Abstract

一种风扇逆流防止装置,包括一面板及若干止流元件,所述面板上设置若干通孔,每一止流元件均包括一止流部及一与所述止流部相连的导流部,每一止流元件通过其上的导流部连接于所述面板的一对应通孔上,所述止流部包括若干可启闭的瓣状物,所述若干瓣状物闭合时形成一封闭的凸体,所述导流部为一中空体。上述风扇逆流防止装置利用止流部两面的压力差自动打开或闭合,其不需要利用重力的作用,因此安装时不需要考虑方向的因素,且整个风扇逆流防止装置设计简单,成本较低。

风扇逆流防止装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇逆流防止装置。
背景技术
随着电子产业的快速发展,系统内中央处理器等电子元件处理能力不断升级,在运行过程中产生大量热量,若不及时排除其产生的热量,将导致热量累积引起温度升高,影响电子元件的正常运行。业界通常于该电子元件的盒体内设置多个散热元件如风扇,以排除盒体内的热量。但是当风扇组中有某个风扇不正常工作导致其风量较小时,由正常工作的风扇吹出的热气流可能会经过所述不正常工作的风扇处重新回到盒体内,即热气流逆流,从而将造成系统的散热功能失效大半。
现有的一种可以解决上述问题的风扇逆流防止装置是采用百叶窗式开关门,包括若干个开关门。使用时将其置于风扇出风口,当风扇正常工作时,其风量足够撑起开关门,可以将盒体内的热量排除到盒体外;当风扇不正常工作时,其风量较小,同时由于重力的作用,所述开关门闭合,可以避免由于压力差导致的气流回流到盒体内。由于上述风扇逆流防止装置是利用重力的作用,所以所述风扇逆流防止装置必须竖直安装,这样可能对某些系统的安装带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以安装于任何方向的风扇逆流防止装置。
一种风扇逆流防止装置,包括一面板及若干止流元件,所述面板上设置若干通孔,每一止流元件均包括一止流部及一与所述止流部相连的导流部,每一止流元件通过其上的导流部连接于所述面板的一对应通孔上,所述止流部包括可启闭的若干瓣状物,所述若干瓣状物闭合时形成一封闭的凸体,所述导流部为一中空体,所述导流部的一端的横截面与所述面板上的通孔相对应,以使得所述导流部可以装设于所述面板的通孔上,所述导流部的另一端的横截面与所述若干瓣状物闭合时所形成的封闭的凸体的底面相对应,以使得所述凸体能够完全封闭所述导流部的另一端。
上述风扇逆流防止装置利用所述导流部两面的压力差自动打开或闭合,其不需要利用重力的作用,因此安装时不需要考虑方向的因素,且整个风扇逆流防止装置设计简单,成本较低。

具体实施方式
请共同参考图1至图3,本发明风扇逆流防止装置的较佳实施方式包括一面板10及若干止流元件20,每一止流元件20均包括一止流部22及与所述止流部22相连的导流部24,所述面板10上设置有贯穿所述面板10的若干通孔12,所述止流部22包括若干瓣状物220,所述若干瓣状物220闭合时形成一封闭的凸体,如一半球体,其球面指向图1中箭头A的方向,所述瓣状物220的数量可以为2个、3个或者其他,只需满足其所形成的凸体为封闭即可,所述导流部24为一中空体,比如一中空的柱体或其他均可,其一端横截面与所述面板10上的通孔12相对应,以使得所述导流部24可以装设于所述面板10的通孔12上,另一端横截面与由所述若干瓣状物220关闭时所组成的凸体的底面相对应,以使得所述止流部22可以完全封闭所述导流部24。所述止流部22为软弹性材质制成,所述导流部24为硬性材质制成。
使用时,在一组风扇(图未示)中的每一风扇前方均设置一个所述风扇逆流防止装置,且所述止流部22所形成的球面指向与所述风扇的气流一致的方向,即图2中箭头B的方向。当系统内部所有风扇均正常工作时,其气流将导致所述止流部22的瓣状物220打开,气流得以通过所述风扇逆流防止装置排出到系统外部。当其中一风扇不能正常工作时,系统中其他风扇可将系统中的热量排出到系统外部,使得所述止流部22凸面处的压力大于所述导流部24处的压力,即相当于此时气流方向与图2中相反,请见图3中箭头C的方向。此时,所述止流部22的瓣状物220将会闭合,从而可以防止系统外的热气流逆流通过不能正常工作的风扇重新进入到系统内部。其中,所述若干瓣状物220由于为软弹性材质制成或者其内装设了一弹片,其可自动弹性回复变形,即当外力的作用消失时,所述若干瓣状物220即恢复为闭合状态。
同时,也可将所述风扇逆流防止装置放置于每一风扇后方,且所述止流部22所形成的球面指向所述风扇的方向,当系统内部所有风扇均正常工作时,由于风扇的吸力而使得所述止流部22的瓣状物220打开,从而将系统内部的热气流排出到系统外部。当其中某一风扇不能正常工作时,系统中其他风扇将系统中的热量排出到系统外部,使得系统外部压强大于系统内部压强,从而使得所述止流部22凸面处的压力大于所述导流部24处的压力,此时,所述止流部22的瓣状物220将会闭合,从而可以防止系统外的热气流逆流通过不能正常工作的风扇重新进入到系统内部。
上述风扇逆流防止装置利用所述止流部22所形成的凸体两面的压力差自动打开或闭合,其不需要利用重力的作用,因此安装时不需要考虑方向的因素,且整个风扇逆流防止装置设计简单,成本较低。

Claims (5)

1.一种风扇逆流防止装置,包括一面板及若干止流元件,所述面板上设置若干通孔,每一止流元件均包括一止流部及一与所述止流部相连的导流部,每一止流元件通过其上的导流部连接于所述面板的一对应通孔上,所述止流部包括可启闭的若干瓣状物,所述若干瓣状物闭合时形成一封闭的凸体,所述导流部为一中空体,所述导流部的一端的横截面与所述面板上的通孔相对应,以使得所述导流部可以装设于所述面板的通孔上,所述导流部的另一端的横截面与所述若干瓣状物闭合时所形成的封闭的凸体的底面相对应,以使得所述凸体能够完全封闭所述导流部的另一端。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇逆流防止装置,其特征在于:所述止流部为软弹性材质制成,其可自动弹性回复变形。
3.如权利要求1所述的风扇逆流防止装置,其特征在于:每一瓣状物均内设一弹片。
4.如权利要求1所述的风扇逆流防止装置,其特征在于:所述导流部为硬性材质制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇逆流防止装置,其特征在于:所述若干瓣状物所组成的凸体为一半球体。
