本发明属于汽车变速器类,具体是一种汽车变速器操纵杆。
背景技术
为提高燃油的利用率,节能减排,目前汽车上使用的变速器产品呈现出一种多挡化的发展趋势,变速器的挡位从传统的五挡、六挡发展到现在的八挡、九挡、十二挡,甚至达十四挡、十六挡之多,挡位多了以后,对手动箱来说,其操纵会变得很复杂繁琐,为简化操纵,现有变速器多采用挡位分区的办法,即将所有挡位分为一个低挡区和一个高挡区,普通十二挡变速器操纵杆,从其指示牌上显示上看,在每一位置有两个挡位,实际所处挡位由高低挡开关控制,这种形式能基本满足使用要求,但也存在一些安全隐患,挡位显示不够清楚,比如车辆在停车起步时,驾驶员可能不清楚变速器是处于高挡区不是处于低挡区,容易产生误操作,发生危险,安全性能不高,不能很好地匹配整车的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种挡位显示牌可简单方便地进行变换、挡位显示清楚、安全性能好的汽车变速器操纵杆。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种汽车变速器操纵杆,包括操纵杆本体、挡位显示牌,挡位显示牌带有高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位两种显示模式,高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位显示由一高低挡转换开关控制变换,其特征在于:高低挡转换开关通过机械联动翻转挡位显示牌的高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位。
本发明的挡位显示牌有高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位两种显示模式,通过机械联动控制高低挡转换开关简单方便地进行变换,能清楚显示高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位,提高了驾驶员开车安全性,增加了舒适性,保障了行驶安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种汽车变速器操纵杆,包括操纵杆本体1、挡位显示牌2,其特征在于:挡位显示牌2分高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位两种显示模式,高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位显示由一高低挡转换开关3控制变换。
如图4所示,本发明的高低挡转换开关3通过机械联动翻转挡位显示牌2的高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位,挡位显示牌2在转轮5上,高低挡转换开关3连接齿条4,齿条4与转轮5啮合,高低挡转换开关3转换时带动齿条4上下移动,齿条4带动转轮5旋转将挡位显示牌2翻转到相应位置。
本发明的高低挡转换开关3也可通过光电控制挡位显示牌2的高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位的显示。
本发明当高低挡转换开关3处于低挡位置时,挡位显示牌2显示低挡区挡位(如图2所示);当高低挡转换开关3处于高挡位置时,挡位显示牌2显示高挡区挡位(如图3所示)。
本发明可应用于十二挡变速器的操纵,也可应用于其它多挡位变速器。

1.一种汽车变速器操纵杆,包括操纵杆本体、挡位显示牌,挡位显示牌分高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位两种显示模式,高挡区挡位与低挡区挡位显示由一高低挡转换开关控制变换,其特征在于:高低挡转换开关通过机械联动翻转挡位显示牌的高挡位区与低挡位区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车变速器操纵杆,其特征在于:挡位显示牌在转轮上,高低挡转换开关连接齿条,齿条与转轮啮合。
