本发明公开了一种燃气灶节能装置,采用本发明空气循环对流反吸式的工作原理。这种装置由锅架1和支撑底盘2组成,空气4通过锅架1与支撑底盘间的中间腔体导流区域,在此中间腔体形成空气循环对流,给燃气灶点火圈输送充足的氧气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气灶节能装置,具体地说涉及一种空气循环对流反吸式的装置。
技术背景
目前已经进入千家万户的节能灶,使用的锅架通常是:燃气开关大开时火焰不集中,随着锅底往外窜,热量散失;燃气开关开小时,燃气燃烧时产生的热量过少,延长烧饭做菜时间。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种空气循环对流反吸式的装置。这种装置由锅架和支撑底盘组成,空气通过锅架与支撑底盘间的腔体导入,给燃烧的火焰注入充足的氧气,提高热量传递效率。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明空气循环对流反吸式装置透视图。在锅架1上有三个锅底垫脚块5成圆周120°平分。锅架1成盆形状,盆形底部有许多月牙形的导流块6,按一定的规则间隔排列,如图2所示。底盘2如图2所示,通过连接点3起支撑锅架1的作用,还能隔绝周围空气。接点3把锅架1与底盘2固定在一起,接点3按圆周120°平分三点,锅架1与底盘2间的中间腔体是空气4导入区域,因而当此装置放在燃气灶上时点燃火焰,空气4作为火焰的氧气补充来源,由于火焰继续在燃烧,底盘2底部形成真空,氧气来源只能通过空气4进入,如图1所示,通过不间断地循环传递,使燃气灶燃气充分燃烧。

  1. 一种由锅架和支撑底盘连接而成的燃气灶节能装置。其特征在于:所述支架底盘2由接点3与锅架1相连接,所述空气4通过支撑底盘2和锅架1间的中间腔体导入,所述可燃气体在燃烧过程中锅架1和支撑底盘2间的中间腔体作为可燃气体继续燃烧的氧气补充来源区域,使得燃气能够充分燃烧。
