Abstract
一种紧固件,用于将一散热器固定至一电路板上,其包括一头部,一自该头部一体延伸的杆体,所述杆体包括一上螺杆部、一下螺杆部及连接该上螺杆部和下螺杆部的连接部,所述上螺杆部和下螺杆部的外围攻设有外螺纹,所述连接部设有二切口。所述连接部和下螺杆部的轴向长度总和不等于所述外螺纹螺距的整数倍。本发明紧固件仅通过自身结构的变化达到了防松目的,使散热器更稳固地固定于电路板上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固件,特别涉及一种用于将散热器固定至发热电子元件的紧固件。
背景技术
随着电子装置内部晶片运算速度的提升及消耗功率的增大,相应产生的热量亦随之剧增,为了使晶片能在正常工作温度下运行,通常需在晶片表面贴设一散热器来及时排出晶片产生的热量,而业界为了使散热器与晶片之间紧密贴合以达到良好的散热效果,采用了各种不同的紧固件。
目前广泛应用的紧固件如图1所示,该紧固件10包括一头部12,一自该头部12垂直一体向下延伸的螺杆14,该头部12的顶部开设有相互贯通的十字槽(图未示)。四个紧固件10分别依次穿入该散热器20的四个角落和电路板30上与该四个角落相对应的四通孔(图未示)并螺锁于背板40上与该四通孔相对应的四螺纹孔50内,此时,散热器20与电路板30上的电子元件60紧密贴合,达到为该电子元件60散热的目的。但在所述紧固件10使用或者运输的过程中,该紧固件10容易受到冲击及振动而使其松动。故该紧固件10需要进一步改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种具有防松功能的紧固件。
一种紧固件,用于将一散热器固定至一电路板上,其包括一头部,一自该头部一体延伸的杆体,所述杆体包括一上螺杆部、一下螺杆部及连接该上螺杆部和下螺杆部的连接部,所述上螺杆部和下螺杆部的外围攻设有外螺纹,所述连接部设有二切口。所述连接部和下螺杆部的轴向长度总和不等于所述外螺纹螺距的整数倍。
与现有技术相比,该紧固件在使用的过程中,当所述杆体的上螺杆部和下螺杆部都被拧入相应的螺纹孔时,该紧固件的上螺杆部相对于下螺杆部向上移动,产生一位移差,在紧固件的材料的弹性范围内,该位移差表现在两切口的弯曲变形上,便产生一定的弹力,这种弹力转变成内、外螺纹间的挤压力,增大了内、外螺纹间的摩擦力,达到了防松的效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2和图3,本发明紧固件100借助一背板200将一散热器300固定至电路板400上而为安装于该电路板400上的电子元件500散热。
上述紧固件100包括一头部110、一自该头部110垂直一体向下延伸的杆体120。所述杆体120包括一上螺杆部122、一下螺杆部124及连接该上螺杆部122和下螺杆部124的连接部126。所述头部110的顶部开设有相互贯通的十字槽112。所述杆体120的上螺杆部122及下螺杆部124的外径相同且大于所述连接部126的外径。所述上螺杆部122和下螺杆部124外围分别攻设有相同的外螺纹。所述连接部126的外围未攻设外螺纹。该连接部126的两端部于邻接该上螺杆部122及下螺杆部124处分别设置一切口1262。该二切口1262分别位于该连接部126的相对两侧。该二切口1262相互平行。每个切口1262的横向长度L略小于所述连接部126的半径,在其他实施例中,每个切口1262的横向长度L略大于或等于所述连接部126的半径。该连接部126和下螺杆部124的轴向长度总和H不等于所述外螺纹螺距的整数倍。
请参阅图2至图5,上述散热器300由金属材料一体挤压而成,其包括一底板310及从该底板310一体且垂直该底板310向外延伸的若干平行鳍片330。该底板310的四端角分别一体水平向外平行延伸一定位部311。该定位部311设有一通孔313。
上述电路板400于电子元件500的周围对应散热器300的定位孔313设有四穿孔410,
上述背板200与电路板400的四穿孔401相对应开设有四螺纹孔210,每个螺纹孔210内攻设有与所述紧固件100下螺杆部124的外螺纹相啮合的内螺纹。
使用时,将所述四紧固件100分别依次穿入所述散热器300四定位部311的四通孔313和所述电路板400上相对应的四穿孔410并螺锁于所述背板200上相对应的四螺纹孔210内。此时,所述散热器300的底板310与电路板400上的电子元件500紧密贴合。本实施例中,散热器300底板310与电子元件500之间还涂部有导热介质600。
以下对每一紧固件100与背板200的螺锁过程作一详细介绍。首先假设下螺杆部124的最底端的外螺纹上的啮合点是A点,与A点相对应的背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹上的啮合点是A1点,上螺杆部122的最下端的外螺纹上的啮合点是B点。
紧固件100通过旋入工具拧入所述背板200,当该紧固件100的下螺杆部124的最底端的外螺纹与所述背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹开始啮合时,也就是说,A点与A1点重合时,在紧固件100的下螺杆部124继续拧入的过程中,下螺杆部124的外螺纹与背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹继续啮合。在所述紧固件100上螺杆部122的外螺纹与所述背板200螺纹孔210的内螺纹相啮合之前,所述连接部126的两切口1262不会发生变化,在紧固件100继续拧入时,当上螺杆部122的最下端的外螺纹上的啮合点B与背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹上的啮合点A1重合时,该上螺杆部122的外螺纹才能与背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹继续啮合,但是,由于所述连接部126和下螺杆部124的轴向长度总和H不等于下螺杆部124的外螺纹螺距的整数倍,所述啮合点A和啮合点B的连线不平行于所述杆体120的轴线,也就是说,当上螺杆部122的最下端的第一个螺牙与所述背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹相接触时,啮合点B和背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹上的啮合点A1不重合,上螺杆部122的外螺纹不能顺利的拧入背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹。此时,紧固件100还在旋转,在啮合点B和背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹上的啮合点A1重合之前,上螺杆部122的最下端的第一个螺牙在与所述背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹相接触的接触面上滑动,而下螺杆部124的外螺纹继续与背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹相啮合并相对于该上螺杆部122向下运动,当紧固件100旋转并使啮合点B和背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹上的啮合点A1重合时,该上螺杆部122的外螺纹开始与背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹相啮合。
该上螺杆部122的最下端的第一个螺牙在与所述背板200的螺纹孔210的内螺纹相接触的接触面上滑动时,该上螺杆部122相对于下螺杆部124向上移动,产生一位移差,在紧固件100材料的弹性范围内,该位移差表现在所述连接部126的每一切口1262的变形上,使得每一切口1262处于张开状态,便产生一定的弹力,这种弹力转变成内、外螺纹间的挤压力,增大了内、外螺纹间的摩擦力,达到了防松效果。
与现有技术相比,该紧固件100仅通过自身结构的变化达到了防松目的,使散热器300更稳固地固定于电路板400上。
Claims (9)
1.一种紧固件,用于将一散热器固定至一电路板上,其包括一头部,一自该头部一体延伸的杆体,其特征在于:所述杆体包括一上螺杆部、一下螺杆部及连接该上螺杆部和下螺杆部的连接部,所述上螺杆部和下螺杆部的外围攻设有外螺纹,所述连接部设有二切口,所述连接部和下螺杆部的轴向长度总和不等于所述外螺纹螺距的整数倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述上螺杆部和下螺杆部的外围攻设的外螺纹相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述二切口分别位于连接部邻接该上螺杆部及下螺杆部处。
4.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述二切口分别位于所述连接部的相对两侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述二切口相互平行。
6.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:一背板安装于所述电路板上,所述紧固件螺锁于所述背板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述切口的横向长度小于所述连接部的半径。
8.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述头部的顶部开设有相互贯通的十字槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述杆体的上螺杆部及下螺杆部的外径相同且大于所述连接部的外径。
