Abstract

本发明是一种低成本水泥自流平砂浆,不含可再分散乳胶,在硅酸盐水泥、快硬水泥和快硬石膏三相体系基础上,掺用沸石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰,满足实际工程需要。由于沸石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰在水泥水化产物的激发下,不但具有自养护、抗裂性,同时起到部分替代水泥的作用,使配制的水泥自流平砂浆性能具有优越于加入大量聚合物胶粉的自流平砂浆的性能,而成本却相对较低。

技术领域
本发明是一种水泥基自流平砂浆。
技术背景
水泥基自流平砂浆是一种干粉预混砂浆,广泛用于住宅、医院、超市等公共建筑室内地面及轻工业地面找平。水泥基自流平砂浆在新拌状态下,具有流动性好,可自动找平,施工方便,硬化快等特点,硬化后的水泥基自流平砂浆具有抗压抗折及粘结强度高,体积稳定性好的特点。采用水泥基自流平砂浆找平地面施工,可大幅度提高施工效率与质量。
目前的水泥基自流平砂浆大都掺入大量的可分散乳胶粉,不仅成本很高,胶粉还会影响了各种水泥优越性的发挥。
发明内容
本发明是一种低成本水泥自流平砂浆,不含可再分散乳胶,在硅酸盐水泥、快硬水泥和快硬石膏三相体系基础上,掺用沸石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰,满足实际工程需要。由于沸石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰在水泥水化产物的激发下,不但具有自养护、抗裂性,同时起到部分替代水泥的作用,使配制的水泥自流平砂浆性能具有优越于加入大量聚合物胶粉的自流平砂浆的性能,而成本却相对较低。
本发明利用天然矿物沸石粉提高自流平砂浆的自养护能力、改善体积稳定性,同时改善自流平砂浆的和易性及施工性能。沸石粉是天然沸石岩矿经磨细而成,含有活性二氧化硅和三氧化二铝,在碱激发下,能与水泥水化的产物反应,促进水泥水化;沸石具有网格构状结构,内部充满大小均匀的孔穴和通道,掺入砂浆中,一方面,可吸收其中多余的拌和水,克服自流平砂浆泌水性,同时,自流平在凝结硬化过程中,水泥水化继续需要水,被沸石粉吸附的水又能逐渐的释放出来起到自养护的作用。
本发明利用主要成分是钙的偏硅酸盐的纤维状结构的天然矿物硅灰石,提高自流平砂浆的抗裂性、耐磨性,可以替代可再分散乳胶作用,大幅度降低材料成本。
本发明还利用电厂粉煤灰替代通常用的磨细重钙粉,利用粉煤灰微珠流动性好和后期可激发活性的特点,改善水泥自流平砂浆的流平性和耐磨性能,并降低成本。
本发明的水泥基自流平砂浆由石英骨料、硅酸盐水泥、快硬水泥、石膏、沸石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰、及减水剂、缓凝剂、消泡剂等材料组成,配料比例如下:

减水剂        0份-0.5份
缓凝剂        0.05份-0.1份
消泡剂        0.05份-0.2份
上述配料中的粉煤灰为一级粉煤灰,减水剂为聚羧酸盐减水剂粉剂,缓凝剂为酒石酸粉剂或葡萄糖酸钠粉剂或柠檬酸钠粉剂或此三种物质的任意比例混合物。
本发明的优点:
1、配料中不含可再分散乳胶,因而成本大幅度降低。
2、利用粉煤灰替代重钙粉,还能提高砂浆的流平性和耐磨性能,并降低成本。
3、利用具有自养护性能的沸石粉,改善自流平砂浆的体积稳定性。
4、利用硅灰石粉,提高砂浆的抗折强度和抗裂性,可部分替代再分散乳胶粉,降低成本。
5、此配合比方案比目前市面大量掺用多种聚合物的自流平砂浆具有可观的经济效益。

上述材料按重量比例配合后用搅拌机充分搅拌均匀即为一种性能良好的水泥基自流平砂浆。

1.一种低成本水泥自流平砂浆,其特征在于材料的组成和含量重量比例为:

粉煤灰是一级灰;
减水剂是聚羧酸盐减水剂粉剂;
缓凝剂为酒石酸粉剂或葡萄糖酸钠粉剂或柠檬酸钠粉剂或此三种物质的任意比例混合物。
