Abstract

本发明涉及一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,尤其是防止细内径的微创吸引活检钳取组织活检时堵塞。内刀管(2)、外刀管(1)为同轴的锥型双层套管,两层套管水平往复运动。作用外刀管(1)的有效工作端为椎形,暴露在穿刺组织外的椎形侧壁上有回流通气孔(5),外刀管末断开口为刀口(3),刀口(3)的切割面(7)为斜面,与截面呈1-45°夹角。内刀管(2)刀头切割端开有1-2条通气槽(6),使回流的气体或液体更加通畅的回流到内刀管中。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,尤其是防止细内径的微创吸引活检钳取组织活检时堵塞。
背景技术
目前本人发明的微创吸引活检钳等产品,刀头为双层套管,切割组织可以通过负压吸引走,但是直径过小时,容易发生堵塞。
发明内容
为了克服现有吸引活检钳类手术器械容易发生堵塞的现象的不足,本发明提供一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,该器械刀管制造容易而且可以防止堵塞。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:吸引活检钳内外套管的工作有效长度内,管体为锥形,到刀口尖端逐渐变细。在锥形侧壁上开有通气或通水孔,内套管侧壁开有通气槽。
本发明的有益效果是,应用本发明可以使吸引活检钳切下的组织在管内流动中管径逐渐扩大,防止堵塞;同时在组织深部取活检时,由于组织内部没有空气或液体,切下的组织不能利用负压吸出,锥形侧壁上开有回流通气孔可以为活检钳提供回流空气或液体,进一步减少堵塞现象。

具体实施方式
在图1中,内刀管(2)、外刀管(1)为同轴的锥型双层套管,两层套管水平往复运动。作用外刀管(1)的有效工作端为椎形,暴露在穿刺组织外的椎形侧壁上有回流通气孔(5),外刀管末断开口为刀口(3),刀口(3)的切割面(7)为斜面,与截面呈1-45°夹角。内刀管(2)刀头切割端开有1-2条通气槽(6),使回流的气体或液体更加通畅的的回流到内刀管中。
在图2中,外刀管(1)侧壁回流通气孔(5)连接有回流注水管(8),注水管用高压液体加压回流,或注水管连接常压液体,靠内刀管(2)内负压回流。

1、一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,由带刀口的双层套管组成,其特征是:内刀管(2)、外刀管(1)为同轴的锥型双层套管,两层套管水平往复运动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,其特征是:外刀管(1)椎形侧壁上有回流通气孔(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种防堵塞微创吸引活检钳,其特征是:内刀管(2)刀头切割端开有1-2条通气槽(6)。
4、外刀管(1)侧壁回流通气孔(5)上连接有回流注水管(8)。
