Abstract

本发明公开了一种油井选择性堵水剂,各组份按重量计:改性聚丙烯酰胺0.1-3份、活性钙镁铝硅酸盐40-60份、活性硅胶5-15份、活性剂0.1-1份、胶联调整剂0.1-0.6份和水30-50份。本发明由于引进了有机高分子聚合物,形成以冻胶为主的混合型堵剂,加强了对原始地层的吸附。本发明既可使多层系的油井继续生产,也可使单层系有剩余油的油井继续生产,即使用本发明堵水剂显著提高了原油采收率。

Description

油井选择性堵水剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种堵水剂,特别是一种裂缝(大孔道)型暴性水淹油井选择性堵水剂。
背景技术:
石油开采中一般都是首先利用地层天然能量自喷和下泵抽吸,称为一次采油。然后进行注水补充地层能量递减,称为二次采油。然后进行注聚合物或活性剂以及生物酶(也叫生油生物菌)或者该类物质的混合物,称为三次采油。在注水和注聚合物及活性剂过程中由于天然和人造裂缝的存在,极易造成注入水沿裂缝锥进(也叫指进),造成对应油井暴性水淹,致使油井无法正常生产。
目前,一般采用封隔器卡封换层和注水泥换层,用来使具有多层系的油井继续生产,但对于只有一个油层的油井只好废弃,这两种方法未能使还具有剩余油的油井继续产生效益,使宝贵的资源浪费。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种既可使多层系的油井,还可使单层系的有剩余油的油井继续生产的高效油井选择性堵水剂。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:油井选择性堵水剂各组份按重量计:用作改性聚丙烯酰胺的丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸共聚物或甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺0.1-3份、活性钙镁铝硅酸盐40-60份、活性硅胶5-15份、用作活性剂的阴离子石油磺酸钠或非离子聚醚0.1-1份、胶钛调整剂0.1-0.6份和水30-50份,其中,所述活性钙镁铝盐的粒度为2-50倍于所施工油井油层喉孔半径。
使用时,首先将水、改性聚丙烯酰胺混合搅拌,反应温度为20-80℃,待充分溶解后,加入活性钙镁铝硅酸盐、胶钛调整剂和活性硅胶、磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后即得本发明产物。本发明为有机、无机共聚体,为灰褐色液体。将配制的本发明堵水剂注入油井后对裂缝(大孔道)暴性水淹油井进行有效封堵,与原始地层胶结强度高,而对出油孔道不产生影响,既可使多层系的油井,还可使单层系的有剩余油的油井继续生产。使用本发明堵水剂,也可不预先配制好,直接把各组分按比例分段塞依次注入油井,同样既适用于多层系的油井,也适用于单层系的有剩余油的油井继续生产。本发明堵水剂强度高,有效期长,成本也较低,使用方便。本发明由于引进了有机高分子聚合物,加强了对原始地层的吸附。形成以冻胶为主的混合型堵剂,本发明可显著提高原油采收率。
具体实施例:
本发明所采用的活性钙镁铝盐的粒度,为所施工油井油层喉孔半径的2-50倍;
实施例1:
原料:甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺2kg、活性钙镁铝硅酸盐50kg、活性硅胶8Kg、石油磺酸钠0.5kg、胶钛调整剂0.3kg和水39kg。
制备方法:
首先将39kg水和2kg甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺混合,开始搅拌,反应温库为20-80℃,充分溶解后,加入50kg活性钙镁铝硅酸盐、8Kg活性硅胶、0.3kg胶钛调整剂和0.3kg石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀即可得到本发明产物。
使用方法:
将配制的本发明堵水剂注入油井即可,还可不预先配制好,直接把各组分按比例分段塞依次注入油井。
实施例2:
原料:甲叉基聚丙烯酰胺1kg、活性氧化镁、氯化镁、硅酸钙、硅酸铝盐60kg、活性硅胶5kg、非离子聚醚0.2kg、胶钛调整剂0.2kg和水50kg。
制备方法、使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3
原料:丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物3kg、活性钙镁铝硅酸盐40kg、胶钛调整剂0.1kg和活性硅胶5Kg、石油磺酸钠0.1kg和水50kg.
制备方法、使用方法同实施例1。
实施例4
原料:丙烯酰胺丙烯酸共聚物0.1kg、活性钙镁铝硅酸盐60kg、胶钛调整剂0.6kg和活性硅胶15Kg、石油磺酸钠1kg和水30kg.
制备方法、使用方法同实施例1。
