-由车轮轴所支承的车轮制动装置;
-至少一个负扭矩机构,其设置在内燃机和车轮制动装置外,能够增加作用在内燃机阻力矩;
-至少一个与负扭矩机构相连或者与每一个负扭矩机构相连的操纵装置,其能启动内燃机的负扭矩机构或者内燃机的每一个负扭矩机构,以便驱动内燃机的负扭矩机构;
其特征在于:该中央控制器包括根据用于阻力矩的所述输入器所启动的负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构的操纵装置或者每一个操纵装置的控制装置。
根据特别的实现方式,该机动车包括如下一个或者多个特征:
-该机动车包括至少两个负扭矩机构,设置在内燃机和车轮制动装置外,适于增加内燃机的阻力矩,其中至少两个负扭矩机构是可根据用于阻力矩的所述输入器进行控制的。
-该负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构是从由可控的交流发电机、连接至交流发电机的一负载,空调压缩机,通风机,直接连接至一组螺旋桨马达的机构和动能的再生机构构成的组中选择的机构。
-该中央控制器包括一个负扭矩命令的分配单元,其用于:
-接收用于阻力矩的所述输入;并且
-根据所述输入和负扭矩机构的状态确定提供给负扭矩机构的负扭矩命令的分配。
-该负扭矩资源的分配单元还用于:
-在输入端接收激活负扭矩机构的许可;
-在一个输入端接收遥测的负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构的状态参数;以及
-除了在一个输入端接收负扭矩机构的状态参数外,还接收遥测的车辆状态参数。
-该中央控制器能够变换提供给负扭矩机构的所述负扭矩命令,这些本地命令被直接地和分别地经过负扭矩机构的操纵装置按照各自的本地形式处理。
-所述本地命令是数字量或者模拟量。
-该机动车包括至少一个分别地与一个或者每一个负扭矩机构连接的本地检测装置,用于:
-检测由所连接的负扭矩机构有效施加的负扭矩;并且
-按照与负扭矩机构连接的本地命令相同的本地形式给中央控制器发送本地检测;并且
-该中央控制器能够接收该本地检测,将其与本地命令进行比较,以按照本地形式产生一个本地指令,提供给与负扭矩机构相连接的操纵装置。

具体实施方式
用于调节其恰当纵向速度的机动车以示意图的方式表示。机动车包括车轮2(只示出了一个车轮),所述车轮由内燃机4带动传统的传动系6运行。后者包括在内燃机4输出端的一第一轴8,一齿轮变速箱10,和在变速箱10的输出端的一第二轴12。
该内燃机4具有内燃机指令14的一输入端,用于控制内燃机4中碳氢燃料的供给。
所述车轮2设有传统的制动装置16,在这里为盘式制动器,其具有控制制动器16的一制动器指令输入端18。
该机动车同样具有由内燃机带动的、构成负扭矩机构22,26,28,30的附属机构,此处为4个,以便获得与车轮的内燃机扭矩相抵抗的阻力矩。
在此,第一负扭矩机构是用作为机动车内部通风的通风机22。通风机22为传统的方式,包括未示出的一螺旋桨和一驱动电机。通风机22的电机通过电压发生器24由未显示的第一交流发电机供给能量。第一交流发电机与内燃机4和传动系6形成一体的轴连接。此外,该驱动电机通过其输入供给电压可对速度进行控制。
第二负扭矩机构是动能的再生机构26,其与未显示的第二交流发电机连接,用于给同样未示出的电力牵引的电池充电。
在此,第三负扭矩机构是可调节输出压力的空调压缩机28,可压缩空调回路中的液体,并增加液体排热能力。
压缩机轴直接地与内燃机4和传动系6形成一体的轴连接。
第四负扭矩机构是通过辅助电池实现稳定供电的一组照明灯30,在这里未示出其与第二交流发电机的电连接。
每个负扭矩机构22,26,28,30都是分别由负扭矩机构的操纵装置24,32,34,36控制的。
与附属机构22连接的第一操纵装置24在这里是如上所述的由第一交流发电机供电的电压发生器,该电压发生器24在输出端与传统的电机供电输入端相连。电压发生器24的电压输出由附属输入端38电压控制。
与动能再生装置26相连的第二操纵装置32在这里是输入端40电压可控的第一继电器,根据输入端40的电压值,可将第二交流发电机与牵引电池电连接。
与空调压缩机28相连的第三操纵装置34包括一个电动阀门,由输入端42的数字信号的增量/减量来控制阀门的开启。
与一组照明灯泡30相连的第四操纵装置36在这里是由电压输入端44控制的第二电机继电器,可起动与整个灯泡的供电线路连接。
负扭矩机构的操纵装置24,32,34,36根据确定的阻力矩的输入器48由中央控制器46控制输入。
该中央控制器46也设有一激活控制器的第一输入端50,提供负扭矩状态参数的第二输入端52,以及提供机动车其它状态如速度和内燃机供给等参数的第三输入端54。
该中央控制器46包括按照一种算法(或图形绘制)提供给负扭矩机构的负扭矩22,26,28,30命令的一个分配单元56,以计算这些机构22,26,28,30中的每一个负扭矩的有效性和功率,就如同在输入器48提供的阻力矩的要求一样。
中央控制器46还包括多个命令转换单元58,60,62,64,它们分别与负扭矩机构22,26,28,30相连并出自于分配单元56,在本地命令的情况下,按照各自的本地形式分别地与前面的机构相连。
在这里,由电压发生器24的输入端38要求并由第一变换器58确定的本地形式电压是一模拟电压,其值在0和9伏之间。由第二变换器60所确定并提供的继电器32所需要的本地形式是其能量足以变换继电器32的12伏的脉冲电压。
在电动阀门的输入端由第三变换器62所确定并提供的本地形式呈现数字信号TTL的形式,称为“序列”。
在继电器36上的由第四变换器64确定的本地形式类似于由第二变换器32所提供的本地形式。
分别在变换器60和64的输出端获得的所述本地命令形成控制装置32和36的直接的命令,称为开环。
分别由变换器58和62的输出端获得的所述本地命令形成分别供给伺服机构66和68的输入端的本地命令。伺服机构66和68在中心控制器46上一体结合、并分别与负扭矩机构22和30相连。
在此,机动车的该控制装置包括负扭矩的两个本地检测装置70,80,它们通过负扭矩机构22和30分别有效地进行检测。所述检测装置在伺服机构66和68的输入端分别地提供检测信号。
与通风机22的附属机构相连的该第一检测装置70在这里是一个转速表,其紧接着检测形式的变换器连接。与空调压缩机28相连的该第二检测装置80是一开启阀门的位置传感器,其紧接着检测形式的变换器连接。
在运行中,机动车在下坡时其碳氢燃料的供给也被切断。为了有助于制动电动机,阻力矩的供给指令是由中央控制器46的输入端48提供的。该供给指令借助第一输入端50通过激活中央控制器46的指令而生效。为满足阻力矩的要求,中央控制器46会发送适应多种负扭矩机构的命令。
该中央控制器46经过负扭矩命令的分配单元56从第二输入端52接收信息,这些信息在每一个负扭矩机构22,26,28,30上显示了负扭矩的有效性和功率。控制单元46同样地可从第三输入端54获得机动车速度的状态以及内燃机碳氢燃料的供给状态。
接着,分别与负扭矩机构22,26,28,30结合的命令分配单元,根据从第二和第三输入端52,54获得的信息,按照对于负扭矩的资源分配的算法(或者图形绘制)确定负扭矩命令的值,以便通过附属机构22,26,28,30供给负扭矩。
根据阻力矩要求设置至少一个可控的负扭矩资源同样可增加可使用的负扭矩的有效性,并由内燃机制动器提供更有效的制动。
此外,在由负扭矩机构表示的负扭矩值比车轮的传统制动器更弱的情况下给予制动力某些级配,其在增大制动力时均不是以剧烈的方式增大,不存在作为质量调节特性的冲击。
如上所描述的两个优点还通过提供至少两个甚至多个其扭矩与传统的车轮制动器相比有微量增加的负扭矩机构来加强。
此外,对于某些负扭矩机构,在这里可以是通风机22的附属机构,以及可变化打开的电动阀门性,可能以持续或几乎持续的方式调节负扭矩的值,更加细化的负扭矩的情况下,还通过设置控制等级给予调节的动力更多的级配。
所述负扭矩命令同样也被确定,在本地命令的情况下,它们被所述扭矩58,60,62,64变换器命令格式化。
从60和64发出的所述本地命令在开环情况下由控制装置32和36作为控制命令直接利用。
从58和64发出的所述本地命令分别作为伺服机构66和68的基准。每个伺服机构66,68分别地控制封闭环路中本地命令的实施,将分别由负扭矩机构22,28实现的负扭矩的测量值与本地命令相比较,通过指令纠正察觉到的变化,并分别由机构24,34的控制装置发送。

Claims (8)

1.一种其车轮(2)带有能调节纵向动力特别是速度的机动车,包括:
-一中央控制器(46);
-一内燃机(4);
-一阻力矩的输入器(48);
-由车轮轴所支承的车轮(2)的制动装置(16);
-至少一个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30),其设置在内燃机(4)和车轮(2)的制动装置(16)外,能够增加作用内燃机(4)阻力矩;
-至少一个与负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)相连或者与每一个负扭矩机构相连的操纵装置(24,32,34,36),其能启动负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)与内燃机(4)的连接,以便通过内燃机驱动负扭矩机构;
其特征在于:该中央控制器(46)包括根据用于阻力矩的所述输入器(48)所启动的负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)的操纵装置或者每一个操纵装置(24,32,34,36)的控制装置(58,60,62,64,66,68)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机动车,其特征在于:它包括至少两个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30),设置在内燃机(4)和车轮(2)的制动装置(16)外,适于增加内燃机(4)的阻力矩,其中至少两个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)是可根据用于阻力矩的所述输入器(48)进行控制的。
3.按照权利要求1和2之一所述的机动车,其特征在于:该负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)是从由可控的交流发电机、连接至交流发电机(30)的一负载,空调压缩机(28),通风机(22),直接连接一组螺旋桨马达的一机构和动能的再生机构(26)构成的组中选择的机构。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的机动车,其特征在于:该中央控制器(46)包括一个负扭矩命令的分配单元(56),其用于:
-接收用于阻力矩的所述输入(48);并且
-根据所述输入(48)和负扭矩机构的状态确定提供给负扭矩机构的负扭矩命令的分配。
5.按照权利要求4所述的机动车,其特征在于:该负扭矩资源的分配单元(56)还用于:
-在输入端(50)接收激活负扭矩机构的许可;
-在输入端(52)接收遥测的负扭矩机构或者每一个负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)的状态参数;以及
-在输入端(54)除了接收负扭矩机构的状态参数外,还接收遥测的车辆状态参数。
6.按照权利要求4和5之一所述的机动车,其特征在于:该中央控制器(46)能够变换提供给负扭矩机构(22,26,28,30)的所述负扭矩命令,这些本地命令被直接地和分别地经过负扭矩机构的操纵装置(24、32、34、36)按照各自的本地形式处理。
7.按照权利要求5所述的机动车,其特征在于:所述本地命令是数字量或者模拟量。
8.按照权利要求6和7之一所述的机动车,其特征在于:它包括至少一个本地检测装置(70,80)分别地与一个或者每一个负扭矩机构(22,28)连接,其用于:
-检测由所连接的负扭矩机构(22,28)有效施加的负扭矩;并且
-按照与负扭矩机构(22,28)连接的本地命令相同的本地形式给中央控制器(46)发送本地检测;其中:该中央控制器(46)用于接收本地检测,将其与本地命令进行比较,以按照本地形式产生一个本地指令,提供给与负扭矩机构(22,28)相连接的操纵装置(24,34)。
