本发明提供了一种节能平开窗或门上使用的组合式中间密封条，所要解决的技术问题是：在橡胶价格日益走高的今天，节能平开窗上的中间密封条的价格居高不下。本发明的要点是：它是由软质PVC或橡胶材质的头部、和塑料型材的底座以穿条或共挤工艺组合构成。本发明的有益效果是：它的头部由软质PVC或橡胶制成，满足密封条迅速恢复原状的要求，其底座采用价格低廉的塑料型材制成，它的体积占整个密封条的80％以上，因此大大降低了整个密封条的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在节能平开窗或门上使用的密封条，具体说是设置在窗框或门框上密封框与扇的中间密封条。
背景技术
节能平开窗包括隔热断桥窗、铝塑铝复合窗和铝塑复合窗等具有显著的密封性、保温性，它在窗框上设置内侧、外侧和中间三个用于密封框与扇的橡胶密封条，内侧和外侧密封条体积相同且很小，中间密封条体积最大，是内侧或外侧密封条的四倍以上。在橡胶价格日益走高的今天，如果能把中间密封条的价格降下来，意义重大。因中间密封条形状及体积不可改变，降低其价格只能冀于橡胶的价格降低，但这又是不现实的，也不是本发明要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决现有中间密封条价格居高不下的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种组合式中间密封条，它价格低廉。
中间密封条之所以采用橡胶制作是要利用它的弹性，在窗扇或门扇频繁地开与关时中间密封条的头部能迅速恢复原状与窗扇或门扇的隔热条配合，实现密封。因此它除头部以外的部分是不需要具有弹性的，是可以用其它价格较低的材料制成。本发明是由软质PVC或橡胶材质的头部(也叫密封头)、和塑料型材的底座以穿条或共挤工艺组合构成。它的安装方式和位置不变，其头部与窗扇的隔热条配合，实现密封。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：它的头部由软质PVC或橡胶制成，满足密封条迅速恢复原状的要求，其底座采用价格低廉的塑料型材制成，它的体积占整个密封条的80％以上，因此大大降低了整个密封条的成本。

具体实施方式
图1中11是窗框1的隔热条，6是窗扇旋转轴。在窗框1上设置内侧密封条5、外侧密封条3和中间密封条2。其中中间密封条(参见图2)由橡胶材质的密封头22和塑料型材底座21通过共挤工艺组合构成。它的安装方式和位置不变，其密封头与窗扇4的隔热条41配合，实现密封。
参见图3，本发明还可以应用在铝塑铝复合窗和铝塑复合窗上，应用到铝塑铝复合窗上时，中间密封条的塑料型材底座21通过共挤工艺组合了两个密封头221和222，它们分别与窗扇4的塑型材配合，实现两次密封。

Claims (2)

1、一种组合式中间密封条，其特征是：它是由软质PVC或橡胶材质的密封头、和塑料型材的底座以穿条或共挤工艺组合构成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的组合式中间密封条，其特征是：在塑料型材底座上以共挤工艺组合了两个密封头。
