背景技术
目前我国的电厂等工矿企业产生大量的工业矿渣工业石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣物等,如何利用这些材料,变废为宝是值得关注的事情。传统的抹墙粉是一种白灰.沙、水泥.沙、石粉为为基料混合而成的建筑抹墙材料,存在耐水性、,隔热差、隔音差、易龟裂、空鼓、强度低等情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以电厂等工矿产业排放物为原料生产的新型节能建筑抹墙粉料,以克服传统建筑抹墙粉存在耐水性、,隔热差、隔音差、易龟裂、空鼓、强度低等不足。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:
一种新型节能建筑抹墙粉,由以下重量百分比的组分粉碎至120-160目,按常规方法混合搅拌而成:
工业石膏 30-35%;
粉煤灰 25-30%;
矿渣物 20-30%;
无机纤维 10-15%;
有机粘结剂 10-15%。
本发明的有益效果为:优于传统砖墙原料的特性,有耐水性、耐腐蚀性、防火性,隔热、隔音、不龟裂、不空鼓、强度高、重量轻、施工运输方便等特点;尤其是在施工应用方面,可用喷抹系统,是理想节能型抹墙原料,广泛应用于建筑物装修产业内外墙体的抹墙粉,对保护资源综合利用意义显著,适合工业化生产、专业化机械施工。
