Abstract

一种主机板开机电路,其包括一开关连接器、一阻抗电路及一Super I/O芯片,所述阻抗电路包括一上拉电阻、一滤波电容及一衰减电阻,所述衰减电阻一端与所述开关连接器的开机引脚连接,所述衰减电阻另一端与所述Super I/O芯片的开机引脚相连并分别通过所述上拉电阻连接一直流电源及所述滤波电容接地。所述主机板开机电路能长时间在特定环境中及时检测到开机信号,正常开机。

主机板开机电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种主机板开机电路。
背景技术
常温下,按一下电源键,主机板开机电路就能检测到一开机信号,进而控制电源对各部件正常供电,实现开机过程。
目前,主机板的开机测试一般需要在40℃、80%湿度的恒温箱中进行。环境的改变对主机板开机电路中的元件阻抗值有一定的影响。当主机板在上述恒温箱放置4个小时后,按一下电源键,通常不能正常开机,必须要一直按住电源键数秒后方能开机。测试发现,主机板输入/输出(Super I/O)芯片的开机引脚在常温下接收到的开机信号下跳沿几乎无振荡,在40℃时接收到的开机信号下跳沿振荡延时超过5μs。一般而言,若延时超过200ns则会对开机造成影响。造成振荡延时的根本原因是环境的变化使前面板开关连接器与输入/输出(Super I/O)芯片间的阻抗不匹配。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种主机板开机电路,解决在特定环境中不能正常开机的问题。
一种主机板开机电路,其包括一开关连接器、一阻抗电路及一Super I/O芯片,所述阻抗电路包括一上拉电阻、一滤波电容及一衰减电阻,所述衰减电阻一端与所述开关连接器的开机引脚连接,所述衰减电阻另一端与所述Super I/O芯片的开机引脚相连并分别通过所述上拉电阻连接一直流电源及所述滤波电容接地。
相较现有技术,所述阻抗电路包含了所述衰减电阻,同时通过调整所述上拉电阻、所述滤波电容及所述衰减电阻的大小,为所述Super I/O芯片提供一合适的阻抗使所述SuperI/O芯片能长时间在特定环境中及时检测到开机信号,正常开机,有效改善了主机板的开机延迟问题,便于操作。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明主机板开机电路的较佳实施方式包括一前面板开关连接器10、一阻抗电路20、一输入/输出(Super I/O)芯片30、一I/O控制集线器40及一ATX电源50,所述阻抗电路20包括一上拉电阻R1、一滤波电容C1及一衰减电阻R2。所述Super I/O芯片30的型号为IT8718F。
所述前面板开关连接器10的第8引脚接地,第6引脚与所述衰减电阻R2的一端相连,所述第6引脚为开机引脚,当其被置为低电平时电脑开机,所述衰减电阻R2的另一端分别与所述Super I/O芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#、所述滤波电容C1的一端及所述上拉电阻R1的一端相连,所述上拉电阻R1的另一端连接直流电源Vcc,所述滤波电容C1的另一端接地,所述SuperI/O芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#、SUSB#引脚、SUSC#引脚分别与所述I/O控制集线器40的PWBTN#引脚、SUSB#引脚、SUSC#引脚相连,所述Super I/O芯片30的PSON#引脚与所述ATX电源50的PSON#引脚相连。本实施方式中所述上拉电阻为2.2kΩ-2.5kΩ、所述滤波电容为1000pF-2nF、所述衰减电阻为30Ω-33Ω。
开机时,按下电源键,所述前面板开关连接器10的第6引脚与第8引脚连通,所述前面板开关连接器10为主机板开机电路提供一开机信号,所述阻抗电路20为所述Super I/O芯片30提供一合适的阻抗使所述Super I/O芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#能及时检测到所述开机信号,所述I/O控制集线器40的PWBTN#引脚检测到所述开机信号并由其SUSB#引脚、SUSC#引脚发出控制信号给所述Super I/O芯片30,再通过所述Super I/O芯片30的PSON#引脚控制所述ATX电源50对主机板各部件供电。
请参照图2,其为本实施例中主机板开机电路在40℃,80%湿度的环境中的电压输出波形图。由双踪示波器通道Ch1显示的是所述前面板开关连接器10输出的开机信号,由双踪示波器通道Ch2显示的是所述Super I/O芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#的输出电压波形。从图2可以看出,所述Super I/O芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#能及时检测到所述开机信号,使主机板在40℃,80%湿度的环境中可长时间正常开机。
当所述上拉电阻为2.2kΩ-2.5kΩ、所述滤波电容为1000pF-2nF、所述衰减电阻为30Ω-33Ω时,所述阻抗电路20可为所述前面板开关连接器10与所述SuperI/O芯片30提供一匹配阻抗,保证开机信号无延迟,确保主机板能长时间在40℃,80%湿度的环境中正常开机。特别是所述上拉电阻R1为2.2kΩ、所述滤波电容为1000pF及所述衰减电阻为33Ω时,所述输入/输出(Super I/O)芯片30的开机引脚PWRON#在40℃时接收到的开机信号下跳沿振荡延时为0ns,所述阻抗电路20提供一最佳匹配阻抗。此外,考虑到导线阻抗的影响,所述阻抗电路20应靠近所述Super I/O芯片30设置。

Claims (5)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种主机板开机电路,包括一开关连接器、一阻抗电路及一Super I/O芯片,所述阻抗电路包括一上拉电阻、一滤波电容及一衰减电阻,所述衰减电阻一端与所述开关连接器的开机引脚连接,所述衰减电阻另一端与所述Super I/O芯片的开机引脚相连并分别通过所述上拉电阻连接一直流电源及所述滤波电容接地。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的主机板开机电路,其特征在于:所述上拉电阻的阻值介于2.2kΩ-2.5kΩ之间,所述滤波电容的电容值介于1000pF-2nF之间,所述衰减电阻的阻值介于30Ω-33Ω之间。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的主机板开机电路,其特征在于:所述上拉电阻的阻值为2.2kΩ。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的主机板开机电路,其特征在于:所述滤波电容的电容值为1000pF。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求2所述的主机板开机电路,其特征在于:所述衰减电阻的阻值为33Ω。
