背景技术
化学肥料为农作物生长提供必要的营养成分,对农产品的产量及其品质起到至关重要的作用,在农业产业投资中占有较大份额,易于对土壤环境和自然环境产生不利影响。因此,营养成分搭配科学合理,与植物生长需求相匹配;营养成分缓慢释放,与植物对营养成分的吸收速率相适应;减缓肥料降解和硝化速率,以减少肥料淋失和以NO、NO2、NH3气体形式进入大气,从而提高肥料利用率;有利于土壤资源保护、有益于自然环境的化学肥料及其制造方法是人们所期待的。
现有技术中的缓释肥料靠单层或多层包膜,或只靠简单的加入抑制剂来控制化肥营养成分的释放速率,缓释效果不够理想;存在着营养成分不全面、肥料组分调节不合理,而且制造工艺复杂、成本高;对土壤和自然环境产生污染等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种营养成分全面、搭配科学合理,与植物生长需求相匹配;肥料降解速率、营养成分释放速率缓慢,并与植物对营养成分的吸收速率相适应;能够提高农产品的产量和品质;提高肥料利用率;减少施肥量,降低农业生产成本;有益于土壤和自然环境保护的理想的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种工艺简单、操作方便、制造成本低的本发明的缓释型氮磷钾复合肥料的生产方法。

配方中的磷石膏的主要化学成分是CaSO4.2H2O,PH值1-4.5。它将硫酸根形式的S和钙质带入复合肥料,磷石膏与氮肥一起使用可以抑制硝化菌对氮肥的硝化速率,使氮素缓慢释放,起到固氮和提高肥效的作用;还可以防治枯萎症、黄斑症、苹果的苦痘病、大白菜的干心病等农作物疾病。
配方中的粉煤灰成分包括SiO2、AL2O3、Fe2O3、MgO、CaO等,PH值4.5-12.8。含有植物生长需要的P、K、Mg、Ca、B、Zn、Cu、S、Si、Mo等多种营养元素,而且在历经锅炉炉膛高温处理后,形成的多孔结构,具有特有的表面吸附性能。
发明人发现,磷石膏的酸性环境,会激发粉煤灰的活性机制,使其吸附活性和絮凝性显著增强,组分中的AL、Si和Fe等均可以溶出,形成多种配位化合物、络合物、聚合物等高分子化合物。因此,本发明的发明人巧妙地将粉煤灰和磷矿粉同时引入本发明的复合肥料配方中,形成互补组分结构,使磷石膏的酸性和粉煤灰的碱性同时得到了消除,同时把K、Na、Da、Mg、Al、S、Si、Fe、B、P、Zn、Cu、Mo等多种元素引入肥料中供农作物吸收。

本发明的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于所述之盐酸酸化磷矿粉中,过磷酸钙含量≥30%(wt%),氯化钙含量≤20%(wt%)。所述之盐酸酸化磷矿粉,采用有机磷水处理剂副产盐酸。不仅会降低生产成本,还有提高肥效的作用。
本发明的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于所述之混合钾肥是粒度60-100目的钾矿粉与从氯化钾、硝酸钾中选择出来的任意一种或两种组合的混合物,其组成范围是(wt%):
钾矿粉 3-15
硝酸钾 0-97
氯化钾 0-97。
钾矿粉的采用可降低生产成本,还具有增加微量元素和改良土壤的作用。
本发明的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于所述之缓释剂是从苯基膦二酰胺、苯醌、N-丁基-硫代磷酰三胺中选择出来的至少一种脲酶抑制剂和从双氰胺、硫脲、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基嘧啶、3、4-二甲基吡唑、3、4-二甲基磷酸吡唑中选择出来的至少一种硝化菌抑制剂组成的复合物。所述之缓释剂是从苯基膦二酰胺、苯醌、N-丁基-硫代磷酰三胺中选择出来的至少一种脲酶抑制剂和从双氰胺、硫脲、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基嘧啶、3、4-二甲基吡唑、3、4-二甲基磷酸吡唑中选择出来的至少一种硝化菌抑制剂组成的复合物。所述之微量元素来自硫酸锌、硼砂、钼酸铵。
下面提供一种本发明的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a.磷石膏制备:磷石膏烘干至水分含量小于8%,粉碎过20目筛,备用;
b.磷石膏、粉煤灰混合物的制备:按照拟定配方,将步骤a制备的磷灰石与粉煤灰及其它组分调制均匀,备用;
c.钾矿粉粉碎,过60-100目筛,备用;
d.配料、造粒:按照拟定配方准确称取各组分,加入胶粘剂等常规辅料混匀,造粒、干燥、筛分;
e.包膜:将步骤d制备的颗粒肥料,采用流化床喷浆造粒、可降解的水溶性或乳液型有机包膜材料淀粉、羟丙基淀粉、脲素-甲醛树脂、乙基纤维素、丁基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、丙烯酸乳液、醇酸树脂乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的一种喷涂包膜;
f.检验、包装、入库。
本发明相比现有技术有如下积极效果和显著进步:
1.配方中包括氮磷钾和微量元素,营养成分全面,有利于提高农产品的产量和品质;
2.采用磷石膏、粉煤灰缓释组合物、缓释剂、包膜多种复合缓释措施,实现了肥料营养的缓慢释放;提高了肥料的利用率,降低了农业生产成本;
3采用工业固体废弃物磷石膏、粉煤灰及副产盐酸为原料,生产复合肥料,消除污染,保护环境;变废为宝,节约资源;具有改良土壤、增加农作物生产需要的微量元素、吸收重金属离子防病、治病;使营养缓慢释放等有益功能;
4.提供了一种工艺简单、操作方便、制造成本低的本发明的缓释型氮磷钾复合肥料的生产方法。
具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合实施例作进一步详述:
实施例1
a.磷石膏制备:磷石膏烘干至水分含量小于8%,粉碎过20目筛,备用;
b.磷石膏、粉煤灰缓释组合物的制备:按照磷石膏∶粉煤灰=1∶0.5-1(重量份)的配比,准确称取步骤a制备的磷石膏与粉煤灰及其它组分调制均匀,备用;
c.钾矿粉粉碎,过60-100目筛,备用;
d.配料、造粒:准确称取步骤b制备的磷石膏、粉煤灰缓释组合物40重量份、尿素20重量份、盐酸酸化磷矿粉20重量份、钾矿粉1.5重量份、硝酸钾7.5重量份、氯化钾6重量份、苯醌1重量份、双氰胺1重量份、硫酸铜1重量份、硼砂1重量份、钼酸铵1重量份;加入胶粘剂等常规辅料,混匀;造粒、干燥、筛分;
e.包膜:将步骤d制备的颗粒肥料,采用流化床喷浆造粒、可降解的水溶性或乳液型有机包膜材料淀粉、羟丙基淀粉、脲素-甲醛树脂、乙基纤维素、丁基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、丙烯酸乳液、醇酸树脂乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的一种喷涂包膜;
f.检验、包装、入库。

Claims (5)
1.一种缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于包括如下以重量份数计的原料组分:
①所述之磷石膏是湿法磷酸装置排放的固体废弃物,其含水量小于8%;所述之粉煤灰是从燃煤锅炉烟气经除尘后收集的飞灰、烟气经脱硫后排放的废渣、炉底灰中的一种或其任意两种以上组合;所述之磷石膏、粉煤灰缓释组合物中,磷石膏与粉煤灰的重量比例是,磷石膏∶粉煤灰=1∶0.5-1;
②所述之盐酸酸化磷矿粉中,过磷酸钙含量≥30%(wt%),氯化钙含量≤20%(wt%);
③所述之混合钾肥是粒度60-100目的钾矿粉与从氯化钾、硝酸钾中选择出来的任意一种或两种组合的混合物,其重量百分数组成范围是:
钾矿粉 3-15
硝酸钾 0-97
氯化钾 0-97
④所述之盐酸酸化磷矿粉,采用有机磷水处理剂副产盐酸。
2.按照权利要求1的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于包括如下原料组分(重量份):

4.按照权利要求1的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于所述之缓释剂是从苯基膦二酰胺、苯醌、N-丁基-硫代磷酰三胺中选择出来的至少一种脲酶抑制剂和从双氰胺、硫脲、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基嘧啶、3、4-二甲基吡唑、3、4-二甲基磷酸吡唑中选择出来的至少一种硝化菌抑制剂组成的复合物。
5.按照权利要求1的缓慢释放型氮磷钾复合肥料,其特征在于所述之微量元素来自硫酸锌、硼砂、钼酸铵。
