Abstract

本发明涉及一种高温物料输送螺旋,其包括有主轴和固定在主轴外侧的螺旋叶片,主轴为双套管空心轴,主轴外套管和螺旋叶片整体由堆焊技术制作而成,主轴内套管中设有主进水管,两套管之间为主轴冷却回水通道,螺旋叶片中沿主轴外套管表面设有空心水冷槽,主进水管的出口端设有分流装置,通过分流装置将冷却水分成两路,分别进入主轴冷却回水通道和螺旋叶片空心水冷槽中,两路冷却回水在主轴冷却回水通道的出水口汇合排出。本发明构造合理,水冷却效果好,叶片有效工作面积大,耐磨损性能高,出料工作效率高,充分发挥材料和结构双重优势,使用寿命长。

高温物料输送螺旋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种物料输送装置,具体地说是一种高温物料输送螺旋。其适用于作环形转底炉出料螺旋。
背景技术
我们知道,近年来,我国钢铁产量增速迅猛,钢铁设备趋向大型化。一方面推动了国民经济的快速发展,另一方面也把耗能和环境污染两大问题摆在了世人的面前。出于环保和节能降耗考虑,上个世纪70年代,美国率先发起研究环形转底炉加热含碳球团直接还原的炼铁新技术,我国在上个世纪90年代也启动了这项技术的研究工作。该技术与高炉炼铁流程比较,省去了焦化和烧结两大工艺环节,可以提高能源利用率、降低产品能耗、使吨钢成本有较大幅度的下降,对环境保护、改善钢铁工业的能源结构和提升经济效益都有积极的推动作用。
环形转底炉直接还原炼铁工艺的特点是:焙烧时间短、机械化程度高,因此必须配套专门的供料和出料设备。其中对出料设备的要求十分苛刻,原因是经过焙烧还原后产生的金属化球团温度很高(约1200℃),很容易从新被氧化,因此要求连续、快速出料。环形转底炉出料的关键设备之一就是出料螺旋。实践证明,出料螺旋的主要失效形式是高温环境下的磨粒磨损,存在的主要问题是使用寿命短。就出料螺旋的使用寿命而言,目前德国制造的寿命约为6个月,美国制造的寿命约为3个月,而国内制造的寿命则不足1个月。
国内目前制造转底炉出料螺旋采用的方案主要是双套管水冷却。即进水、出水在同一端头完成。另一方案是单管水冷却。即一端进水,另一端出水。它们都是只对轴本体进行冷却,叶片则为间接水冷。为了尽可能地提高对叶片的间接水冷效果,人们往往将螺旋轴直径d和螺旋外径D的比值取得较大,d/D>0.6。为了弥补由于d/D偏大造成的推进效率偏低的问题,采用多头叶片,一般为4-6个头,以提高出料螺旋的工作效率,这样就大大增加叶片制造难度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种构造合理,水冷却效果好,叶片有效工作面积大,耐磨损性能高,出料工作效率高,使用寿命长的高温物料输送螺旋。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种高温物料输送螺旋,其包括有主轴和固定在主轴外侧的螺旋叶片,主轴为双套管空心轴,其特征是:主轴外套管和螺旋叶片整体由堆焊技术制作而成,主轴内套管中设有主进水管,两套管之间为主轴冷却回水通道,螺旋叶片中沿主轴外套管表面设有空心水冷槽,主进水管的出口端设有分流装置,将冷却水分成两路,分别进入主轴冷却回水通道和螺旋叶片空心水冷槽中,两路冷却回水在主轴冷却回水通道的出水口汇合排出。
本发明所说的主轴冷却回水通道中设有隔板,其起水流导向和速度调控作用。
本发明所说的螺旋叶片的空心水冷槽截面呈矩型或梯形。
本发明主轴上焊接有两组或三组螺旋叶片。其减少了叶片头数,大大降低了加工制造难度。
本发明使用抗高温磨粒磨损堆焊合金材料对螺旋叶片和主轴表面实施堆焊,用以抵抗来自高温金属化球团的磨损。堆焊合金材料采用ZL011352310提出的抗高温磨粒磨损堆焊合金材料,其主要为高碳高铬堆焊材料,利用合金中金属碳硼化合物具有的高硬度和抗磨粒磨损性能及抗分解能力,提高高温条件下的抗磨粒磨损性能。本发明分两路进行水冷,一路冷却主轴本体,另一路冷却螺旋叶片。对照现有技术,本发明构造合理,水冷却效果好,叶片有效工作面积大,耐磨损性能高,出料工作效率高,使用寿命长。其充分发挥材料和结构双重优势,最大限度地提高的产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
从图1、图2、图3中可以看出,本发明一种高温物料输送螺旋,其包括有主轴1和焊接固定在主轴外侧的若干输送螺旋叶片2,螺旋叶片2与主轴1为一体结构。本发明主轴1为双套管空心轴,主轴外套管3和螺旋叶片2整体由堆焊技术制作而成。本发明使用抗高温磨粒磨损堆焊合金材料对螺旋叶片2和主轴1表面实施堆焊,用以抵抗来自高温金属化球团的磨损。本发明所用的抗高温磨粒磨损堆焊合金材料是中国专利011352310公开的堆焊合金材料,其主要为高碳高铬堆焊材料,利用合金中金属碳硼化合物具有的高硬度和抗磨粒磨损性能及抗分解能力,提高高温条件下的抗磨粒磨损性能。其具体组成含量(重量%)为:C 1-5、Cr 10-30、Mo 2-12、W 1-8、Nb 2-15、V 1-5、B 1-6、稀土0.01-2,余量Fe。稀土可选用铈Ce、镨Pr、钇Y等的化合物或合金。该材料具有很好的抗高温磨粒磨损性能,其能够实现较高的高温硬度和耐磨性。
本发明主轴内套管4中设有主进水管5,两套管之间为主轴冷却回水通道6,螺旋叶片2中沿主轴外套管3表面设有空心水冷槽7,其也是叶片的冷却水通道。主进水管的出口端设有分流装置8,将冷却水分成两路,一路穿过主轴冷却水通道6进入相应的螺旋叶片空心水冷槽7,即叶片冷却水通道,另一路直接进入主轴本体冷却水通道。本发明主进水管的出口端的分流装置8分别与主轴冷却回水通道6和相应的螺旋叶片空心水冷槽7连通。主进水管5的进水口与主轴冷却回水通道6的出水口在输送螺旋的同一端,主进水管5的出水口与主轴冷却回水通道6的进水口在输送螺旋的另一端,即总的进水、出水在同一端头完成。主轴冷却回水通道6和相应的螺旋叶片空心水冷槽7的冷却回水在主轴冷却回水通道的出水口汇合排出。本发明分两路进行水冷,一路冷却主轴本体,通过冷却水带走热量降低主轴本体温度,从而降低对结构材料的高温强度和抗蠕变性能要求,可用普通耐热钢替代诸如Cr25Ni20等贵重金属材料,降低材料成本。另一路又分若干组,分别冷却各相应的螺旋叶片。通过冷却水直接带走热量降低叶片温度,一方面降低对叶片母材材料的高温强度和抗蠕变性能要求,另一方面充分发挥叶片表面堆焊层材料的耐磨损性能,实现高寿命。通过两个路径分别对轴本体和叶片分别进行有效水冷,弱化温度对结构材料的强度和耐磨材料的耐磨损能力的不良影响,充分发挥材料优势,最大限度地提高出料螺旋的使用寿命。
本发明所说的螺旋叶片2的空心水冷槽7截面呈矩型或梯形。即叶片冷却水通道呈矩型或梯形中空截面,如图2、图3所示。中空式螺旋叶片结构可以有效提高螺旋叶片刚度,可降低螺旋轴直径d和螺旋外径D的比值,增加螺旋叶片高度和有效工作面积,提高出料螺旋的工作效率。本发明主轴上焊接有两组或三组螺旋叶片,其减少了螺旋叶片头数,大大降低了加工制造难度。
本发明所说的主轴冷却回水通道6中设有隔板9,其起水流导向和速度调控的作用。本发明具体通道间隙和调控螺旋导程根据设计水流速度计算获得。

Claims (4)

1.一种高温物料输送螺旋,其包括有主轴和固定在主轴外侧的螺旋叶片,主轴为双套管空心轴,其特征是:主轴外套管和螺旋叶片整体由堆焊技术制作而成,主轴内套管中设有主进水管,两套管之间为主轴冷却回水通道,螺旋叶片中沿主轴外套管表面设有空心水冷槽,主进水管的出口端设有分流装置,将冷却水分成两路,分别进入主轴冷却回水通道和螺旋叶片空心水冷槽中,两路冷却回水在主轴冷却回水通道的出水口汇合排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温物料输送螺旋,其特征是:所说的主轴冷却回水通道中设有隔板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温物料输送螺旋,其特征是:所说的螺旋叶片的空心水冷槽截面呈矩型或梯形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温物料输送螺旋,其特征是:所说的主轴上焊接有两组或三组螺旋叶片。
