背景技术:
屏蔽电泵是由屏蔽式电动机和泵组合而成。屏蔽式电动机的定子屏蔽套、转子屏蔽套通常是由不导磁材料构成,使得定子与转子之间的有效非导磁间隙加大,达到普通电动机气隙的数倍;造成电泵功耗增大,效率要比同功率同极数的普通电动机低很多,功率因数则更低。
发明内容:
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种可提高屏蔽式电动机效率的屏蔽套结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,本发明包括屏蔽套,其结构要点是屏蔽套的中间为相应于转子铁心或定子铁心的导磁材料,屏蔽套的中间导磁材料外为非导磁材料。
本发明的有益效果:
由于本发明的屏蔽套的中间为相应于转子铁心或定子铁心的导磁材料,屏蔽套的中间导磁材料外为非导磁材料;使定子与转子之间的有效非导磁间隙大幅降低,可以做到与普通电动机的气隙相同;屏蔽式电动机的效率和功率因数得到很大的提高。

具体实施方式:
本发明包括屏蔽套1,屏蔽套1的中间为相应于转子5铁心或定子6铁心的导磁材料部分2,屏蔽套1的中间导磁材料部分2外为非导磁材料部分3。
屏蔽套1的厚度可为0.5毫米。
本发明的屏蔽套1既可作为屏蔽式电动机4的定子屏蔽套1,也可作为屏蔽式电动机4的转子屏蔽套1。
屏蔽电泵包括泵9、屏蔽式电动机4,屏蔽式电动机4的轴8与壳体7之间为定子6、转子5,定子6、转子5外分别设置有屏蔽套1,定子6铁心、转子5铁心分别同屏蔽套1的中间导磁材料部分2相对应,屏蔽套1的中间导磁材料部分2外为非导磁材料部分3。
