传统的可拆卸的显示屏组件一般包括一显示屏、一密封垫圈及一单面胶保护膜,所述显示屏具有一显示面,该显示面通过粘胶与所述密封垫圈固接于一起,所述单面胶保护膜贴覆于所述密封垫圈上以防止灰尘进入到所述显示屏上。显示屏组件作为便携式电子装置的一个核心部件,其显示屏的显示效果直接影响到产品的整体质量。但是,所述可拆卸的显示屏组件在生产组装过程中,所述单面胶保护膜经常会与所述显示屏接触到,从而使得该单面胶保护膜的胶层粘附于显示屏上,在显示屏表面形成污点,从而影响所述显示屏的显示效果及质量,影响显示屏组件产品的良率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可有效避免在其显示屏表面形成污点的结构新颖的可拆卸的显示屏组件。
一种显示屏组件,其包括一显示屏、一粘胶层、一密封垫圈及一单面胶保护膜,所述显示屏具有一显示面,所述密封垫圈通过所述粘胶层粘覆于所述显示屏的显示面上,所述单面胶保护膜贴覆于所述密封垫圈上方;所述可拆卸的显示屏组件还包括一无胶保护膜,其装设于所述单面胶保护膜与密封垫圈之间,以使所述单面胶保护膜与显示屏的显示面不接触。
相较于现有技术,所述显示屏组件通过在装设于所述单面胶保护膜与显示屏之间的密封垫圈上装设一无胶保护膜,从而使得所述单面带胶保护膜无法与显示屏的显示面接触,从而避免了因单面带胶保护膜与显示屏粘连而在显示屏表面形成污点,从而保证了显示屏的显示效果及质量,大大提高了可拆卸的显示屏组件产品的良率。

具体实施方式
本发明的较佳实施例公开了一种显示屏组件,其可拆卸的装设于移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assitant,PDA)等便携式电子装置上。
请参阅图1,所述显示屏组件30包括一显示屏31、一粘胶层33、一密封垫圈35、一无胶保护膜36及一单面胶保护膜38,所述显示屏31大致呈矩形块状,其具有一用于显示信息的显示面311,该显示面311的周缘设有一封闭的矩形粘接区312,以用于涂敷粘胶。所述粘胶层33可为一双面胶层。所述密封垫圈35大致呈矩形框体状,其包括一封闭的大致矩形的框体部352及一由所述框体部352围成的显示窗355。在本实施例中,所述框体部352朝向显示窗355的一侧沿该框体部352表面向下凹设形成一大致阶梯状的壁部353,同时,对应地于所述框体部352上形成一内凹的大致矩形的装设空间(图未标)。所述密封垫圈35外形轮廓与所述显示屏31的粘接区312的外形尺寸相当,其通过粘胶层33贴覆于所述显示屏31的显示面311的粘接区312上。所述无胶保护膜36大致呈矩形片状,其外形尺寸大小与密封垫圈35的框体部352上的装设空间相当并装设于其内。所述无胶保护膜36采用质地柔软且透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)材质制成。所述单面胶保护膜38大致呈矩形片状,其外形尺寸大小与密封垫圈35的外形大小相当并贴覆于所述密封垫圈35的框体部352上,以防止灰尘进入到所述显示屏31的显示面311上。
请一并参阅图2,组装所述显示屏组件30时,首先,将所述密封垫圈35通过粘胶33粘附于所述显示屏31的显示面311的粘接区312上;接下来,将所述无胶保护膜36装设于所述密封垫圈35的框体部352围成的装设空间内;最后将所述单面胶保护膜38贴附于所述密封垫圈35及无胶保护膜36上,即完成所述显示屏组件30的组装。
所述显示屏组件30通过在装设于所述单面胶保护膜38与显示屏31之间的密封垫圈35上装设一无胶保护膜36,从而使得所述单面带胶保护膜38无法与显示屏31的显示面311接触,从而避免了因单面带胶保护膜38与显示屏31粘连而在显示屏31表面形成污点,从而保证了显示屏31的显示效果及质量,提高了显示屏组件30产品的良率。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种显示屏组件,其包括一显示屏、一粘胶层、一密封垫圈及一单面胶保护膜,所述显示屏具有一显示面,所述密封垫圈通过所述粘胶层粘覆于所述显示屏的显示面上,所述单面胶保护膜贴覆于所述密封垫圈上方;其特征在于:所述显示屏组件还包括一无胶保护膜,其装设于所述单面胶保护膜与密封垫圈之间,以使所述单面胶保护膜与显示屏的显示面不接触,所述密封垫圈包括一装设空间,所述无胶保护膜装设于该装设空间内,且所述无胶保护膜与显示屏的显示面之间存在一缝隙;所述无胶保护膜采用质地柔软且透明的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材质制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述显示面的周缘设有一封闭的粘接区,所述密封垫圈包括一框体部及一由所述框体部围成的显示窗,该密封垫圈的框体部通过粘胶粘覆于所述显示面的粘接区上。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述框体部朝向显示窗的一侧沿该框体部表面向下凹设形成一阶梯状的壁部,同时,对应地于所述框体部上形成一内凹的所述装设空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈呈矩形框体状,其外形轮廓与所述显示屏的粘接区外形尺寸相当。
5.如权利要求3所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述无胶保护膜呈矩形片状,其外形尺寸大小与密封垫圈的框体部上的装设空间相当。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述无胶保护膜采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材质制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示屏组件,其特征在于:所述粘胶层为一双面胶层。
