Abstract

一种电子设备,其包括本体、盖体、枢转装置及信号线,所述枢转装置连接所述本体和所述盖体使所述盖体可相对所述本体转动,所述枢转装置包括固定架和转动件,所述固定架固定于所述本体及所述盖体之其中一者上,所述转动件固定于本体及盖体之其中另一者上,所述转动件一侧进行部分切除形成切口,所述信号线穿过所述切口电连接所述本体和所述盖体内设置的电子器件。上述信号线靠近转动件,在盖体相对本体打开和闭合偏离本体时,信号线几乎不会发生偏离,因而可降低信号线拉断或者折断的几率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备,尤其涉及一种便携式电子设备。
背景技术
通常,便携式电子设备包括盖体、本体及连接盖体和本体的枢转装置,如笔记本电脑,便携式DVD等。这些电子设备利用本体作为主机在其上安装中央处理器,同时利用盖体作为显示装置在其上设置显示屏。
为了实现该主机与显示装置的通信,这些电子设备设有连接主机和显示装置的信号线。为了放置信号线,通常将枢转装置安装在盖体和本体相邻边缘的一端,而将信号线放置于盖体和本体相邻边缘的另一端。然而,枢转装置仅固定连接在盖体和本体相邻边缘的一端,放置信号线的盖体和本体相邻边缘的另一端无固定连接的元件,使在盖体相对本体打开和闭合时,信号线可能会因为盖体偏离本体而被拉断或者折断。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可降低信号线被拉断或者折断机率的电子设备。
一种电子设备,其包括本体、盖体、枢转装置及信号线,所述枢转装置连接所述本体和所述盖体使所述盖体可相对所述本体转动,所述枢转装置包括固定架和转动件,所述固定架固定于所述本体及所述盖体之其中一者上,所述转动件固定于本体及盖体之其中另一者上,所述转动件一侧进行部分切除形成切口,所述信号线穿过所述切口电连接所述本体和所述盖体内设置的电子器件。
上述电子设备中,信号线穿过所述切口而可以使信号线靠近转动件,在盖体相对本体打开和闭合偏离本体时,信号线几乎不会发生偏离,因而可降低信号线拉断或者折断的机率。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1至图3,电子设备99包括本体20、盖体30、二枢转装置40和信号线50。二枢转装置40分别位于本体20和盖体30相邻边缘两端并连接本体20和盖体30,使盖体30可相对本体20转动。信号线50的两端部分别位于本体20和盖体30内并电连接本体20和盖体30内设置的电子器件以实现电子器件之间的通信。
本体20包括下壳体22及可与下壳体22卡合的上壳体24。下壳体22面向上壳体24的表面上设有二第一定位件221、二止挡件223、第一限位件225、第二限位件227和二半圆形第一缺口229。二第一定位件221分别位于下壳体22与面板30相邻的两端部。二第一定位件221分别包括三个定位柱。止挡件223包括外止挡部2230和内止挡部2236。外止挡部2230呈L形,包括第一止挡板2232和自第一止挡板2232一端一体垂直延伸的第二止挡板2234。内止挡部2236呈板状,其平行于第二止挡板2234。外止挡部2230和内止挡部2236可阻挡信号线50使信号线50处在外止挡部2242和内止挡部2244所限制的范围内。第一限位件225包括平行于第一止挡板2232的第一限位板2252及垂直连接第一限位板2252和第一止挡板2232的第二限位板2254。第二限位板2254在其背离下壳体22的方向开设有U形开口2256,开口2256用于放置信号线50以限制信号线50的移动范围。第二限位件227平行于第一止挡板2232,其远离下壳体22的端部设有垂直于第一止挡板2232的凸起2270以卡住信号线50。二第一缺口229分别靠近二第一定位件221且位于二第一定位件221之间。
上壳体24上设有与二第一缺口229对应设置的二第二缺口242。在上壳体24与下壳体22对应卡合后,二第二缺口242分别与二第一缺口229结合形成放置信号线50的通孔,方便信号线50引出/引入本体20。
盖体30包括面板32、自面板32向远离面板32的方向垂直延伸的收容部34和二第二定位件36、及可与收容部34卡合的转动盖38。面板32为盖体30覆盖于本体20上时与本体20相对的表面。收容部34设置在面板30与本体20相邻的端部,包括顺次垂直相接的第一侧壁342、第二侧壁344、第三侧壁346、第四侧壁348。第一侧壁342、第二侧壁344、第三侧壁346、第四侧壁348和面板32围成收容槽340。第二侧壁344和第四侧壁348设有半圆形第三缺口3488。二第二定位件36设于收容槽340中,其分别包括两个定位柱。转动盖38为拱形板状,其两直线边缘分别与收容部34的第一侧壁342和第三侧壁346对应卡合,使转动盖38和收容部34卡合为一体,其两曲线边缘分别与第二侧壁344和第四侧壁348配合形成放置信号线50的穿孔,方便信号线50引出/引入盖体30。
枢转装置40包括固定架42及可相对固定架42转动的转动件44。固定架42固定于本体20及盖体30之其中一者上,转动件44固定于本体20及盖体30之其中另一者上。本实施例以转动件44固定于盖体30上而固定架42固定于本体20上为例说明。
固定架42可以通过传统固定方式固定于第一定位件221上,本实施方式中,固定架42上设有三个与第一定位件221的三个定位柱对应设置的安装孔。螺丝穿过固定架42的三个安装孔与第一定位件221的三个定位柱对应螺合,即可将固定架42固定在第一定位件221。
二转动件44分别穿过转动盖38的两曲线边缘与第二侧壁344和第四侧壁348形成的二穿孔部分收容于盖体30的收容部34中并可通过传统固定方式固定于第二定位件36上,本实施方式中,转动件44设有两个与第二定位件36的两个定位柱对应设置的安装孔440。螺丝穿过转动件44的两个安装孔440与第二定位件36的两个定位柱对应螺合,即可将转动件44固定在第二定位件36。转动件44一侧进行部分切除形成切口444以放置信号线50方便信号线50引出/引入本体20和引入/引出盖体30。
在组装时,首先将信号线50与第二限位件227的凸起2270抵接,施加外力挤压第二限位件227使第二限位件227发生弹性形变后凸起2270卡住信号线50。然后将信号线50依次从第二限位板2254的开口2256、外止挡部2230和内止挡部2236之间穿过,从而限制信号线50的移动范围。最后将信号线50穿过第一缺口229及切口444电连接本体20和盖体30内设置的电子器件。由于信号线50穿过切口444使信号线50靠近转动件44,在盖体30相对本体20打开和闭合偏离本体20时,信号线50几乎不会发生偏离,因而可降低信号线50拉断或者折断的机率。
另外,两个枢转装置40分别设置在本体20和盖体30相邻边缘的两端连接本体20和盖体30,可使盖体30相对本体20打开和闭合时偏离本体20的程度减小,进一步降低信号线50被拉断或者折断的机率。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种电子设备,其包括本体、盖体、枢转装置及信号线,所述枢转装置连接所述本体和所述盖体使所述盖体可相对所述本体转动,其特征在于:所述枢转装置包括固定架和转动件,所述固定架固定于所述本体及所述盖体之其中一者上,所述转动件固定于本体及盖体之其中另一者上,所述转动件一侧进行部分切除形成切口,所述信号线穿过所述切口电连接所述本体和所述盖体内设置的电子器件。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述本体包括下壳体及与所述下壳体卡合的上壳体,所述下壳体上设有第一定位件,所述固定架固定于所述第一定位件上;所述盖体与所述本体相邻的端部设有第二定位件,所述转动件固定于所述第二定位件上。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述下壳体上设有限位件,所述限位件的端部设有凸起,所述凸起卡住所述信号线。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述下壳体上设有限位板,所述限位板背离所述下壳体的方向设有开口,所述信号线穿过所述开口。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述下壳体上设有止挡件,所述止挡件阻挡所述信号线使所述信号线处在所述止挡件限制的范围内。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述止挡件包括分别位于所述信号线两侧的外止挡部和内止挡部。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述外止挡部包括第一止挡板和自第一止挡板一体垂直延伸的第二止挡板,所述内止挡部平行于所述第二止挡板
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子设备包括两个枢转装置,所述两个枢转装置分别位于盖体和本体相邻边缘的两端。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述本体上设有放置所述信号线的通孔,所述信号线穿过所述通孔连接所述本体和所述盖体。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述盖体上设有放置所述信号线的穿孔,所述信号线穿过所述穿孔连接所述本体和所述盖体。
