Abstract

一种发光二极管照明装置,包括一反射罩及至少一发光二极管,该反射罩包括一反射面,该反射面是以一半抛物线绕一固定轴线旋转一定角度后合围而成,该固定轴线与该半抛物线所在抛物线的对称轴垂直,该反射面上各抛物线的焦点形成一弧状的焦点轨迹线,该发光二极管分布于该反射面的焦点轨迹线上,该发光二极管的出光面朝向该反射罩设置。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管照明装置使得发光二极管发出的光线以平行光方式射出,减少出射角,并且出光均匀且指向性较高。

发光二极管照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤指一种具有发光二极管的照明装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,从一般钨丝灯发展到现在的冷阴极荧光灯管(ColdCathode Fluorescent Lamp,CCFL)及发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED),皆是朝向体积缩小的方向发展。
而目前CCFL因为体积几乎是不能再缩小,而且CCFL升压到600伏特电压时会发生干扰,另外CCFL会造成汞污染的问题,使得部分国家也将予以禁用。而LED具有环保、亮度高、省电、寿命长等诸多特点,所以LED将渐渐取代CCFL。然,发光二极管的发光面类似一半球面,其发出的光为一半球面状散射光,使得照明效果随照射距离及照射区域的大小而变化。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种出光均匀且指向性高的发光二极管照明装置。
一种发光二极管照明装置,包括一反射罩及至少一发光二极管,该反射罩包括一反射面,该反射面是以一半抛物线绕一固定轴线旋转一定角度后合围而成,该固定轴线与该半抛物线所在抛物线的对称轴垂直,该反射面上各抛物线的焦点形成一弧状的焦点轨迹线,该发光二极管分布于该反射面的焦点轨迹线上,该发光二极管的出光面朝向该反射罩设置。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的发光二极管照明装置的反射罩由无数抛物线组成,且发光二极管分布于该反射面的抛物线的焦点上,使得发光二极管发出的光线经过反射罩反射后,以平行光方式射出,减少了出射角,使得该照明装置出光均匀且指向性较高。

具体实施方式
图1所示,发光二极管灯具包括一基座1、一承载座2、一反射罩3、多个发光二极管6及一密封罩4。反射罩3与基座1、密封罩4封接,形成一封闭的容纳空间5(参阅图3),承载座2及发光二极管6位于该容纳空间5内。
请一并参阅图2、图3及图4,反射罩3的内表面涂敷水银等反光材料,包括一反射面31及一封接面32,具有沿水平方向的左侧的第一开口34及沿垂直方向的底部的第二开口33,第一开口34与第二开口33相互垂直。x轴为一水平线,半抛物线313的焦点311及顶点314位于x轴上,即x轴为该半抛物线313所在抛物线的对称轴。y轴为一与x轴垂直相交的垂线,反射面31由半抛物线313沿y轴旋转180°而成,即该反射面31由无数半抛物线313合围组成。该反射面31上各个半抛物线313所对应的焦点311形成一半圆弧状的焦点轨迹线312。本发明不限定反射面31由半抛物线313沿y轴旋转180°而成,只要反射面31由半抛物线313沿y轴旋转一定角度而成,即可实现本发明的效果,都在本发明的范围内。
基座1位于x轴的下方。封接面32连接于反射面31与基座1之间,封接面32为一弧面,与反射面31光滑连接,并将反射面31与基座1封接。本发明不限定封接面32的形状,只要封接面32将反射面31与基底1封接,这都在本发明的范围内。
承载座2位于基底1上,其形状为半圆锥体,由一直角三角形24绕y轴旋转180°而成,该直角三角形24的一直角边241位于y轴上,该承载座2包括一等腰三角形的垂直面20、一半圆形的底面21及一半圆锥面22。反射面31的焦点轨迹线312位于半圆锥面22上。
发光二极管6承载在承载座2上,且均匀分布于焦点轨迹线312上,其出光面朝向反射罩3设置。由于发光二极管6位于反射面31的焦点轨迹线312上,则发光二极管6发出的光线经过反射面31的反射后,以平行光从第一开口34射出,从而减少了出射角度。
密封罩4为一透明基板41,由玻璃等透明材质制成,包括一入光面411及一与之相对的出光面412,入光面411的外轮廓线与反射罩3的第一开口34的轮廓线相同,入光面411与反射罩3封接。基板41的出光面412上设置若干透镜421,该若干透镜421均匀分布于基板41的出光面412上。透镜421为凸透镜,可将光线向透镜421中心聚集,减少光线散射的角度,使得出光均匀且指向性高。
本发明不限定承载座2的形状,只要承载座2使得发光二极管6位于反射面31上的抛物线的焦点轨迹线312上,即可实现本发明的效果,都在本发明的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管照明装置,包括一反射罩及至少一发光二极管,其特征在于,该反射罩包括一反射面,该反射面是以一半抛物线绕一固定轴线旋转一定角度合围而成,该固定轴线与该半抛物线所在抛物线的对称轴垂直,该反射面上各抛物线的焦点形成一弧状的焦点轨迹线,该发光二极管分布于该反射面的焦点轨迹线上,该发光二极管的出光面朝向该反射罩设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该反射罩的一侧具有第一开口,该反射罩的底部具有第二开口,该第一开口处设置有一密封罩,该第二开口处设置有一基座,该基座、反射罩及密封罩形成一容纳空间,该发光二极管位于该容纳空间内,该发光二极管发出的光线经过反射面的反射后从第一开口射出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该反射罩还包括一封接面,该封接面连接于反射面与基座之间,该封接面将该反射面与基座封接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该封接面为一曲面或平面。
5.根据权利要求3所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该封接面与该反射面光滑连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,还包括一承载座,该承载座位于基底上,该发光二极管设置在该承载座上,该焦点轨迹线位于该承载座的表面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该承载座为半圆锥状,包括一半圆锥面,该焦点轨迹线位于该半圆锥面上。
8.根据权利要求2所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该密封罩包括一入光面及一出光面,该入光面与该出光面相对设置,该入光面与该反射罩封接,该出光面上设置若干透镜,该若干透镜分布于该出光面上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于,该反射面由该半抛物线绕该固定轴线旋转180度而成。
