Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑用墙体板,特别是一种粉煤灰墙体板,包括表层及粉煤灰板体,其特征在于:粉煤灰板体内设有多个纵向的空腔,其中可填充膨胀珍珠岩;表层由氯氧镁胶凝材料、粉煤灰工业废渣及改性添加剂复合制成,表层中埋有金属网。本发明具有结构紧凑、设计合理的优点:膨胀珍珠岩的使用提高了墙板的保温效果;替代红砖,减少了对土地的破坏;同时充分利用了工业用废渣(炉灰、粉煤灰),加工的墙板无污染,防潮,隔音效果好,防火性能强,易于施工,省时省力。本发明的墙体板内不采用玻璃纤维,因此耐碱性好。该墙板特别适合于外墙板用,特别适合于我国三北寒冷地区建筑用外墙板。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑用墙体板,尤其是一种粉煤灰墙体板。
背景技术
目前,我国绝大多数住宅建筑的热工标准不高,大大降低了住宅的居住舒适度。具最新统计显示,由于建筑材料的原因,新建筑中也只有15-20%符合建设部建筑节能标准,造成大量建筑能源的浪费,建筑节能已成为我国建筑业的当务之急。现有的楼房外墙多采用加气混凝土砌块、水泥空心砌块、炉矿渣空心砌块及水泥、石膏空心条板等,同样存在保温效果差、强度低的不足,并且施工难度大,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种重量轻、强度高、保温性能好、施工快捷的粉煤灰外墙板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种粉煤灰墙体板,包括表层及粉煤灰板体,其特征在于:粉煤灰板体内设有多个纵向的空腔;表层由氯氧镁胶凝材料、粉煤灰工业废渣及改性添加剂复合制成,其中埋有金属网。
所述板体内的空腔中可填装膨胀珍珠岩。
所述表层的外侧还可贴附有表面装饰层,该装饰层可为一层瓷面砖。
本发明充分利用了工业用废渣粉煤灰,加工的墙板无污染,防潮,隔音效果好,防火性能强,易于施工;不采用玻璃纤维,因此墙板不会在碱性条件下被腐蚀,增强了墙板的耐碱性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1可知,本发明的墙体板由表层2和粉煤灰板体1两部分组成,粉煤灰板体1内设有多个纵向的空腔3;空腔3中填装膨胀珍珠岩5;板体的一侧边部位开有梯形凹槽,另一侧边设有与该梯形凹槽咬合的梯形榫。表层由氯氧镁胶凝材料、粉煤灰工业废渣及改性添加剂复合制成,其中埋有金属网4。制作步骤为:将氯氧镁或轻烷镁粉或轻烧氧化镁用水溶解,加入添加剂磷酸三钠,插入金属网4,搅拌下加入青小酶粉、粉煤灰等工业废渣使其充分混合,用模架浇铸而成。
图2展示了粉煤灰墙体板的表层贴附有墙面砖6的情形,墙面瓷砖可以增加墙体的美观,更适合外墙的适用。
本发明的优点是:结构紧凑、设计合理。膨胀珍珠岩的使用提高了墙板的保温效果;替代红砖,减少了对土地的破坏;同时充分利用了工业用废渣(炉灰、粉煤灰),加工的墙板无污染,防潮,隔音效果好,防火性能强,易于施工,省时省力。本发明的墙体板内不采用玻璃纤维,因此耐碱性好。该墙板特别适合于外墙板用,特别适合于我国三北寒冷地区建筑用外墙板。

Claims (4)

1、一种粉煤灰墙体板,包括表层(2)及粉煤灰板体(1),其特征在于:粉煤灰板体(1)内设有多个纵向的空腔(3),表层由氯氧镁胶凝材料、粉煤灰工业废渣及改性添加剂复合制成,表层中埋有金属网(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰墙体板,其特征是在所述板体(1)内的空腔(3)中填装有膨胀珍珠岩(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰墙体板,其特征是在表层(2)的外侧还贴附有表面装饰层(6)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的粉煤灰墙体板,其特征是所说的表面装饰层(6)为一层瓷面砖。
