Abstract

本发明揭示一种用于时分双工(time division duplex;TDD)及频分双工(frequency division duplex;FDD)系统的应答/否定应答的方法及系统。在以高速共享信息信道(high speed shared information channel;HS-SICH)的时隙分配为基础的高速下行链路分组接入(high speed downlink packet access;HSDPA)中,各用户设备(ussr equipment;UE)可分配给二(2)不同信道化编码。因此即可能采用传统的信号方式,以其中一码代表无错应答(Ack;应答),而另一码代表错误状况否定应答(Nack;否定应答)。节点B可区分经传送的信道化编码与未经传送的信道化编码。利用本发明,较之利用通常调制技术以提供应答/否定应答信号,发生错误的可能性较小。

Description

提供一高可靠度的应答/否定应答给时分双工及频分双工的方法及装置
本发明专利申请是国际申请号为PCT/US03/04824,国际申请日为2003年2月19日,进入中国国家阶段的申请号为03804152.9,发明名称为“提供一高可靠度的确认/反确认给时分双工及频分双工的方法及装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明有关无线通信领域。更具体而言,本发明是有关于回传信道中提供一高度可靠应答/否定应答信号的方法及装置;在高速下行链路分组接入(HSDPA)中,回传信道称为高速共享信息信道(HS-SICH)。
背景技术
在HSDPA中,于回传(上行链路)信道(称作高速共享信息信道HS-SICH)中具有一高度可靠应答/否定应答信号很关键。尤为关键的是要识别其中的Nack,因为其所表示的消息系要求网络(节点B)重新传送未得到正确处理的数据。
发明内容
在一设定时间内,为至多八(8)UE各指定二(2)唯一信道化编码,分别代表ACK与NACK信号,网络(节点B)可轻易区分该二类信号。

图1是一简化系统图,用于解释本发明的技术及装置。
具体实施方式
在一时分双工(TDD)单元中,对于任一设定时隙,均可获得16信道化编码用于上行链路与下行链路。在HSDPA应用中,对HS-SICH指定一设定时隙。在不致引起严重作业限制的情况下,可假定在一设定时间,至多八用户设备(8UE)将接收高速数据。因此,该指定的HS-SICH时隙内至多八(8)UE将传送上行链路数据。
因此,各UE可分配给二(2)信道化编码。故可采用传统的信号方式,以其中一码代表ACK(先前下行链路数据突发成功),而另一码代表Nack(先前下行链路数据突发未成功)。另外,可将额外上行链路控制信息集的详细记录,例如信道质量指示符(Channel Quality Indicator;CQI)及传送功率控制(Transmit Power Control;TPC),调制于选择的信道化编码之上。
节点B可毫不费力地区分经传送的信道化编码与未经传送的另一信道化编码。利用本发明的技术,较之利用通常调制技术以提供Ack/Nack信号,发生错误的可能性较小。
本发明特别适合用于TDD,因为其无需相关的额外成本即可分配时隙中的所有十六(16)码。亦请注意,使用八(8)UE于时隙内传送,即使所有十六(16)码均得到分配,在任一时间亦仅可利用八(8)码。本发明亦可用于频分双工(FDD)传送中,以为HSDPA提供Ack/Nack信号。
图1显示了包含一基站(节点B)12及多个用户设备(UE)的系统10。为简明起见,在所给出的范例中,仅显示二(2)用户设备(UE),但应了解BS 12所服务的用户设备的数量可相当多。在范例中,BS(其可服务一个或多个单元)为第一14及第二16 UE提供服务。
BS 12于步骤S1为各UE分别指定一对信道化编码,其中指定给各UE(14及16)的各对信道化编码互不相同。指定各对信道化编码的每一编码分别代表一ACK及一NACK状况。UE2-16与UE1-14于步骤S1A及S1B储存所指定的码对。
BS 12于步骤S2传送一突发(诸如突发类型1)至若干UE。在所给出的范例中,BS 12于步骤S2传送突发至UE2-16。UE2-16于步骤S3接收并解码该突发。在步骤S4中,UE2-16判定接收信号中是否存在错误。者检测出错误,则流程转至步骤S5,使信道化编码指定为一Nack码,以将其传送至BS 12。BS 12于步骤S6接收该码,且若于步骤S7检测出一错误信道化编码(Nack),则流程转至S8,以重新传送临时储存的突发至UE2-16;UE2-16于步骤S9接收重新传送的突发。
假定UE2-16于步骤S3所接收的突发没有错误,则UE2-16将于步骤S4转至步骤S10,以传送指定至UE2-16的信道化编码,从而指定一ACK状况。BS 12于步骤S11接收此代表一ACK信号的信道化编码,且于步骤S12没有检测出错误,则流程将转至S13,以清除临时储存的突发。
应了解,除UE1-14与UE2-16之外,同时还可以有至多六(6)UE与BS 12通信,但为简明起见,范例中未显示。
如上文所述,最多的UE一次仅能传送一码(或者一Ack码,或者一Nack码),故一次可传送的信道化编码的总量系限于八(8)。本文所描述的技术非常适用于TDD及FDD二者。

Claims (4)

1.一种通信系统,该系统包含:
基站,该基站包括用于提供在时隙中使用的多个信道化编码的装置;
所述基站还包括用于分配所述信道化编码中的两个信道化编码至用户设备(UE)的装置;
所述基站还包括用于指定分配至所述UE的所述两个信道化编码中的一个信道化编码为应答(ACK)而所述两个信道化编码中的另一个信道化编码为否定应答(NACK)的装置;以及
所述UE包括用于接收和存储用于随后使用的编码的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于所述信道化编码中的每个信道化编码互不相同。
3.一种提供应答(ACK)/否定应答(NACK)的方法,该方法包含:
基站提供在时隙中使用的多个信道化编码;
所述基站分配所述信道化编码中的两个信道化编码至用户设备(UE);
所述基站指定分配至所述UE的所述两个信道化编码中的一个信道化编码为应答(ACK)而所述两个信道化编码中的另一个信道化编码为否定应答(NACK);以及
所述UE接收和存储用于随后使用的编码。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于所述信道化编码中的每个信道化编码互不相同。
