- 【权利要求1】一种空心滤波电抗器调磁方法,其特征是:在空心滤波电抗器上部和下部位于线圈内侧对应磁力线密集处顺着磁力线方向设置调磁单元,所述的调磁单元沿圆周方向均布,通过增减调磁单元的数量来改变磁阻,当调磁单元全部摆放时,可使电感值达到设定的最大调节量,当调磁单元全部拿走时,可使电感值达到设定的最小调节量,当摆放不同数量的调磁单元时,电感值变化范围为最小调节量~最大调节量。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的空心滤波电抗器调磁方法,其特征是:所述的电感值的最大调节量为+5%~+10%、最小调节量为5%~-10%。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求1所述的空心滤波电抗器调磁方法,其特征是:所述的调磁单元设置在线圈骨架内。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1或3所述的空心滤波电抗器调磁方法,其特征是:所述的调磁单元是由绝缘套管、放置在绝缘套管内的磁棒、防振胶垫、安装在磁棒上的牵引环和插装在绝缘套管端口内的压盖构成。
- 【权利要求5】一种空心滤波电抗器调磁装置,包括线圈骨架,在线圈骨架上缠绕有主线圈,其特征是:在线圈骨架上部和下部位于主线圈内侧沿磁力线方向设置有调磁单元,所述的调磁单元沿圆周方向均布。
- 【权利要求6】根据权利要求5所述的空心滤波电抗器调磁装置,其特征是:所述的调磁单元是由绝缘套管、放置在绝缘套管内的磁棒、设在磁棒端面上的防振胶垫、安装在磁棒上的牵引环和插装在绝缘套管端口内的压盖构成。
- 【权利要求7】根据权利要求6所述的空心滤波电抗器调磁装置,其特征是:在上、下相对的绝缘套管之间设有引拨条。
