Abstract

一种火灾楼安全滑索，是用安全滑索器中平时装备着一根(复合)纤维索，纤维索在滑索器中绕过上导轮、槽轮、下导轮后，在滑索器下用活结捆成一捆；在上导轮以上的索端装着挂钩，可挂在阳台栏杆上，人爬出栏杆外、蹬住滑索器的梯档，松开刹车柄，让滑索器利用人的重力下降。由于槽轮装固在蜗轮轴上，槽轮被纤维索带动使蜗轮驱动蜗杆，这就产生很大的限速作用，同时在蜗杆轴端的刹车盘上用很小的力就能控制人下降速度。

本发明属于机械领域，是利用蜗轮驱动蜗杆(导程角>6°)，由于驱动摩擦阻力大，所以下滑时有限速作用和配备了刹车装置，能使受火灾人安全下滑高楼。
背景技术
11月15日的杭州都市快报报道：沪某大学火灾四女生跳楼遇难，因寝室火灾，被逼到阳台呼救，消防队赶到以前，她们被火烤得受不住了，跳下6楼，她们本想跳到一排2米高的绿化带上，但太远了。寝室与寝室的阳台都有隔离墙，也无法跨越。
发明内容
发明目的：火灾或地震时，在高楼人急需脱险，若从楼梯下去已不可能时，则从阳台里常备的安全滑索箱中取出安全滑索器，挂在栏杆外，抛出活结索捆，踏着脚蹬5往下爬，下半身穿过半圆环20，蹬过焊耳9，踏住梯档22，用右手往上略抬刹车柄14，人的重力作用使蜗轮副开始沿着索6下滑，控制刹车柄14调整下滑速度，接近地面前渐按刹车柄、减速、着地。
技术方案：图中的1是(金属)挂钩，2是防脱片，3是钢索，4是(钢圆)拉条，5是金属蹬和索夹，6是(高强复合)纤维索，7是导轮，8是(金属)外壳，9是焊耳，10是蜗轮，11是蜗杆，12是刹车盘装固在蜗杆轴上，13是(刹车)锥盘，14是刹车柄，与锥盘13用销松动铰支，15是槽轮，装固在蜗轮轴上，20是半圆环(复合纤维)，起安全作用，是围在人的腋下和背部外，21是皮带(复合纤维)，22是梯档(复合纤维)，纤维索6绕过上导轮7、槽轮15和下导轮7、通过梯档22、一直垂到地面。纤维索6绕过槽轮有>180°的包角，所以人的重力作用带动外壳8下降时，槽轮15被驱动，通过蜗轮10驱动蜗杆，这就产生很大的限速作用；因此在蜗杆轴上的刹车盘12的圆锥腔中的锥盘13，通过刹车柄14用很小的力可以控制下滑速度。
索6有足够的安全系数，因此成人还可背一个成人(如跨骑在双肩上、手抓住外壳8上端；或者背部绑一个儿童；或者胸前绑一个幼孩)，但是成人最好每人配备一具安全滑索器(即蜗轮蜗杆滑索器)。假如那火灾遇难的四位女大学生，要是都有这种安全滑索器，平时经过练习，那末就可免遭令人撕心裂胆的灾难了。

Claims (1)

1.一种火灾楼安全滑索，包括外壳、纤维索、挂钩、脚蹬、上导轮、下导轮、槽轮、梯档、与槽轮同轴的蜗轮、蜗杆和刹车，槽轮安装在金属的外壳内，槽轮装固在蜗轮轴上，槽轮上下有导轮，使纤维索绕过槽轮有＞180°的包角；纤维索绕过上导轮、槽轮和下导轮、通过下面的梯档垂到地面；人蹬在滑索器的梯档上，松开刹车的刹车柄，以人的重力使槽轮沿纤维索滚动下降，带动蜗轮驱动蜗杆，产生很大的限速作用，同时在蜗杆轴端的刹车盘上用很小的刹车力就能控制下降速度；在对应于人的腋下和背部外设有起安全作用的复合纤维半圆环，该半圆环的两端连接在外壳两边的焊耳上，该梯档的两端各通过一根复合纤维皮带与上方的该焊耳连接。
