本发明涉及一种滇池金线鲃的人工驯养方法,属鱼产品养殖技术领域。滇池金线鲃的人工驯养方法,包括饲料选择和饲料方式,其中:饲料选择:饲料选用浆状食物虾浆、蛋黄浆、挂喂粉状饲料、投喂丰年虫、微粒饲料、大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料;饲料方式:0-6天刚出膜的滇池金线鲃幼苗长5.5-7.5mm,全靠卵黄囊供给营养,7天后的滇池金线鲃开始摄食浆状食物虾浆和蛋黄浆,20日后摄食丰年虫体并逐渐摄食粉状饲料,70日后摄食微粒饲料,半年后摄食小颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料并逐步摄食大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料,投食量为体重的2-3%。本发明具有成本低、操作简便,能投入产业化、集约化生产,成活率高的优点。

Description

滇池金线鲃的人工训养方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种滇池金线鲃的人工训养方法,属鱼产品养殖技术领域。
背景技术:
滇池金线鲃(Sinocyclocheilus grahami Regan)又名滇池金线鱼、波萝鱼、小洞鱼。分布于滇池及其流域所在河流、容洞、暗河之中。滇池金线鲃肉质鲜美,系云南“四大名鱼”之首,具有极高的开发价值和市场前景。近十几年来,由于滇池受到重度污染,水质变为劣5类水,滇池金线鲃的栖息繁衍环境遭到严重破坏,自80年代未期,滇池金线鲃在滇池中濒临灭绝,1989年被列为国家II级保护动物,翌年被列入《云南省珍稀水生动物保护名录》,1998年被收录到《中国濒危动物红皮书·鱼类》中。为了保护好、利用好这一珍惜土著鱼类资源,2004年,由农业部批准立项,对采集的滇池金线鲃原种从生物学特性、池塘驯养、人工繁殖等方面进行研究。
经文献检索,未见与本发明相同报道。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于为恢复云南昆明滇池的特有鱼类-滇池金线鲃的资源,并使其成为池塘养殖新品种,实现产业化集约化生产,提供一种滇池金线鲃的人工训养方法。
滇池金线鲃的人工驯养方法,包括饲料选择和饲料方式,其中:
a.饲料选择:饲料选用浆状食物虾浆、蛋黄浆、挂喂粉状饲料、投喂丰年虫、微粒饲料、大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料;
b.饲料方式:0-6天刚出膜的滇池金线鲃幼苗长5.5-7.5mm,全靠卵黄囊供给营养,7天后的滇池金线鲃开始摄食浆状食物虾浆和蛋黄浆,20日后摄食丰年虫体并逐渐摄食粉状饲料,70日后摄食微粒饲料,半年后摄食小颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料并逐步摄食大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料,投食量为体重的2-3%。
本发明具有成本低、操作简便、能运用于大规模生产、成活率高的优点。
具体实施方式:
发明人2007年至2009年在中国科学院昆明动物研究所珍稀土著鱼类保育研究基地,采用本发明方法人工驯养金线鲃鱼苗共计余万尾,成活率达95%。具体做法如下:

a.饲料选择:饲料选用浆状食物虾浆、蛋黄浆、挂喂粉状饲料、投喂丰年虫、微粒饲料、大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料;

a.饲料选择:饲料选用浆状食物虾浆、蛋黄浆、挂喂粉状饲料、投喂丰年虫、微粒饲料、大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料;
b.饲料方式:0-6天刚出膜的滇池金线鲃幼苗长5.5-7.5mm,全靠卵黄囊供给营养,7天后的滇池金线鲃开始摄食浆状食物虾浆和蛋黄浆,20日后摄食丰年虫体并逐渐摄食粉状饲料,70日后摄食微粒饲料,半年后摄食小颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料并逐步摄食大颗粒料人工混合鱼用商品饲料,投食量为体重的2-3%。
