Abstract

本发明提供了一种LED灯管,包括一正极灯盖、一负极灯盖、一灯罩、以及设在该灯罩内的一LED灯条,其中,所述LED灯条包括复数个LED单元,所述任一LED单元包括一绝缘反光杯板,一第一金属散热板以及一第二金属散热板,所述绝缘反光杯板上均设有一反光杯,LED芯片设在该反光杯内,所述绝缘反光杯板的下方分别扣接所述第一金属散热板与所述第二金属散热板。这种采用梯式结构扣接设计的LED灯条,不用焊接、不用背板,成本低,散热好,取光性能优越。

Description

一种LED灯管 
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种照明设备,尤其涉及一种LED灯管。 
【背景技术】
LED灯管通常包括正负极灯盖、灯罩、以及设在灯罩内的LED灯条,传统的LED灯管中的LED灯条通常有两种结构:一种是将几十颗或上百颗直插式小功率LED通过焊接的方式固定在一个电路板上,通过电源的接入,电流传致电路板使LED发光;另一种是采用多颗大功率LED集成在一线路板上作为光源。上述这两种方法的成本都比较高,不仅线路板会有成本,并且焊接麻烦,导致灯管成本较高,还有大功率LED封装后的灯管散热比较麻烦。 
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种LED灯管,其LED灯条内部的LED单元之间采用梯式结构扣接设计,不用焊接、不用背板,成本低,散热好,取光性能优越。 
本发明是这样实现的:一种LED灯管,包括一正极灯盖、一负极灯盖、一灯罩、以及设在该灯罩内的一LED灯条,其中,所述LED灯条包括复数个LED单元,所述任一LED单元包括一绝缘反光杯板,一第一金属散热板以及一第二金属散热板,所述绝缘反光杯板上均设有一反光杯,LED芯片设在该反光杯内,所述绝缘反光杯板的下方分别扣接所述第一金属散热板与所述第二金属散热板。 
上述技术方案具体为:所述任一LED单元中绝缘反光杯板的底部设有两上窄下宽的梯形凸棱,该绝缘反光杯板的下方扣接的所述第一金属散热板与所述第二金属散热板的顶面相对于所述梯形凸棱分别设有一上窄下宽的梯形凹槽。 
上述技术方案具体为:所述任一LED单元中第一金属散热板在朝向相邻设置的LED单元中绝缘反光杯板下方的第二金属散热板的一侧的两端,设有两外窄内宽的梯形槽,且该相邻设置的绝缘反光杯板下方的第二金属散热板对应于该两梯形槽的位置,设有外宽内窄的两梯形脚。 
其中,所述灯罩为高折射的透明玻璃所制。 
本发明的优点在于:该LED灯管中的LED灯条采用梯式结构扣接设计,给LED的集成带来非常大的便利:不用焊接、不用背板,还省掉了电路的成本,不仅使用方便,而且成本大大降低,且反光效果好,取光性能优越,再由于LED采用这种独特的散热设计,大大地增加了产品的寿命。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1和图3所示,本发明的LED灯管10,包括一正极灯盖1、一负极灯盖2、一灯罩3、以及设在该灯罩3内的一LED灯条4。所述正极灯盖1和负极灯盖2主要起到两个作用,其一是对LED进行密封,防止灰尘和水源进入LED灯管10内部,其二是起到电流转换的作用,即将电流传输至LED灯管10里的交流电直接转换成直流电,并传送到LED灯条4。所述灯罩3采用的是高折射的透明玻璃,其作用是起到固定LED灯条4和散光的作用,将LED发出的光均匀地分布至照射的空间里, 
本发明的LED灯管10最关键的部分是LED灯条4,所述LED灯条4包括复数个LED单元40,所述任一LED单元40包括一绝缘反光杯板41,一第一金属散热板42以及一第二金属散热板43,所述绝缘反光杯板41上 均设有一反光杯412,LED芯片413则设在该反光杯412内。 
请参阅图4所示,在纵方向上,所述绝缘反光杯板412的与所述第一金属散热板42以及所述第二金属散热板43不采用焊接而是采用扣接方式连接,具体扣接方式如下:在所述任一绝缘反光杯板41的底部设有两上窄下宽的梯形凸棱414,该绝缘反光杯板41的下方的第一金属散热板42与第二金属散热板43的顶面相对于所述梯形凸棱414分别设有一上窄下宽的梯形凹槽422(432)。如此即可将所述梯形凸棱414套设在所述梯形凹槽内422(432),因梯形为上窄下宽,因此可抵抗纵向拉力,当连接好的LED受到向下力时,不容易脱落,这种结构设计的LED,在应用集成时,不用焊接,也不用背板,省去了焊接的成本和工艺,还省去了背板的成本。 
请参阅图5所示,在横方向上,所述第一金属散热板42以及所述第二金属散热板43也是采用扣接方式连接,具体扣接方式如下:所述任一第一金属散热板42在朝向相邻设置的绝缘反光杯板41下方的第二金属散热板43的一侧的两端,设有两外窄内宽的梯形槽424,且该相邻设置的绝缘反光杯板41下方的第二金属散热板43对应于该两梯形槽424的位置,设有外窄内宽的两梯形脚434。当两梯形槽424和两梯形脚434横向扣接时,即可抵抗横向拉力,在受到横向拉力时,每一个LED不会接脱落。 
综上所述,本发明的LED灯管中的LED灯条采用梯式结构扣接设计,不用焊接、不用背板,成本低,散热好,取光性能优越。 

Claims (3)

1.一种LED灯管,包括一正极灯盖、一负极灯盖、一灯罩、以及设在该灯罩内的一LED灯条,其特征在于:所述LED灯条包括复数个LED单元,所述任一LED单元包括一绝缘反光杯板,一第一金属散热板以及一第二金属散热板,所述绝缘反光杯板上均设有一反光杯,LED芯片设在该反光杯内,所述绝缘反光杯板的下方分别扣接所述第一金属散热板与所述第二金属散热板,所述任一LED单元中绝缘反光杯板的底部设有两上窄下宽的梯形凸棱,该绝缘反光杯板的下方扣接的所述第一金属散热板与所述第二金属散热板的顶面相对于所述梯形凸棱分别设有一上窄下宽的梯形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管,其特征在于:所述任一LED单元中第一金属散热板在朝向相邻设置的LED单元中绝缘反光杯板下方的第二金属散热板的一侧的两端,设有两外窄内宽的梯形槽,且该相邻设置的绝缘反光杯板下方的第二金属散热板对应于该两梯形槽的位置,设有外宽内窄的两梯形脚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管,其特征在于:所述灯罩为高折射的透明玻璃所制。
