Description

本发明涉及可调式变压器的圆柱形选级器,这种选级器的固定分段触点位于绝缘的圆柱体壁上的至少一个平面上,并对于每一平面设置一个触桥,触桥的内端在位于相同平面上的接触环上滑动,接触环装在引导着触桥且由绝缘材料制成的管状控制器轴周围,并与该轴配合,而触桥由与该控制器轴连接的支臂支承。这类选级器已经由AT-PS199759所公开。
这一类已知的结构要求有不同的部件,如接触环、触桥和触桥支臂。此外,人们还要考虑到固定,如在控制器轴上触桥支臂的固定,而该支臂并非没有用金属制成。而这又会导致电位接地,从而影响选级器的耐压强度。
因此,本发明的任务是,改进这一已知的选级器结构,使其在采用适合于堆砌式结构的构件下完全取消金属部件,这样,该结构不必带电。这一任务通过利用本发明选级器的以下改进得到了解决:完全由绝缘材料制成的支臂装备有一个与管状装置匹配的、紧靠在控制器轴上的法兰,该法兰至少具有一个插入控制器轴的相应间隙内的凸块,覆盖了控制器轴的120°圆周,并且借助于一个缠绕着法兰和该控制器轴的经过树脂浸泡后空气硬化的绝缘材料带控制器轴固定连 接。
本发明的优点在于避免采用各个金属部件,这样,该结构不必带电。尽管如此,控制器轴上的触桥支臂也是安全固定的,同时,支臂可以在控制器轴的圆周上任意移动,并且还使得预选器三个支臂可安置在控制器轴的一个接触平面上。在这种情况下,能用相同的支臂和触桥来装备三级预选器,正如用于选级器那样。

如图所示,选级器具有一个支承的绝缘材料圆柱体1,该圆柱体支承着在不同平面上固定的分段触点2。另外,该选级器具有一个管状控制器轴3,该控制器轴用普通的方式可以逐步转动。为每一个接触平面设置有一个接触环4,该接触环松动地安置在控制器轴3的周围,并由连接管5支持着,始终在接触环4上滑动的触桥6用来连接接触环4和各个固定的分段触点2。触桥6由位于控制器轴3上的支臂7支持并导向。这一完全由绝缘材料制成的支臂7连同与控制器轴3的管状装置相匹配的法兰8紧贴在控制器轴上,并且覆盖了几乎120°的圆周。在支臂7的法兰8上还设有一个凸块9,它插入控制器轴3的一个相应的间隙内。此外,支臂用一根树脂浸泡后空气硬化的绝缘材料带10固定在控制器轴3上,这样,这一绝缘材料带就缠绕着支臂7的法兰轴肩11和控制器轴3。图1表示了绝缘材料带10的两个缠绕位置,绝缘材料带总是缠绕着一个上和一个下法兰轴 肩11。这一点对于较大的和较重的选级器结构也是适宜的。

Claims (1)

1、可调式变压器的圆柱形选级器,这种选级器的固定分段触点(2)位于绝缘材料的圆柱体(1)的壁上的至少一个平面上,对于每一个平面设置一个触桥(6),触桥(6)的内端在位于同一平面上的接触环(4)上滑动,接触环(4)装在引导着触桥的、由绝缘材料制成的管状控制器轴(3)的周围,并与该轴松配合,而该触桥由与该控制制器轴连接的支臂(7)支承,其特征在于,完全由绝缘材料制成的支臂(7)装备有一个与管状装置匹配的紧靠在控制器轴(3)上的法兰(8),该法兰至少具有一个插入控制器轴的相应间隙内的凸块(9),和覆盖了该控制器轴的120°圆周,并且,该法兰借助于一个缠绕着法兰(8)和控制器轴(3)的经过树脂浸泡后空气硬化的绝缘材料带(10)与控制器轴固定连接。
