Abstract

本发明公开了一种能源生态环保技术领域的自控三功能动桨式风轮机,并以风桨直径为单位,分有大小四种系列,都是轻风可启动抽水泵,和风可传带220伏发电机,强风升级时传带并网发电机。本具备三级增速的风轮机其三叶风桨可作10°-80°角度轴向偏转,作用于轻风可启动,强风能顺桨是由牵引簧牵制架随势应变,尾架部装有消震簧和吸音膜。其抽水与发电的交替或者同时进行是由安装于蓄水池的水浮球随水面升降自动控制离合器,并网发电机或者工作皮带轮是由磁力离合器上的风摆随风力大小自动控制,实用于各型区单台使用。多台并排连装使用效果显著。所用的风水综合储能法是通过一种分配式三功用水轮真空泵将严重流失的生物水用泄水管注入地下水层过滤储存,同时发电。再结合该风轮机取水蓄水于地上水池循环发电互补,直接综合利用于养殖、种植、防旱。

能源生态环保技术领域:
本发明是一种采取风能用三级转换增速。一、利用于取水,二、220伏发电,三、并网发电或加工,而且减震消音的自控三功能动桨式风轮机。
技术背景:
人们很早认识了风能太单一,给正常利用带来困难。即似是本世纪以来,从亚欧大陆到北美,都只一往情深地将风能套入唯一高贵的风电场,并且大小多少、长短高低地摞摞评估论证,被弄得无数生机闻风不知动,迎风皆是泪。
技术内容:
为了将风能从标准高、投资贵、又单一的风力发电场里解放出来,与水形成综合储能法发电,而且改善农田施用,缓解火险,优化养殖。本发明是以综合采取净能源利用区的大小型规模为标准,结合风轮机风桨直径为单位,分为I、II、III、IV四种系列,各系列各种配套设备、各类型材料,零部件装配尺寸基本统一,在不同区域、季节的不同桨形桨距具有通用性、互换性,为顺时针扫风旋转。统一定数三叶的风桨可作10°-80°角度轴向偏转,是轻风能传动,强风可顺桨,使整套风轮机在单位面积/压力·时间内的静平衡与动平衡有限过渡。轻风启动风轮机的二级增速是介级怠速,此级的最佳选配是无速度限制的活塞式抽水泵,这种无时地抽水蓄水,循环发电就是综合储能法之一。额定风速使三级增速进入220伏发电状态,如果风力增大,并网发电机自动进入运转。多台风轮机并排联装是避免主工作轴的失速差。

具体实施方式:
架设在第一级地面水池墙头的自控三功能动桨式风轮机传动活塞式水泵下连机井,其作用是由一种分配式三功用水轮真空泵下的地下泄水管注入地下水层的生物水取于地面,再由各级水池中间墙上的风轮机传带水泵逐级上抽蓄水,互补发电,综合利用于厂、场、水养殖、种植、抗旱。

1.一种自控三功能动桨式风轮机,其特征在于:随风力的大小自动进入三种工作状态:一、轻风启动活塞式抽水泵;二、和风传带220伏发电机;三、风力升级时启动并网发电机运行,采取风水综合利用,循环互补发电;动桨式风轮机的三叶风桨装在轮部风杆上,可相对于风轮机轴作10°-80°角度偏转,用拉力簧和牵制架起作用使得轻风能启动、强风能顺桨,用塑料制成的配重尾架接头处装有消减颤震的应力簧,尾翼装有吸音膜,能够单台或多台并排连装使用,以风轮机风桨直径为单位分有大小四种系列规格,各系列具有三级增速,增速齿机采用浇注尼龙材料,在风轮机采取风力转换传递的二级增速输出端传带无速限的活塞式抽水泵,在三级增速一端传动220伏发电机,由水浮球随水面升降操纵的离合器使220伏发电机与活塞式抽水泵交替或者同时作功,三级增速的另一端传动并网发电机,传动并网发电机的工作皮带轮由装有风摆的磁力离合器随风力强弱自动控制。
