本发明公开了一种水体蒸发装置,包括蒸发池,所述蒸发池有进水口,蒸发池底部为黑色,蒸发池底部设置一个或多个水堰,将蒸发池底部分割成若干区块,每个区块中设雨水出口和浓缩液出口,雨水出口用于分流雨水,浓缩液出口用于收集蒸发遗留物;所述水堰设有配水道口。在蒸发池底部铺设电加热或余热管线。本发明其能源可分别采用光、电和余热能,也可将光、电和余热能分组或同组使用,其装置可分流雨水、减少蒸发量、可控制蒸发水体深度、提高蒸发、蒸馏效能、便于清除蒸发、蒸馏遗留物,其结构简单、造价和运营成本较低,可单体使用,也可组合使用。

一种水体蒸发装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用光照或电、余热能蒸发水体的装置,用于海盐生产、污染水体蒸发处理。
背景技术
现有海盐生产、污染水体的蒸发处理,是仅采用大面积露天日照盐田或污水蒸发池,其存在雨水掺入,增加蒸发量,水体深浅不一,难以控制蒸发水体深度,影响蒸馏效果,且能量单一、设备利用低、整体效率低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种可分流雨水、减少蒸发量、可控制蒸发水体深度、提高蒸发效能、便于清除蒸馏遗留物的水体蒸发装置,其能源可分别采用光、电和余热能,也可将光、电和余热能分组或同组使用。其进一步改进方案还可具有蒸馏功能。
本发明为实现上述发明的目的,所采取的技术方案是:一种水体蒸发装置,包括蒸发池,所述蒸发池有进水口(被处理水体由此进入蒸发池),蒸发池底部为黑色(以便有效吸收太阳能),蒸发池底部设置一个或多个水堰,将蒸发池底部分割成若干区块,每个区块中设雨水出口和浓缩液出口,雨水出口用于分流雨水,浓缩液出口用于收集蒸发遗留物;所述水堰设有配水道口。
本发明一种水体蒸发装置,还可在蒸发池底部铺设电加热线路,对被处理水体进行电加热蒸发。
本发明一种水体蒸发装置,还可在蒸发池底部铺设余热管线,利用工业生产中的余热对被处理水体加热蒸发。
本发明一种水体蒸发装置,可在在蒸发池底部同时铺设电加热和余热管线。
本发明一种水体蒸发装置,在蒸发池上部加透光盖板,并在透光盖板下面配设至少一个集水槽,用于收集蒸发过程中产生的蒸馏水。
本发明装置,可控制蒸发水体深度、提高蒸发、蒸馏效能、便于清除蒸发、蒸馏遗留物,其能源可分别采用光、电和余热能,也可将光、电和余热能分组或同组使用,其结构简单、造价和运营成本较低,可单体使用,也可组合使用,具有相当大的经济价值和巨大的社会效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:如图1、2所示,一种水体蒸发装置,蒸发池1设有进水口3,蒸发池1的底部4为黑色太阳能吸收层,蒸发池1的底部设置多个水堰2,将蒸发池底部4分割成若干区块,每个区块中设雨水出口6和浓缩液出口7,水堰2有配水道口5。
还可以在蒸发池1的底部铺设电加热或余热管线8,可将光、电和余热能共同用于被处理的水体蒸发。
另外,还可以在蒸发池1的上部加透光玻璃盖板9,并配设至少一个集水槽10,使得本发明装置同时具有蒸馏功能。

1.一种水体蒸发装置,包括蒸发池,所述蒸发池有进水口;其特征是:所述蒸发池底部为黑色,蒸发池底部设置一个或多个水堰,将蒸发池底部分割成若干区块,每个区块中设雨水出口和浓缩液出口,雨水出口用于分流雨水,浓缩液出口用于收集蒸发遗留物;所述水堰设有配水道口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水体蒸发装置,其特征是:在蒸发池底部铺设电加热线路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水体蒸发装置,其特征是:在蒸发池底部铺设余热管线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水体蒸发装置,其特征是:在蒸发池底部同时铺设电加热线路和余热管线。
5.根据权利要求1~4之一所述的一种水体蒸发装置,其特征是:在蒸发池上部加透光盖板,并在透光盖板下面配设至少一个集水槽。
