本发明涉及一种用于发电的风车组。
背景技术:
传统的风车都是安装在高杆或高架上端的水平轴上,叶片一般类似风扇的叶片形状,而且多以窄长为主,只能独立工作,因此发电输出功率比较小,单位面积风力利用率低,遭遇台风和暴风无保护措施等弊病。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可变叶片,端部用圈连接的多组风车。如火力发电涡轮机多层的叶轮组一样,充分多次利用风力余能,并可在遭遇台风和暴风危险的情况下,自动变化叶片角度,确保风力发电装置的安全,发电输出功率增大,风力利用率高,经济效益好。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:它包括主轴、叶片套轴、叶片、超压传感器、叶片端装置连接器、动力传递齿轮、风罩;
根据风场资源和环境安装数个以上装置串联在主轴上,形成风力发电机组,该机组叶片的受力方向相互反置;
该机组设置风向标和转动装置;
该机组叶片直径设计成从大到小、一样、或从小到大。
具体实施方式:
当风接触到风力发电车组的第一组叶片时产生转动做功,风已改变成旋转方向,当它接触到第二组反方向受力的叶片时,推动叶片反转做功,如此类推,直到形成微风从风车组尾部逸出为止。当风力超过风车组设计的保险值时,超压传感器开始工作,自动启动叶片根部的变向装置,变小与风力的接触面积,直到最小,叶片不能转动,保护设备的安全。该发电风车组可在同一单位面积、风力一样的情况下增加风能利用率和增大发电量,并能保证风力发电车组的安全运行。

1.一种风力发电车组,包括主轴、叶片、叶片套轴、方向互异的叶片组、超压传感器、叶片根端变向装置连接器、动力传递齿轮、风罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风车电车组,其特征在于:风车叶片的直径可设计成从大到小、一样或从小到大;多个叶片组串联在同一轴上;叶片受力方向相互反置;当风力设计超过保险值时,超压传感器自动将叶片转动,变小与风力的接触面直到最小不转动。
