Abstract

一种移动照明万向灯架,包括顶支撑杆、中空的中支撑杆,顶支撑杆与中支撑杆相连接,其特殊之处在于:所述顶支撑杆有沿轴线方向的嵌入槽;安装在顶支撑杆顶部的套筒的导向槽,导向槽与嵌入槽重合;伸缩灯架杆由中空的外套杆、与外套杆的内腔滑动配合的内杆构成,内杆上有挂钩;外套杆与嵌入槽枢接;调整螺母与套筒螺纹配合,调整螺母可支撑外套杆,或调整螺母与套筒配合将伸缩灯架杆保持在嵌入槽内。采用这样的结构,储存时伸缩灯架杆嵌入槽内;当使用时,伸缩灯架杆旋转一定角度,调整螺母支撑伸缩灯架杆,达到灯位高低的调节;顶支撑杆可进入中支撑杆隐藏,顶支撑杆相对于中支撑杆旋转,实现调节伸缩灯架杆,在水平面转动,实现不同方位照明。

本发明涉及一种灯架。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种收折灯架,包括底支撑架座、顶支撑杆、中空的中支撑杆、设置在顶支撑杆上的灯架杆,底支架座由三个支撑脚杆、连接座、中心支撑杆、紧固活动套构成,三个支撑脚杆与加接座枢接,中心支撑杆安装在连接座的中心孔上,中空支撑杆插入中心支撑杆内,紧固螺母将中心支撑杆与中支撑杆可拆卸联接;顶支撑杆与中支撑杆相连接,项支撑杆可隐藏在中支撑杆内,灯架杆与顶支撑杆连接。存在问题是:灯架杆不能方便在垂直平面内旋转一定角度,并达到调节灯位高低的目的;灯架杆不能隐藏,不方便储存。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种移动照明万向灯,它不仅能在垂直平面内旋转一定角度,并达到调节灯位高低的目的,而且灯架杆可隐藏。
本发明是这样实现的:一种移动照明万向灯架,包括顶支撑杆、中空的中支撑杆,顶支撑杆与中支撑杆相连接,其特殊之处在于:所述顶支撑杆上有沿轴线方向的嵌入槽;还包括:
一安装在顶支撑杆顶部的带外螺纹的套筒,套筒的外壁上有沿轴线方向的下开口的导向槽,导向槽与嵌入槽重合;
一伸缩灯架杆,伸缩灯架杆由中空的外套杆、与外套杆的内腔滑动配合的内杆构成,内杆的一端部有挂钩、另一端插入外套杆内;外套杆一端与嵌入槽上部枢接;
一调整螺母,调整螺母与套筒螺纹配合,调整螺母可支撑外套杆,或调整螺母与套筒配合将伸缩灯架杆保持在嵌入槽内。
所述的一种移动照明万向灯架,其特殊之处在于:还包括一带内螺纹的顶螺帽,顶螺帽的外顶部有一螺柱;顶螺帽与套管螺纹可拆卸配合,或螺柱与顶支撑杆端部的螺孔配合。
所述的一种移动照明万向灯架,其特殊之处在于:还包括一连接座,连接座有一沿轴线贯通的贯通孔,上部有紧固外螺纹;
中支撑杆的上端插入贯通孔内,顶支撑杆下端插入中支撑杆内,固紧螺母与紧固外螺纹配合,将中支撑杆与连接座固定联接。
本发明一种移动照明万向灯架,由于采用这样的结构,平时需储存时,伸缩灯架杆嵌入槽内,调整螺母与套筒配合,防止伸缩灯架杆因外力的作用下,与嵌入槽分离;当使用时,伸缩灯架杆旋转一定角度,调整螺母与套筒配合,调整螺母支撑伸缩灯架杆,调整螺母沿套筒上、下移动,可实现伸缩灯架杆在垂直平面内与水平面不同的角度,达到灯位的高低的调节;顶支撑杆可进入中支撑杆隐藏,中支撑杆与顶支撑杆通过连接座、紧固螺母可拆卸联接,实现顶支撑杆与中支撑杆定位、顶支撑杆相对于中支撑杆旋转,实现调节伸缩灯架杆,在水平面转动,实现不同方位照明。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,一种移动照明万向灯架,包括底支撑架座1、中空的中支撑杆2、顶支撑杆3、设置在顶支撑杆3上的伸缩灯架杆4,底支架座1由三个支撑脚杆11、枢接座12、中心支撑杆13、紧固活动套14构成,三个支撑脚杆11与枢接座12枢接,中心支撑杆13安装在枢接座12的中心孔上,中支撑杆2插入中心支撑杆13内,紧固螺母14将中心支撑杆13与中支撑杆2可拆卸联接;所述顶支撑杆3上有沿轴线方向的嵌入槽31;还包括:
一安装在顶支撑杆3顶部的带外螺纹的套筒7,套筒7的外壁上有沿轴线方向的下开口的导向槽71,导向槽71与嵌入槽31重合;
伸缩灯架杆4,伸缩灯架杆4由中空的外套杆41、与外套杆41的内腔滑动配合的内杆42构成,内杆42的一端部有挂钩421、另一端插入外套杆41内;外套杆41一端与嵌入槽31上部用支撑轴枢接;
一调整螺母8与套筒7螺纹配合,调整螺母8可支撑外套杆41,或调整螺母8与套筒7配合将伸缩灯架杆4保持在嵌入槽31内。
还包括一带内螺纹的顶螺帽9,顶螺帽9的外顶部有一螺柱91;顶螺帽9与套筒7螺纹可拆卸配合,或螺柱91与顶支撑杆3端部的螺孔配合。
还包括一连接座5,连接座5有一沿轴线贯通的贯通孔,上部有紧固外螺纹,
中支撑杆2的上端插入贯通孔内,顶支撑杆3下端插入中支撑杆2内,固紧螺母6与紧固外螺纹配合,将中支撑杆2与连接座5固定联接。调节固紧螺母6可实现顶支撑杆3相对于中支撑杆2转动,实现伸缩灯架杆4上的灯在水平面内转动。
如图1是本发明使用状态的视图。
本发明在使用时,如图2所示,当需要调整伸缩灯架杆4与水平面的夹角时,逆时针转动伸缩灯架杆4,旋转调整螺母8,使其向上移动支撑伸缩灯架杆4的外套杆41,则将伸缩灯架杆4的端部的位置向上翘起,端部的悬挂的灯远离地面;顺时针转动伸缩灯架杆4,旋转调整螺母8,使其向下移动支撑伸缩灯架杆4的外套杆41,则将伸缩灯架杆4的端部的位置向下低,端部悬挂的灯缩小了离地面的距离。
也可以通过内杆42与外套杆41相对位置的调节,实现调节端部悬挂的灯与地面的距离。内杆42位于外套杆41内的端部、外套杆41的端部与内杆42相互支撑、摩擦,防止内杆42从外套杆41内滑落,而使内杆42与外套杆41分离。
如图3所示,图3是本发明在收拢后,储存状态的图。
在使用时,先将支撑脚杆11相对于枢接座12转动,使三个支撑脚杆11张开,与地面接触。然后旋转紧固活动套14,将中支撑杆2从中心支撑杆13中抽出,将紧固活动套14旋紧将中支撑杆2定位,当野外宿营时,将定位针131从中心中支撑管13中取出,插入地下;室内使用时,无需将定位针131从中心支撑杆13内拔出。松开固紧螺母6,将顶支撑杆3从中支撑杆2中抽出,再旋紧固紧螺母6,将顶支撑杆3的相对位置固定。在顶螺帽9上安装一座灯15,如图4所示的状态。
在图4所示的状态下,旋转调整螺母8,使其与套筒7分离向下移动,然后将伸缩灯架杆4从嵌入槽31中取出,使伸缩灯架杆4相对于顶支撑杆3转动,将调整螺母8与套筒7旋合联接,此时,调整螺母8支撑伸缩灯架杆4,将内杆42从外套杆41中抽出,在内杆42端部的挂钩421上悬挂一盏吊灯16,如图5所示的状态。
当需要收拢储存时,将调整螺母8从套筒7上卸下,将内杆42插入外套杆41内,如图2所示,顺时针转动伸缩灯架杆4,将伸缩灯架杆4嵌入槽内,将调整螺母8与套筒7连接在一起,防止伸缩灯架杆4受意外外力的作用,脱离嵌入槽31。顶支撑杆3插入中空的中支撑杆2内,中支撑杆2进入底支架座1的中心支撑杆13内,然后再收拢支撑脚杆11,即可完成收拢过程,如图3所示的状态。

1、一种移动照明万向灯架,包括顶支撑杆(3)、中空的中支撑杆(2),顶支撑杆(3)与中支撑杆(2)相连接,其特征在于:所述顶支撑杆(3)上有沿轴线方向的嵌入槽(31);
还包括:
一安装在顶支撑杆(31)顶部的带外螺纹的套筒(7),套筒(7)的外壁上有沿轴线方向的下开口的导向槽(71),导向槽(71)与嵌入槽(31)重合;
一伸缩灯架杆(4),伸缩灯架杆(4)由中空的外套杆(41)、与外套杆的内腔滑动配合的内杆(42)构成,内杆(42)的一端部有挂钩(421)、另一端插入外套杆(41)内;外套杆(41)一端与嵌入槽(31)上部枢接;
一调整螺母(8),调整螺母(8)与套筒(7)螺纹配合,调整螺母(8)可支撑外套杆(41),或调整螺母(8)与套筒(7)配合将伸缩灯架杆(4)保持在嵌入槽(31)内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种移动照明万向灯架,其特征在于:还包括一带内螺纹的顶螺帽(9),顶螺帽(9)的外顶部有一螺柱(91);顶螺帽(9)与套筒(7)螺纹可拆卸配合,或螺柱(91)与顶支撑杆(3)端部的螺孔配合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种移动照明万向灯架,其特征在于:还包括一连接座(5),连接座(5)有一沿轴线贯通的贯通孔,上部有紧固外螺纹;
中支撑杆(2)的上端插入贯通孔内,顶支撑杆(3)下端插入中支撑杆(2)内,固紧螺母(6)与紧固外螺纹配合,将中支撑杆(2)与连接座(5)固定联接。
