Abstract

本发明提供一种耐磨塑胶地板,主要原料为PVC塑胶粉,加入活化CaCO3微粉和安定剂、增韧剂、增塑剂、着色剂、阻燃剂等助剂,在其地板配料中加入10%-15%的SiC纳米粉末以及1%左右的TiO2纳米粉末,SiC能增强地板的强度和耐磨程度,再通过TiO2来调亮色度,在片状连续基材上,经涂敷工艺,再经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成,本发明的显著效果是,降低维护费,清洁起来省时省力,SiC大大增强了塑胶的耐磨度,且塑胶地板不易变形、开裂,比一般木地板耐磨,即使受潮也不会像木地板一样霉变、虫蛀、腐蚀,也使室内空气更安全。

一种耐磨塑胶地板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其是一种耐磨塑胶地板。
背景技术
我国木地板主要分为实木地板、强化木地板、实木复合地板、竹木地板和软木地板五大类。实木地板主要包括榫接地板(又称启口地板)、平接地板(又称平口地板)、镶嵌地板、指接地板、集成材地板、拼花拼方地板、竖木地板等。然而,木地板不仅易变形、开裂、而且地板受热的情况下还有甲醛释放,地板受潮后霉变、虫蛀、腐蚀、变色等问题。因此,最近人们开始把目光投向塑胶地板。PVC弹性塑胶地板是目前世界建材行业中最新颖的高科技铺地材料。现已在国外装饰工程中普遍采用。自80年代进入国内市场得到大力推广,现在商业(办公楼、商场、机场、),教育(学校、图书馆、体育馆),医药(制药厂、医院),工厂等行业广泛使用,且取得满意的效果,使用量日渐增大。然而与地板相比,塑胶地板存在耐磨度不如地板好等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种耐磨塑胶地板。
一种耐磨塑胶地板,主要原料为PVC塑胶粉,加入活化CaCO3微粉和安定剂、增韧剂、增塑剂、着色剂、阻燃剂等助剂,其特征在于在其地板配料中加入10%-15%的SiC纳米粉末以及1%左右的TiO2纳米粉末,SiC能增强地板的强度和耐磨程度,再通过TiO2来调亮色度,在片状连续基材上,经涂敷工艺,再经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
本发明的显著效果是,降低维护费,清洁起来省时省力,SiC大大增强了塑胶的耐磨度,且塑胶地板不易变形、开裂,比一般木地板耐磨,即使受潮也不会像木地板一样霉变、虫蛀、腐蚀,也使室内空气更安全。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步说明:在PVC塑胶粉中加入活化CaCO3微粉和安定剂、增韧剂、增塑剂、着色剂、阻燃剂以及10%-15%的SiC纳米粉末和1%左右的TiO2纳米粉末,以增强地板的强度和耐磨程度,再通过TiO2来调亮色度,将主辅料按照重量比混合,并加热搅拌混匀,在片状连续基材上,将混合好的主辅料经涂敷工艺,再经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
将本发明应用于装饰、教育以及医疗等领域中,可以降低维护费,清洁起来省时省力,SiC大大增强了塑胶的耐磨度,且塑胶地板不易变形、开裂,超强耐磨、抗冲击、不变形、可重复使用、且行走时不易滑倒,使用寿命一般为20—30年,即使受潮也不会像木地板一样霉变、虫蛀、腐蚀,也使室内空气更安全,绿色环保,无甲醛、无辐射,可以为家庭和企业节省20%的维修保养费用。

1.一种耐磨塑胶地板,主要原料为PVC塑胶粉,加入活化CaCO3微粉和安定剂、增韧剂、增塑剂、着色剂、阻燃剂等助剂,其特征在于在其地板配料中加入10%-15%的SiC纳米粉末以及1%左右的TiO2纳米粉末,SiC能增强地板的强度和耐磨程度,再通过TiO2来调亮色度,在片状连续基材上,经涂敷工艺,再经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨塑胶地板,其特征在于地板配料中加入10%-15%的SiC纳米粉末以及1%左右的TiO2纳米粉末。
