The paint has the effects as follows: the content of solid is high and can be more than 98 percent; the paint has environmental friendliness; the paint without solvent avoids the problem that solvent of solvent type paint volatilizes during drying and causes air holes; the paint without the solvent has better resistance to chloride ion permeability; the thickness of the paint can be 500microns just by painting a layer; the paint can satisfy the requirement of the ocean engineering concrete paint protection design just by painting once, thereby reducing the construction cost and saving constructing time; and the paint has good ductility, ensures the integrality of a coating in service and realizes the long acting property of anticorrosion.

Background
The problem that the durability of a marine engineering concrete structure is reduced due to the corrosion of reinforcing steel bars caused by the corrosion of chloride ions in a marine environment has attracted great attention in the marine engineering field. Currently, effective methods for improving the durability of reinforced concrete in a marine environment include methods of using high-performance concrete, spraying a concrete protective coating, coating reinforcing steel bars and the like, wherein the corrosion prevention of concrete paint is a commonly used economic and effective method. In the design of ports, wharfs and cross-sea bridges in China, the requirement of anticorrosion of the coating of a concrete structure is definitely specified.
The concrete paint can not be used as steel structure anticorrosive paint. The concrete structure is characterized in that the concrete structure is a porous structure, and microcracks can appear in the use process. When the paint is used on concrete, bubbling can occur, and the cracking of the concrete causes the cracking of the coating, thereby causing the failure of the anticorrosive coating.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the ocean engineering concrete anticorrosive paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 to 15 percent of elastic epoxy resin
20 to 30 percent of E51 epoxy resin
2-5% of active diluent
25-30% of anticorrosive pigment
10-15% of filler
0.5 to 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent
20 to 30 percent of curing agent
In order to solve the problem that the coating is easy to crack along with the concrete in the concrete coating corrosion prevention to cause coating protection failure, the invention selects the elastic epoxy resin coating. On one hand, as is well known, the adhesive force of the epoxy coating is strongest in the synthetic resin, and on the other hand, the elastic epoxy resin is used, so that the tracking performance of the coating to concrete cracking is improved, and the protection life of the coating is greatly prolonged.
The elastic epoxy resin in the present invention must have the following properties: the epoxy resin can be reacted and cured by aliphatic amine, phenolic aldehyde amine and cashew nut shell phenol epoxy curing agent under normal temperature, and the extensibility of the reaction product of the epoxy resin and the curing agent is more than 100 percent. These elastomeric epoxies may be one or a combination of GF-630, EP810, NO. 1-694.
The reactive diluent in the invention can be one or more of n-butyl glycidyl ether, allyl glycidyl ether and phenyl glycidyl ether.
The anti-corrosive pigment in the invention can be one or a combination of mica iron oxide and glass flake. The filler can be one or the combination of talcum powder, silicon micropowder and mica powder.
The auxiliary agent comprises a wetting dispersant and a thixotropic agent, wherein the wetting dispersant can be one of AT-203 and BYK-415, and the thixotropic agent can be one of fumed silica and BYK-405.
The curing agent in the invention is one of 593# modified fatty amine, T31 phenolic aldehyde amine and cashew nut shell phenol epoxy curing agent.
The coating of the invention takes the curing agent as an independent component, and takes the other components as a component after mixing and dispersing. The coating is prepared in proportion and sprayed by a high-pressure airless sprayer. The proportion of the two components is different due to different types and dosage of the used resin and the curing agent, and the specific proportion can be calculated by the proportion of the curing agent in the whole, for example, the proportion of the curing agent is 20 percent, and the proportion of the two components is 4: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the coating disclosed by the invention has the following effects:
1) the solid content is high and can reach more than 98 percent, and the method is environment-friendly;
2) the solvent-free coating avoids pores caused by solvent volatilization in the drying process of the solvent-based coating, and has better chlorine ion permeation resistance;
3) the thickness of the coating can reach 500 microns in one coating, the requirement of marine concrete coating protection design can be met by one-time coating, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction time is saved;
4) good ductility, ensures the integrity of the coating in service and realizes the long-term durability of corrosion resistance.
