1. the bellmouth that is used for reservoir or container, it can be connected to the special nozzle to the suitable material of this reservoir or container filling, described bellmouth has a mechanical device, this device is used to avoid to be different from the introducing of material of the characteristic of this special nozzle, it is characterized in that: described device comprises the bellmouth loop system, this system remains closed the position by blocking device, wherein identical bellmouth is provided with the deoppilation device, this deoppilation device starts by the importing of special nozzle, this nozzle has outer radius portion, and this part is corresponding with the inner-diameter portion whose of the position that is provided with the deoppilation device of this bellmouth.
