Abstract
对于过滤单元(100)而言,为了能够将在端部分别与端部盘(14)连接的圆柱形过滤部件(10)快速地插入到壳体部件(40)中并因此能够牢固地连接,在所述过滤部件(10)上以及在壳体底(41)上设有带有锥形螺纹(16、46)的螺旋连接机构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有壳体和可插入到该壳体中的圆柱形过滤部件的过滤单元,该过滤部件的端部分别与端部盘(Endscheibe)连接。
背景技术
过滤单元是公知的,它们的壳体包围基本上为圆柱形的过滤部件,在取下盖件之后能够够到和更换该过滤部件。为了将过滤部件固定在壳体的底上,已知有插塞连接和螺旋连接。插塞连接并不能始终都足够牢固,以便使得过滤部件的密封面轴向压靠到壳体底上,以便能够实现在过滤部件和壳体底之间的良好密封。对于螺旋连接而言,必须设有多个螺纹线,以便能够实现足够牢固的拧紧,以至于在维护时将过滤部件拧下相应地需要很多时间。在拧上盖件时,需要额外谨慎地注意,盖件和壳体的螺纹线精确地相互啮合,因为否则会损伤过滤器壳体。
此外已知卡口式连接,但其具有如下缺点,即仅能实现逐点的大的压紧力,相反,恰恰对于可变形的塑料部件而言,位于锁止机构之间的区域会弹回(wegfedern)。恰恰在空气过滤单元的直径较大的情况下,对于卡口式连接而言,在盖件和壳体之间的环形密封件可能没有足够牢固地被压紧。卡口式锁止不会引起轴向进给,操作者无法调节对密封件的所需要的预应力,从而可能由于密封件几何尺寸的公差会出现不密封的情况。
因此本发明的目的是,对于开头部分所述类型的过滤单元而言,实现过滤部件和壳体的在工作中牢固而在维护情况下可快速拆除的连接。
发明内容
所述目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的过滤单元得以实现。
由于螺纹区段和螺纹孔的锥度,所以当过滤部件移动到壳体部件上时,产生自动对中。于是旋转相对小的角度便足以使得多个螺纹线相互啮合,并因此实现螺纹连接相对于轴向力的相应大的牢固性。
其中非常适合作为传动螺纹的锯齿螺纹已表明是有利的。不言而喻,也可以使用其它形式的螺纹。
例如锥形的锯齿螺纹是合适的,其在直径约为100mm的情况下具有4至5个螺纹线,这些螺纹线以6°至12°的锥顶角设置。
本发明的其它有利的改进可由其它从属权利要求得到,下面借助实施例对其予以说明。

本发明的实施方式
图1为本发明的过滤单元100的示意性的剖视图。在由壳体杯40和盖件20构成的壳体的内部设有过滤部件10。过滤部件10包括过滤波纹管(Balg)11,过滤波纹管例如由卷绕成圆柱形管身的褶皱的过滤纸构成。过滤波纹管11的两端与端部盘13、14连接,并与这些端部盘一起形成圆筒形的中空体。空气在壳体的未示出的进气接管处从外圆周进入到壳体中,流经过滤部件10的过滤波纹管11及其中央的流动通道12,并在设置在壳体底41的中央的出气口43又流出。
环形结构的端部盘14相对于壳体杯或壳体底41的密封在此特别重要,因为带有污物的介质会经过过滤部件10直接流至出气口43。为此端部盘14具有带有螺纹16的区段15。区段15的以中轴线为基准的锥顶角α为8°至12°。
在对面,在壳体底41上设有区段42,该区段42设有锥形的内螺纹46,区段15的外螺纹16可以啮合到该内螺纹中。通过螺纹,过滤部件10和壳体部分40牢固地相互连接。
密封环19将在过滤部件14的端部盘14和壳体底41之间的间隙密封。
在过滤部件10的另一端部盘13处成型有区段17,根据所示实施例,该区段17设有槽18。在壳体的盖件20上,在端面27处成型有凸起部分21,栓头(Zapfen)22从该凸起部分21径向向内延伸,这些栓头能够插入到槽18中,从而在盖件20和过滤部件10之间形成卡口式连接。
图1中仅仅示意性地示出的过滤单元在图2中再次以具体实施例的剖视图示出。在位于内部的、同样被剖切的过滤部件10处可明显看到内管,该内管没有封闭的外壁,而是具有栅格结构,以便尽可能地防止空气径向地经由过滤波纹管11流入到中央的流动通道12中。
在盖件20的区域中,过滤部件10被附加的套环(Kragen)28包围,从而在套环28的外侧面和壳体部件20的壳体壁之间产生环形间隙。同样的情况适合于相对的一侧,在那里,套环48包围过滤部件10。当原空气(Rohluft)在进气接管处相切地流入时,引入到壳体中的空气量在壳体壁的内圆周处环绕,由此能够使得重的灰尘颗粒被分离,并在分离接管29处流出,然后径向地从外向内流经过滤波纹管11。
图3a示出在过滤部件10和过滤单元100的壳体杯40之间的连接细节。在过滤部件10的端部盘14上成型有区段15,该区段15朝向壳体底41突起并设有外螺纹16。如虚线所示,区段15包围过滤部件10中的中央的流动通道12,该流动通道朝向壳体底41上的出气口43开口。在壳体底41上成型有区段42,该区段42的锥形内螺纹与端部盘14上的区段15的外螺纹兼容。
在图3a中所示的情况下,过滤部件10的区段15已经位于区段42的螺纹孔内部,但由于锥度,在过滤部件10相对于壳体底41的该轴向位置的情况下,螺纹线尚未相互啮合。为了进行说明,在外螺纹16和内螺纹46之间的间隙宽度被略微夸大地示出。
如果过滤部件10还继续移动,则螺纹15的肋(Steg)分别直接位于螺纹46的槽之前,反之亦然。于是足以旋转约1至11/2转,以便使得螺纹线完全啮合,并使得过滤部件10被牢固地拧入到壳体底41的区段42中。
图3b中示出了端部情况,此时螺纹16、46相互啮合,且过滤部件10已轴向移动至壳体底41,从而密封环19被压紧。该密封环19防止空气会从位于壳体部件40的外圆周上的流动路径经过过滤部件10流经出气口43。
图4示出过滤单元100′的运动学上相反的实施例,其中在壳体底41′上设有带有外螺纹的区段42′,且在过滤部件10′上设有螺纹孔16′。对于该实施例而言,同样通过锥顶角为α的两个锥形螺纹16′、46′产生连接。同样,在安装状态下,密封环19′在端部盘14′和壳体底41′之间被压紧。
就根据图4的实施例而言,另外规定,卡锁栓头14.1′突出于端部盘14′。如果过滤部件10′通过螺纹16′、46′被拧紧,则卡锁凸起14.1′在前述的端部位置卡入在壳体底上的相应的内凹44′中,由此实现防止旋转。利用多个内凹可以预先给定不同的卡锁位置。
Claims (13)
1.一种过滤单元(100),具有至少一个壳体部件(40)和可插入到该壳体部件中的圆柱形的过滤部件(10),所述过滤部件的端部分别与端部盘(13、14)连接,其特征在于,壳体底(41)具有螺纹(46),且所述过滤部件(10)在至少一个端部盘(13)处具有带有配合螺纹(16)的区段(15),其中所述螺纹和所述配合螺纹分别为锥形结构且相互啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤单元(100),其特征在于,所述螺纹(46)是内螺纹,所述配合螺纹(16)是外螺纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的过滤单元(100),其特征在于,所述螺纹(46)和所述配合螺纹(16)包绕沿着所述过滤部件(10)和所述壳体部件(40)的中轴线延伸的流动通道(12)的一部分和/或包绕壳体孔(43)。
4.如权利要求1所述的过滤单元(100),其特征在于,所述螺纹(46)和所述配合螺纹(16)是锯齿螺纹。
5.如权利要求1所述的过滤单元(100),其特征在于,所述螺纹(46)和所述配合螺纹(16)的锥顶角α为6°至12°。
6.如权利要求1所述的过滤单元(100),其特征在于,对于拧在所述壳体底(41)上的过滤部件(10)而言,所述螺纹(46)和所述配合螺纹(16)的4至5个螺纹线相互啮合。
7.一种过滤单元(100′),具有至少一个壳体部件(40′)和可插入到该壳体部件中的圆柱形的过滤部件(10′),所述过滤部件的端部分别与端部盘(14′)连接,其特征在于,壳体底(41′)具有带有外螺纹(46′)的区段(42′),且所述过滤部件(10′)在至少一个端部盘处具有内螺纹(16′),其中所述内螺纹和所述外螺纹分别为锥形结构且相互啮合。
8.如权利要求7所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,所述外螺纹(46′)和所述内螺纹(16′)包绕沿着所述过滤部件(10′)和所述壳体部件(40′)的中轴线延伸的流动通道(12′)的一部分和/或包绕壳体孔(43′)。
9.如权利要求7所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,所述外螺纹(46′)和所述内螺纹(16′)是锯齿螺纹。
10.如权利要求7所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,所述外螺纹(46′)和所述内螺纹(16′)的锥顶角α为6°至12°。
11.如权利要求7所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,对于拧在所述壳体底(41′)上的过滤部件(10′)而言,所述外螺纹(46′)和所述内螺纹(16′)的4至5个螺纹线相互啮合。
12.如权利要求7所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,在所述过滤部件的安装状态下,在所述过滤部件(10′)的端部盘(14′)和所述壳体底(41′)之间在至少一个角度位置形成卡锁连接。
13.如权利要求12所述的过滤单元(100′),其特征在于,所述卡锁连接通过所述端部盘(14′)上的半球形卡锁凸起(14.1′)和所述壳体底(41′)上的内凹(44′)形成。
