技术背景
我国畜禽养殖业近年来有很大的发展,但是,目前的很多畜禽饲料都存在一定的问题,首先是畜禽饲料中经常含有一定的化肥、农药以及重金属残留,使得所生产的畜禽产品不能达食品的安全标准;其次是现有饲料在营养比例配置上不合理,使得畜禽的免疫力低下,发生疾病或死亡的可能性增加,这样就会大大增加养殖风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是为了克服现有饲料含有毒性残留物、营养比例不合理的缺陷,发明一种由中草药浓缩液和生物螺旋藻、氨基酸混合物料以及玉米、麦麸、豆粕等组合而成的有机复合生物饲料及生产方法。该饲料可减少畜禽体内的药残、排除体内的毒素,可以喂出符合国家有机食品标准的畜禽。
本发明的目的是按如下的技术方案来实现的:
本发明所述的有机复合生物饲料,由中草药浓缩液、生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料,以及玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鱼骨粉组合而成;其中中草药浓缩液占饲料总重量的1.5-5%,生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料占总重量的0.5-5.0%,玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鱼骨粉占总比例的90-98%。
所述的中草药浓缩液由多种中草药用5%比例的酒精液体浸泡,文火熬制浓缩而成,并用50-80目的玉米芯作为中草药的载体;其中各中草药的用量占中草药总重量的百分比为:
所述的生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料的配制方法是:
一.将人工培植的常规螺旋藻经干燥、灭菌、除尘、粉碎,制成50-100目的粉末状;按重量6∶4的比例,将粉末状螺旋藻与发酵液混合放在发酵池内,经发酵后,过滤发酵液,并采用等电沉淀、离子交换工艺,提取氨基酸后,粉碎至60-80目;所述发酵液按水解淀粉10%、糖蜜15%、醋酸10%、乙醇5%以及麸皮水解液50%、豆饼10%的比例配制;
二.将螺旋藻粉末40-70%、氨基酸30-60%比例混合搅拌均匀后构成生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料。
所述的玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鱼骨粉,其中玉米40-60%、豆粕23-30%、麦麸16-20%、鱼骨粉1-5%。

生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料占饲料总量2.5%,其中螺旋藻与氨基酸的比例分别为45%、55%;
玉米、豆粕、麦麸、鱼骨粉占饲料总量96%,在玉米、豆粕、麦麸、鱼骨粉中,玉米50%、豆粕25%、麦麸20%、鱼骨粉5%。

本饲料涉及到的中草药浓缩液,是利用我国中草药的传统中医理论,从中草药中提取具有理气、健脾、促进生长、排毒、提高免疫力的中草药的有效成分,充分利用中草药能够提高机体的特异性和非特异性免疫力而增加机体的抗病能力,可以万全替代抗生素对机体的作用。经过大量的试验,结果证明可完全替代抗生素,所有猪肉的检测完全达到有机食品的标准。
本饲料涉及到的生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料中,由于螺旋藻是一类天然的藻类植物,近几十年来,科学家发现螺旋藻的是蛋白质含量高达60~70%,且消化吸收率高达95%以上。其特有的藻蓝蛋白,能够提高淋巴细胞活性,增强机体免疫力。其中维生素及矿物质含量极为丰富,包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素E、维生素K等,并含锌、铁、钾、钙、镁、磷、硒、碘等微量元素,其生物锌、铁最容易被机体吸收,提高采食量。其类胡萝卜素含量是胡萝卜的1.5倍,维生素B12含量是猪肝的4倍,铁含量是菠菜的23倍,是铁含量最丰富的饲料。经国内外大量科研试验证明,螺旋藻在增进免疫、调整代谢机能等方面都有积极作用。
而氨基酸作为机体内第一营养要素的蛋白质,它在饲料营养中的作用是显而易见的,但它在机体内并不能直接被利用,而是通过变成氨基酸小分子后被利用的。因此,食物蛋白质经消化分解为氨基酸后被机体所吸收,抗体利用这些氨基酸再合成自身的蛋白质。研究表明,机体对蛋白质的需要实际上是对氨基酸的需要。
在饲喂畜禽时,可直接将本饲料对仔猪、畜禽直接进行饲喂,其能够改善畜禽产品品质,使畜禽既预防疾病又长得快,提高肉质质量,达到有机食品的标准。
试验结果
1、本发明的四组饲料分别在河南洛阳、江西金溪等地的畜禽养殖户以及养殖合作社做了大量的试验,其猪肉经过权威部门的检测,都符合国家规定的有机食品的要求标准,其产品在农业部农产品检测中心检测的结果如下:

Claims (2)
1.一种有机复合生物饲料,其特征在于:由中草药浓缩液、生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料,以及玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鱼骨粉组合而成;其中中草药浓缩液占饲料总重量的1.5-5%,生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料占总重量的0.5-5.0%,玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鱼骨粉占总比例的90-98%;其生产方法为:
所述的中草药浓缩液由多种中草药用5%比例的酒精液体浸泡,文火熬制浓缩而成,并用50-80目的玉米芯作为中草药的载体;中草药浓缩液的配制比例为:
所述的生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料的配制方法是:
一.将人工培植的常规螺旋藻经干燥、灭菌、除尘、粉碎,制成50-100目的粉末状;按水解淀粉10%、糖蜜15%、醋酸10%、乙醇5%以及麸皮水解液50%、豆饼10%的比例配制发酵液;按重量6:4的比例,将粉末状螺旋藻与发酵液混合放在发酵池内,经发酵后,过滤发酵液,并采用等电沉淀、离子交换工艺,提取氨基酸后,粉碎至60-80目;
二.将生物螺旋藻粉末40-70%、氨基酸30-60%比例混合搅拌均匀后构成生物螺旋藻和氨基酸混合物料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机复合生物饲料,其特征在于:所述的玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鱼骨粉,其中玉米40-60%、豆粕23-30%、麦麸16-20%、鱼骨粉1-5%。
