一、技术领域
本发明涉及石灰工业生产流程,特别是一种石灰生产压力炉装置。
二、背景技术
目前,在石灰生产流程中对石灰石生料的煅烧需要大量用煤,非常浪费能源,为了减少用煤做到节能减排,发明石灰生产压力炉装置。
三、发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是在石灰生产流程中节省能源的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术手段是:
它的装置构造包括:压力钢炉煅烧室主体,内下侧装有倾斜面板及通气孔,底部是盛水盆,主体顶上装有压力钢炉盖及排气口,底侧设有排料出口,主体外是高温高压热能回收室,压力钢炉热能回收管道,管道上设有压力钢炉监视压力表、高温高压热能回收开关、热能回收室的监视压力表,热能回收室上方设有压力安全释放阀,压力钢炉内压力释放阀及进入热能回收室释放管道,盛水盆注水管开关及水位表,压力钢炉加热采用大功率电磁炉或用燃煤等主要结构元件组成。

五、具体实施方式
压力钢炉及热能回收室匀采用压力钢板铸造而成。
生产使用时,打开压力钢炉盖把石灰石生料倒满压力钢炉煅烧室并盖紧密封,启动大功率电磁炉对盛水盆的水进行加热,产生高温高压,大大缩短了煅烧时间,因而大量节省电能或燃煤,压力达到极限太大时会通过(12)压力释放阀排放进入热能回收室内,当石灰石煅烧时间已到烧好时,停止加热,打开(9)高温高压热能回收开关使高温高压气体进入热能回收室内贮存,并关闭(9)开关,打开盖上的排气口把余压排放尽,然后打开压力钢炉排料出口,由于炉内设有倾斜面板,所以煅烧好的石灰石料可迅速排放完并关闭出口,接着可以向压力钢炉内重新装料,盖紧密封好后,打开(9)开关把热能回收室内的高温高压气体又排放回到压力钢炉煅烧室内,再关闭(9)开关,这样第二次煅烧石灰石生料时又可再次节省电能或燃煤了,如此循环可大量节省加热能源,并提高生产效率。把排出煅烧好的石灰石经过水化处理就可化成石灰了,整个石灰生产流程非常快并且节省了大量的能源。

1.一种石灰生产压力炉装置,其装置构造特征在于它包括:压力钢炉煅烧室主体(1),内下侧装有倾斜面板及通气孔(2),底部是盛水盆(3),主体顶上装有压力钢炉盖及排气口(4),底侧设有排料出口(5),主体外是高温高压热能回收室(6),压力钢炉热能回收管道(7),管道上设有压力钢炉监视压力表(8)、高温高压热能回收开关(9)、热能回收室的监视压力表(10),热能回收室上方设有压力安全释放阀(11),压力钢炉内压力释放阀及进入热能回收室释放管道(12),盛水盆注水管开关及水位表(13),压力钢炉加热采用燃煤或大功率电磁炉(14)构成。
