技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种海水淡化装置,具体是一种通过太阳能进行海水蒸发进而完成海水淡化的装置。
背景技术
海水淡化即利用海水脱盐生产淡水。是实现水资源利用的开源增量技术,可以增加淡水总量,且不受时空和气候影响,水质好、价格渐趋合理,可以保障沿海居民饮用水和工业锅炉补水等稳定供水。 从海水中取得淡水的过程谓海水淡化。 现在所用的海水淡化方法有海水冻结法、电渗析法、蒸馏法、反渗透法。
太阳能海水淡化装置一般都称为太阳能蒸馏器。蒸馏系统被动式太阳能蒸馏系统的例子就是盘式太阳能蒸馏器,人们对它的应用有了近150年的历史。由于它结构简单、取材方便,至今仍被广泛采用。目前对盘式太阳能蒸馏器的研究主要集中于材料的选取、各种热性能的改善以及将它与各类太阳能集热器配合使用上。与传统动力源和热源相比,太阳能具有安全、环保等优点,太阳能海水淡化技术由于不消耗常规能源、无污染、所得淡水纯度高等优点而逐渐受到人们重视。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能海水淡化装置,通过一种简便的方法实现太阳能光伏海水蒸馏淡化。
本实用新型太阳能海水淡化装置,包括冷凝罩、太阳能电池板、进水管、出水管。蒸发池、蒸发器;其特征在于所述冷凝罩形状为三棱锥,冷凝罩下边缘设置有导水边槽;导水边槽连接出水管;进水管连通蒸发池,蒸发器由太阳能电池板供电。太阳能电池板可以安装在冷凝罩两侧。
使用过程中,海水由进水管引入蒸发池,太阳能电池板,将太阳能转化为电能。通过电能带动蒸发器启动,将海水中的淡水蒸发出来,淡水蒸发出来后遇到冷凝罩凝结为液态水,顺着冷凝罩流到导水边槽内,最后通过出水管流出。
本实用新型太阳能海水淡化装置结构简单,通过太阳能光伏发电进行海水淡化与传统动力源和热源相比,该太阳能海水淡化技术具有不消耗常规能源、无污染、所得淡水纯度高等优点。

具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本实用新型作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本实用新型保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本实用新型内容对本实用新型的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本实用新型的保护范围。
实施例1:太阳能海水淡化装置如图1、图2所示。包括冷凝罩1、太阳能电池板2、进水管3、出水管4。蒸发池5、蒸发器6;冷凝罩1形状为三棱锥,冷凝罩1下边缘设置有导水边槽7;导水边槽7连接出水管4;进水管3连通蒸发池5,蒸发器6由太阳能电池板2供电。太阳能电池板2安装在冷凝罩1两侧,与冷凝罩1底面组成一个正方形。
使用过程中,海水由进水管3引入蒸发池5,太阳能电池板2,将太阳能转化为电能。通过电能带动蒸发器6启动,将海水中的淡水蒸发出来,淡水蒸发出来后遇到冷凝罩1凝结为液态水,顺着冷凝罩1流到导水边槽7内,最后通过出水管4流出。其中蒸发器6可以设置为电热丝或者电磁加热器。
实施例2:太阳能海水淡化装置如图3所示,包括冷凝罩1、太阳能电池板2、进水管3、出水管4。蒸发池5、蒸发器6;冷凝罩1形状为三棱锥,冷凝罩1下边缘设置有导水边槽7;导水边槽7连接出水管4;进水管3连通蒸发池5,蒸发器6由太阳能电池板2供电。太阳能电池板2安装在冷凝罩1顶部。

1.一种太阳能海水淡化装置,包括冷凝罩、太阳能电池板、进水管、出水管、蒸发池、蒸发器;其特征在于所述冷凝罩形状为三棱锥,冷凝罩下边缘设置有导水边槽;导水边槽连接出水管;进水管连通蒸发池,蒸发器由太阳能电池板供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能海水淡化装置,其特征在于所述太阳能电池板安装在冷凝罩两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能海水淡化装置,其特征在于所述太阳能电池板安装在冷凝罩顶部。
