Abstract

本发明涉及一种对通过喷嘴装置提供的纤维悬浮液进行脱水的方法和装置,其中,由筛布类材料制成纵向延伸的容器(1),容器中装有垂直分布的喷嘴装置(2),所述喷嘴装置朝向容器的内壁喷射纤维悬浮液。所述喷嘴装置可围绕容器轴线旋转,也可垂直地往复运动,因此悬浮液喷射流在朝向容器(1)内壁呈放射状向外扩散的同时,还可对沉积在容器(1)内壁上的纤维提供清洗作用,悬浮液中的液体经过容器壁得到有效的分离,然后被包围着容器(1)的外罩(9)收集。

对通过喷嘴装置提供的纤维悬浮液进行脱水的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对纤维悬浮液进行脱水的方法和装置。
背景技术
纤维悬浮液,可以是从原料中脱出的液态悬浮液,其中含有一定残余量的纤维。从悬浮液中可分离至少一部分颗粒或者纤维,分离出来的纤维可用于有益的用途,所以这种分离是有价值的。此外,在将悬浮液中的液体部分(水)重新收回使用之前,尽可能地脱去液态悬浮液中的颗粒或者纤维也是有必要或者有利的。
众所周知的一点是,可以引导悬浮液穿过一种筛滤材料,其中的液态部分会穿过筛滤材料,而其中的大部分纤维组分则被收集在筛滤材料上,然后可被收集以作进一步处理。
问题在于如何以一种有效的方式进行这样的脱水、分离。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种技术,使得从纤维悬浮液中对纤维的分离能够以一种简单有效的方式进行。
本发明是可以实现此目的。本发明会在附加的独立权利要求中进行定义。
本发明的具体实施例也会在附加的从属权利要求中进行解释。
本发明中,包括筛滤材料,该筛滤材料组成纵向延伸的容器,悬浮液通过一个喷嘴装置被引入该容器中,所述喷嘴装置都设在容器中央,所述喷嘴装置设有多个间隔分布的喷嘴,用于将悬浮液喷向容器的内壁。
其中,所述喷嘴装置可相对于容器进行轴向运动。所述喷嘴装置设有两组或者多组喷嘴,各组之间沿该喷嘴装置间隔分布,同一组中的各个喷嘴组围绕着所述喷嘴装置的圆周间隔分布,所述喷嘴装置还能围绕容器轴线进行相对于容器的旋转运动。
由于容器是静止的,可以在其底端安装一个阀门装置或者水闸装置,聚集在容器底部的纤维组分能够通过此装置被收回。可以采用一种液面传感器来探测容器中的液面高度,并控制引入到容器内的悬浮液流量,使得容器的液面高度低于喷嘴装置。所述容器可放在一个外罩内,所述外罩会收集从悬浮液中分离出的液体然后将其排出。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个带有筛布材料的纵向延伸的管状容器1,其上端的结构未进一步显示。在所述容器1的上部是一个喷嘴装置2,其中包含一个大致纵向的导管3,该导管与多组4的喷嘴5相连接,喷嘴5用来将由导管3引入的悬浮液呈放射状向外喷向容器1内部。
从图2可以看出,每一组中的喷嘴都围绕喷嘴装置2圆周分布。喷嘴装置2必需与容器1同轴,并被设置成可通过图1显示的驱动装置7而围绕中心轴转动。可通过加压方式将悬浮液引入导管3,比如利用一个回转接头8。
在容器1下端、喷嘴装置2下一定距离处,装有一个阀门装置10。容器的下端与装有阀门装置10相连接的一根导管11。所述阀门装置10可以由两个沿导管11间隔分布的滑阀15组成,从而可在从容器向下延伸的导管11中形成一个水闸。使用所述阀门装置10能够从所述容器1下端或所述导管11上端传送高纤维含量的纤维悬浮液。这一部分高纤维含量的纤维悬浮液会在重力的作用下,通过导管11的阀门装置传送到收集容器14,然后送到传送带12上,传送带可以由筛布或类似的材料组成,以便和位于上面的箝位装置13接触来进行机械脱水;箝位装置13可以是一条带有筛布的压带,并通过压浆辊对传送带12上的纤维组分加压。
容器1被外罩9所包绕,外罩9的内壁位于容器1外部径向适当距离处,并带有一个底部排水口91。悬浮液中可穿过容器1侧壁那部分液体被收集在外罩9内,然后通过其排水口91排出。
使用驱动装置7除了有利地推动喷嘴装置2进行旋转运动外,还可以进行轴向往复运动,因此从各个喷嘴5喷出的悬浮液还可以对可能沉积在容器1内壁上的纤维实现清洗作用,从而便沉积的纤维向下流向容器底部。其中,可以调整送入容器中的悬浮液的流量,确保容器不被悬浮液所淹没,这样才能确保悬浮液喷射流能够在喷嘴与容器壁之间自由穿过。悬浮液喷射流的速度应足够快,这样会使悬浮液中相当一部分的液体能够穿过筛布流走,而大部分纤维则会保留在容器内。

Claims (10)

1、一种用于对纤维悬浮液进行脱水的方法,其中将所述悬浮液从一个纵向延伸的管状容器的上部引入,该容器中设有筛布类纤维分离材料,其特征在于,所述悬浮液通过一个喷嘴装置(2)被引入到所述容器中,所述喷嘴装置设于容器的中央,并装有多个沿着容器轴线间隔分布的喷嘴,所述纤维悬浮液被加压后引入所述喷嘴装置,所述喷嘴装置可相对于容器进行轴向运动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述喷嘴装置可沿着容器的轴线方向往复运动。
3、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器保持静止。
4、根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述喷嘴装置可围绕容器的轴线进行相对于容器的旋转运动。
5、根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述纤维悬浮液经过多组喷嘴喷出,每一组中的各个喷嘴沿圆周间隔分布,各组喷嘴又沿轴向间隔分布,所述喷嘴装置与所述容器在轴向是平行的。
6、一种用于对纤维悬浮液进行脱水的装置,包括一个纵向延伸的管状容器,它由筛布类可渗透液体的纤维分离材料所组成,还包括用于将纤维悬浮液引入到所述容器中的装置,其特征在于,在所述容器中央设有喷嘴装置(2),其中设有多个喷嘴,用于引导纤维悬浮液喷向所述容器的圆周内壁,还包括将纤维悬浮液引入到所述喷嘴装置的加压装置。
7、根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴装置带有多组沿其间隔分布的喷嘴,同一组中的各个喷嘴组围绕着所述喷嘴装置的圆周间隔分布。
8、根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括可带动所述喷嘴装置围绕容器轴线旋转的驱动装置。
9、根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置被设置为可带动喷嘴装置沿着容器轴线往复运动,且所述容器保持静止;距所述容器适当位置装有一个用于收集悬浮液中液体的外罩(9),所述外罩带有一个用于引走已收集的悬浮液中液体的底部排水口(91)。
10、根据权利要求6-9中任项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括一个能够有选择地从所述容器下端引导出高纤维含量的悬浮液组分的阀门装置(10)。
