不用常规燃料助燃的生活垃圾转化系统及设备所属技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及垃圾处理技术,特别涉及到垃圾的气化、焚烧系统设备。 背景技术
[0002] 当前,能源紧张,环保形势严峻。垃圾随着我国国民经济的发展及城市规模的不断 扩大而迅速增加,并且其有害成分的含量也越来越高,如处理不好,将会污染环境,威胁人 民的身体健康,这不仅会制约社会的进步,也影响到国民经济的可持续发展。当前,我国处 理生活垃圾主要有卫生填埋技术、堆肥(生化)技术和焚烧技术,大部分地区采用卫生填埋 法处理生活垃圾,这不但需占用大量的土地、浪费资源,而且容易污染土地及地下水;采用 堆肥法仅利用40%左右的有机物,需建设配套的焚烧工艺设备,还需要有卫生填埋场相配 套,堆肥制品中的重金属存在污染土壤和进入食品链作物的可能,同样存在二次污染的隐 患;采用焚烧法来处理城市生活垃圾,余热用来发电或供热,可以做到减量化、资源化处理 生活垃圾,但由于生活垃圾含水量高、热值低,一般的垃圾焚烧设备在运行时需用煤或燃油 之类的常规燃料助燃,同时存在烟气中污染物含量高、不能有效消除致癌剧毒物二恶英和 呋喃、烟气净化系统复杂等缺点;现有的垃圾焚烧设备只适应处理城市生活垃圾,而不能普 及到村镇,不能实现低成本并且达到环保要求的处理水分更高、热值更低的村镇生活垃圾。发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是要克服现有技术和设备的缺点,实现环境友好地处理生活垃圾, 不仅适应处理城市生活垃圾,而且可以实现低成本、达到环保要求的处理村镇生活垃圾,并 且在处理生活垃圾的同时,把生活垃圾转化为二次能源、肥料和建材,实现垃圾废物的综合 利用。
[0004] 本发明的一种不用常规燃料助燃的生活垃圾转化工艺,包括垃圾的气化和焚烧转 化技术,其特征是:把生活垃圾进行分选,把分选出的有机质垃圾采用碾压、风干其中的一 种或二种措施进行脱水处理,这一工序对处理含水量高的瓜果、蔬菜、厨余之类的垃圾及农 业废弃物,可脱去大部分水分,然后再把经过上述处理后的有机质垃圾作为燃料送入气化 炉或焚烧炉,通过气化或焚烧的方式进行转化,垃圾燃料在炉内进行烘干、热解、气化和残 炭燃烬;当把垃圾燃料以气化方式进行转化时,气化炉内生成以一氧化碳和氢气为主要成 分的合成气,合成气通过热交换设备降温及除尘/净化处理后作为二次清洁能源利用;当 以焚烧方式进行转化时,垃圾燃料在焚烧炉内先进行气化,然后再进行燃烬,焚烧余热用热 交换设备吸纳进行利用,焚烧产生的高温烟气通过热交换设备降温及除尘/净化处理后由 烟囱排入大气。把从碾压脱水过程中产生的垃圾碾压液送入消化器进行厌氧发酵生产沼 气,把沼气作为焚烧炉的辅助燃料利用,或把沼气送入气柜备用,把消化后的残渣残液用作 农作物施肥。把从混合垃圾中分选出的无机物再通过分拣,回收废金属、废电池后,作为制 砖原料利用,生产烧结砖或免烧砖;把从气化炉或焚烧炉排出的灰渣用于生产水泥或肥料, 实现垃圾废物的综合利用。把通过空气预热器加热后的热空气送入风干装置,使热空气在风干装置内流动,对有机质垃圾进行吹干处理,流动空气把水分带出风干装置,通过脱臭净 化处理后排入大气。
[0005] 上述工艺中,风干装置内的操作温度控制在70〜110°C之间,物料在风干装置内 的滞留时间为1〜3小时;把垃圾通过分选、碾压脱水以及风干处理后,可以使垃圾燃料的 水分含量和无机物含量分别控制在15%和5%以内,垃圾燃料的低位发热值达到9700kj/ kg以上,不用常规燃料助燃就能在焚烧炉或气化炉内进行稳定燃烧。
[0006] 上述工艺中,所述的热交换设备包括锅炉、窑炉、空气预热器和急冷塔其中的一种 或几种。

[0008] 上述工艺中,当所述的气化炉为烟气循环气化炉时,炉体外置有烟气循环回路,炉 体内自前至后依次有烘干区、热解区和气化/燃烧区,把垃圾燃料通过螺旋进料器从炉的 前端送入烟气循环气化炉内,助燃空气由炉的后端进入炉内,垃圾燃料在炉内由前端向后 端运行,进行烘干、热解、气化和残炭燃烧,燃烬的灰渣从排渣口排入水封式渣池;炉内生成 的气化物通过垃圾燃料间隙与垃圾燃料逆向运行,气化物同时作为载热体,把炉后端气化/ 燃烧区生成的热量以对流传热的方式提供给垃圾燃料的气化、热解和烘干所需;炉内的气 化物和烟气混合,从气化炉的前端通过烟气循环回路返回到炉后端的气化/燃烧区,进行 循环气化,其中,烟气中的水蒸汽和炽热的垃圾炭反应生成一氧化碳和氢气,烟气中的炭微 粒和水蒸汽发生水煤气反应,生成一氧化碳和氢气,烟气中二恶英得到有效瓦解;气化炉内 生成的合成气从热解区与气化/燃烧区结合的部位抽出。上述过程中,把热解区的操作温 度控制在300〜800°C,把气化/燃烧区的操作温度控制在1000〜1200°C,气化炉内垃圾 燃料入口处的操作压力为常压或负压20〜30Pa,运行时,炉内操作压力和操作温度的控制 通过调节进料速度、助燃空气风量、烟气的循环量和合成气的引出量来实现。炉内气化生成 的合成气经空预器、余热锅炉降温后,再通过后级净化处理,生产城市煤气,作为清洁能源 或化工原料使用。
[0009] 上述工艺中,当所述的气化炉为等离子体气化炉时,炉体外置有烟气循环回路,炉 体内自前至后依次有烘干区、热解区和气化/燃烧区,把垃圾燃料通过螺旋进料器从炉的 前端送入烟气循环焚烧炉内,垃圾燃料在炉内由前端向后端运行,进行烘干、热解和气化, 同时把水蒸汽作为工作气送入等离子体喷枪加热活化后喷入炉内的气化/燃烧区,与垃圾 炭进行气化反应,生成一氧化碳和氢气,并把垃圾炭燃烬,燃烬的灰渣从排渣口排入水封式 渣池;炉内生成的气化物通过垃圾燃料间隙与垃圾燃料逆向运行,气化物同时作为载热体, 把炉后端气化/燃烧区生成的热量以对流传热的方式提供给垃圾燃料的气化、热解和烘干 所需;炉内的气化物和烟气混合,从气化炉的前端通过烟气循环回路返回到炉后端的气化 /燃烧区,进行循环气化,其中,烟气中的水蒸汽和炽热的垃圾炭反应生成一氧化碳和氢气, 烟气中的炭微粒和水蒸汽发生水煤气反应,生成一氧化碳和氢气,烟气中二恶英得到有效 瓦解。上述过程中,把热解区的操作温度控制在300〜800°C,把气化/燃烧区的操作温度控 制在1000〜1200°C,气化炉内垃圾燃料入口处的操作压力为常压或负压20〜30Pa,运行 时,炉内操作压力和操作温度的控制通过调节进料速度、等离子体喷枪的工作电流及工作气流、烟气的循环量和合成气的引出量来实现。气化炉内生成的以一氧化碳和氢气为主要 成分的合成气,从热解区与气化/燃烧区结合的部位抽出,经空预器、余热锅炉降温后,再 通过后级净化处理,送入气柜贮存备用。用等离子体气化生成的合成气氢分数高、热值高、 品质好,合成气除作为城市煤气利用外,还可作为生产氢气、甲醇、二甲醚的原料气利用。
[0010] 上述工艺中,当所述的焚烧炉为烟气循环焚烧炉时,炉体外置有烟气循环回路,炉 体内自前至后依次有烘干区、热解区、气化/燃烧区和第二燃烧区,把垃圾燃料从炉的前端 送入烟气循环焚烧炉内,助燃空气由炉的后端送入炉内,垃圾燃料在炉内由前端向后端运 行,进行烘干、热解、气化和残炭燃烧,燃烬的灰渣从排渣口排入水封式渣池;炉内生成的气 化物通过垃圾燃料间隙与垃圾燃料逆向运行,气化物同时作为载热体,把气化/燃烧区生 成的热量以对流传热的方式提供给垃圾燃料的气化、热解和烘干所需;炉内的气化物和烟 气混合,从焚烧炉的前端通过烟气循环回路返回到炉后端的气化/燃烧区,进行循环气化 燃烧,其中,烟气中的水蒸汽和炽热的垃圾炭反应生成一氧化碳和氢气后遇助燃空气进行 燃烧,烟气中的炭微粒和水蒸汽发生水煤气反应,生成一氧化碳和氢气后遇助燃空气发生 燃烧,烟气中二恶英得到有效瓦解;把加热的空气作为二次助燃风喷入第二燃烧区,使炉内 未燃烬的可燃性气体和悬浮的可燃性颗粒与空气充分混合而燃烬,避免了化学未完全燃烧 和机械未完全燃烧的现象,减少热能流失,同时进一步瓦解剧毒物二恶英和呋喃,极大降低 了排放烟气中的污染物。上述过程中,把热解区的操作温度控制在300〜800°C,把气化/燃 烧区的操作温度控制在1000〜1200°C,把第二燃烧区的操作温度控制在1000〜1250°C, 焚烧炉内垃圾燃料入口处和第二燃烧区的操作压力为常压或负压20〜30½,运行时,炉内 操作压力和操作温度的控制通过调节进料速度、一次助燃空气风量、烟气的循环量和烟气 的引出量来实现。
[0011] 上述工艺中,焚烧垃圾产生的热量通过锅炉吸纳生产蒸汽或热水,蒸汽用来发 电,热水提供生产或生活使用,锅炉或窑炉设置在第二燃烧区的火口上方,焚烧炉内产生 IOOO0C以上的烟气穿越锅炉或窑炉或空气预热器后降温至800°C,再通过急冷塔,使排放的 烟气快速降温至200°C以下,以避免含氯有机物重新生成剧毒物二恶英和呋喃,再把烟气进 行除尘、净化处理后通过烟®排放。所述的净化处理包括湿法净化、干法净化和半干法净化 工艺,当采用湿法净化工艺时,在净化塔内用氢氧化钙或氢氧化钠作吸收剂,以脱除合成气 中或烟气中的氯化物、硫化物和氟化物。

[0030] 图3所示另一种把生活垃圾转化为合成气的工艺流程中,与图2所示实施例不同 的是:气化炉为等离子体气化炉,等离子体气化炉不用空气或氧气助燃,垃圾燃料热解后的 垃圾炭用等离子体喷枪进行燃烧;等离子体喷枪的工作气体为水蒸汽,把水蒸汽作为工作 气送入等离子体喷枪,水蒸汽在等离子体喷枪内被加热到3100°C以上,水分子被分解和活 化,生成Η、Η2、0、Α和H2Cf的活性化学物,然后喷入气化炉内,与垃圾炭进行气化反应,生成 一氧化碳和氢气,同时把残炭燃烬,燃烬的灰渣可用于生产水泥或肥料。同时,把氧化钙粉 料喷入气化炉内,用氧化钙吸收二氧化碳的放热反应来提供给炉内垃圾燃料进行烘干、热 解和气化的热量所需,以减少等离子体喷枪的电能消耗;在气化炉内,氧化钙吸收二氧化碳生成碳酸钙,与炉内生成的气化物、烟气混合,从炉的前端引出,通过气固分离器进行分离, 分离出的气化物和烟气通过循环回路从炉的后端返回气化炉内进行循环气化,分离出的碳 酸钙送入氧化钙再生炉进行煅烧,煅烧温度为900〜1100°C,使碳酸钙再生为氧化钙粉料, 再把氧化钙粉料送入气化炉进行循环利用。本实施例中,由于不使用空气或氧气助燃,气化 炉生成的合成气热值高、品质好,不仅可作城市煤气利用,还可用于生产氢气、甲醇、二甲醚 的原料气。

[0034] 图7所示的实施例中,烟气循环焚烧炉主要由炉体、烟气循环管(1803)、循环风机 (1817)、二次风喷枪(1816)、沼气燃烧喷枪(1818)、螺旋进料器(1827)、垃圾料斗(1828) 和锅炉组成,其中:炉体由回旋体炉墙构成,为前高后低倾斜设置,回旋体炉墙的内层为耐 火层(1806),中间层为保温层(1805),外层为钢外壳(1804);炉体内接按运行工况分为烘 干区(18-IV)、热解区(18-III)、气化/燃烧区(18- I )和第二燃烧区(18- II ),烘干区 (18-IV)、热解区(18-III)、气化/燃烧区(18- I )和第二燃烧区(18- II )依次相邻相 通,烘干区(18-IV)在炉内的前部,气化/燃烧区(18- I )在炉的后部,热解区(18-111) 在烘干区(18-IV)与气化/燃烧区(18- I )之间,第二燃烧区(18- II )在气化/燃烧 区(18- I )的上方,第二燃烧区(18- II )上有反射拱(1815),前、后反射拱之间构成火口 (1814);在烘干区(18-IV)的前端有喂料口(1801),螺旋进料器(1827)从喂料口(1801) 接入炉内,垃圾料斗(1828)在螺旋进料器(1827)上;烘干区(18-IV )的前部上方有循环 烟气输出接口(1802);沼气燃烧喷枪(1818)从气化/燃烧区(18- I )接入,气化/燃烧区 (18- I )还有循环烟气输入接口(1819)接入;排渣口(1822)在炉的尾部;一次助燃空气 输入接口(1820)从炉尾部的排渣口上方接入;二次风喷枪(1816)从第二燃烧区(18- II ) 的反射拱墙(181¾接入;烟气循环管(180¾连接在循环烟气输出接口(180¾和循环风 机(1817)的吸风口之间,循环风机(1817)的出风口连接到循环烟气输入接口(1819);在 第二燃烧区(18- II )的上方设置锅炉,锅炉由锅壳(1812)、火管(1811)、烟气室(1809) 和烟气室(1813)构成,烟气室(1813)通过火管(1811)与烟气室(1809)连通,焚烧的烟 气出口(1810)从烟气室(1809)接出;焚烧炉的尾部端面上有点火/操作门(1821),在热 解区(18-111)的侧墙上有温度传感器(1807),在气化/燃烧区(18- I )的侧墙上有视镜 (1823)和温度传感器(1拟4),在第二燃烧区(18- II )的侧墙上有视镜(182¾和温度传感 器(1拟6)。本实施中,焚烧炉的耐火炉墙(1806)和反射拱(1815)采用矾土水泥耐火混凝土 浇筑,保温层(180¾采用硅酸铝棉板,回旋体耐火炉墙具有蓄热和聚热作用,容易把垃圾 燃料完全燃烬。本实施例运行时:把热解区的操作温度控制在300〜800°C,把气化/燃烧 区的操作温度控制在1000〜1200°C,把第二燃烧区的操作温度控制在1000〜1250°C,控 制垃圾燃料入口处和第二燃烧区的操作压力为常压或负压20〜30½ ;螺旋进料器(1827) 把垃圾燃料从焚烧炉的前端送入炉内,使垃圾燃料充满炉腔,助燃空气从炉后端的一次助燃空气输入接口(1820)送入烟气循环焚烧炉,垃圾燃料在炉内依次通过烘干区(18-IV)、 热解区(18-III)、气化/燃烧区(18- I ),垃圾燃料在烘干区(18-IV)逸出水蒸汽,在热解 区(18-111)挥发生成一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷和低分子烃的气化物,垃圾燃料逸出挥发分成为 垃圾炭,垃圾炭在气化/燃烧区(18- I )发生燃烧直至燃烬,燃烬的灰渣从排渣口(1822) 排入水封式渣池;炉内生成的气化物通过垃圾燃料的间隙与垃圾燃料逆向运行,气化物同 时作为载热体,把气化/燃烧区(18- I )生成的热量以对流传热的方式提供给垃圾燃料 进行热解气化和烘干所需,炉内生成的气化物和烟气(包括炭微粒、水蒸汽)混合,从烘干 区前端的循环烟气输出接口(180¾通过炉外的烟气循环管(180¾和循环风机(1817)返 回到炉内后端的气化/燃烧区(18- I ),进行循环气化燃烧,其中,烟气中的水蒸汽和炽 热的垃圾炭反应生成一氧化碳和氢气后遇助燃空气进行燃烧,烟气中的炭微粒和水蒸汽在 1000〜1200°C的环境中发生水煤气反应,生成一氧化碳和氢气后遇助燃空气发生燃烧,烟 气中的二恶英在1000〜1200°C的环境中得到有效瓦解;炉内未燃的可燃性气体和悬浮的 可燃性颗粒,在第二燃烧区(18- II )受到二次风的搅拌作用,与空气充分混合而被完全燃 烧,同时进一步瓦解剧毒物二恶英和呋喃,降低排放烟气中的污染物。炉内操作压力和操作 温度的控制通过调节进料速度、一次助燃空气风量、烟气的循环量和烟气的引出量来实现。 焚烧垃圾产生的热量通过锅炉吸纳生产蒸汽或热水,蒸汽用来发电,热水提供生产或生活 使用。
[0035] 图8所示的实施例中,烟气循环焚烧炉与图6所示实施例的不同之处是:在气化/ 燃烧区(18- I )的下面有前风室(1831)和后风室(18¾),气化/燃烧区(18- I )与前 风室(1831)、后风室(1829)之间有往复炉排(1833)隔开,往复炉排(1833)由炉排变速箱 (1835)驱动;一次助燃空气分别从前风门(1832)和后风门(1830)进入前风室(1831)和 后风室(18¾),再通过固定炉排(183¾的通气孔隙进入气化/燃烧区(18- I );循环烟气 输入接口(1819)从焚烧炉尾部的排渣口(1822)上方接入。
