本发明公开了一种太阳能热水器及门窗用平板轧凸真空玻璃,包括两块面积大小相等平板轧凸玻璃(1)、有凸点(1a)的一面向里并使凸点(1a)互相错开均布合在一起;加热烘烤后把四周边(1d)加热熔封;在四周边(1d)加热熔封时留一处加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),烘烤抽真空后把抽真空玻璃管(2)加热熔封口,就加工成了一块平板轧凸真空玻璃(3),本发明生产工艺简单,成本低,易推广。

平板轧凸真空玻璃
技术领域 本发明涉及一种太阳能热水器及门窗用平板轧凸真空玻璃。
背景技术 国家专利局授权的专利“96208977X”和“022002073”其真空玻璃生产工艺复杂、成本高。
发明内容 本发明的目的是:提供一种生产工艺简单、成本低的平板轧凸真空玻璃。本发明的技术方案是:用一根平轧辊和一根具有凹点(Φ2毫米左右)均布均深(0.2毫米以上)的轧辊滚压轧制成的一面是平面(1b)另一面有均布、均高凸点(1a)的两块面积大小相等的平板轧凸玻璃(1)、使有凸点(1a)的一面向里并使凸点(1a)互相错开均布合在一起,加热烘烤后把四周边(1d)加热熔封;在四周边(1d)加热熔封时留一处加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),使抽真空玻璃管(2)的中孔(2a)对齐两块平板轧凸玻璃(1)的由凸点(1a)垫起的中间间隙处,烘烤抽真空后把抽真空玻璃管(2)加热熔封口,就加工成了一块平板轧凸真空玻璃(3);或者在其中一块平板轧凸玻璃(1)上的一角处钻上和抽真空玻璃管(2)的中孔(2a)直径大小一样的通孔(1c),在通孔(1c)上加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),然后把两块平板轧凸玻璃(1)合在一起且四周边(1d)加热熔封好烘烤抽真空后,把抽真空玻璃(2)加热熔封口,就加工成了一块平板轧凸真空玻璃(3)。
本发明的有益效果:生产工艺简单,成本低,易推广。

具体实施方式:本发明如图1、2、3所示实施例中,把本发明安装在太阳能热水器(4)上后,可提高太阳能热水器集热性能,降低热损。

Claims (4)

1、一种平板轧凸真空玻璃,包括平板玻璃和抽真空玻璃管,其特征是:两块面积大小相等的平板轧凸玻璃(1)、使有凸点(1a)的一面向里并使凸点(1a)互相错开均布合在一起,加热烘烤后把四周边(1d)加热熔封;加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),烘烤抽真空后把抽真空玻璃管(2)加热熔封口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的平板轧凸真空玻璃,其特征是:平板轧凸玻璃(1)一面是平面(1b)另一面有均布、均高凸点(1a)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的平板轧凸真空玻璃,其特征是:四周边(1d)加热熔封时留一处加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),使抽真空玻璃管(2)的中孔(2a)对齐两块平板轧凸玻璃(1)的由凸点(1a)垫起的中间间隙处,烘烤抽真空后把抽真空玻璃管(2)加热熔封口。
4、根据权利要求1所述的平板轧凸真空玻璃,其特征是:在其中一块平板轧凸玻璃(1)上的一角处钻上和抽真空玻璃管(2)的中孔(2a)直径大小一样的通孔(1c),在通孔(1c)上加热熔接上抽真空玻璃管(2),然后把两块平板轧凸玻璃(1)合在一起且四周边(1d)加热熔封好烘烤抽真空后,把抽真空玻璃(2)加热熔封口。
