Abstract
一种用于孔系组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构,其特征在于它由一组偏心量不等的偏心销和个偏心销调整结构组成,配以L形销,可使与偏心销调整结构相连为一体的定位联接要素相对于基准连续平移调整,实现精密快速地在三个座标轴方向任意平移调整,有助于实现孔系组合夹具的伞柔性。
Description
本发明属机床夹具领域,涉及一种用于孔系组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构。
一个未受限制的工件共有六个空间自由度,即沿三个座标轴的平行移动和旋转运动。夹具的作用就是要限制工件的有关自由度。如果要用组合夹具来加工任意的工件,则该组合夹具元件系统的定位联接要素必须在三个坐标轴方向上能任意地连续平移和旋转,以便把这些要素调整到组装夹具体和安装定位夹紧元件所需要的任何理想位置。也就是说,一个完整的组合夹具元件系统必须具备平移和旋转两种可调性。由于槽的优势在于平移调整。孔的优势在于旋转调整,因此孔系组合夹具元件系统实现全平移、全旋转调整的关键在于从如下两个方面革新现有技术:
1.引进槽,实行孔槽结合,解决平移调整问题;
2.充分发挥出孔的旋转可调性优势。
平移调整问题在本发明专利中提出,旋转调整问题在专利申请CN88100600.9中提出。
由于上述组合夹具的组合原理是本发明者对现有技术深入研究总结的基础上首次提出的,因此可以说由此原理导致产生的本发明是现有技术由感性阶段向理性阶段发展的必然结果。
平移调整虽可在槽系组合夹具元件系统中进行,但因槽于十字交叉处中断而无法连续调整,因调整及测量费时而无法实现精密快速组装;而在孔系组合夹具元件系统中平移调整问题则还根本未得到妥善解决。
本发明的目的在于设计一组偏心量不等的偏心销及一个偏心销调整结构,使与偏心销调整结构相连为一体的孔系组合夹具元件系统的定位联接要素能直接连续地平移调整,进而和CN88100600.9专利申请一起使孔系组合夹具元件系统具有全柔性,实现精密快速组装。
本发明是:一种用于组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构(见图1、2、3),它由一组偏心量不等的偏心销1和一个偏心销调整结构2组成,配以L形销3可使与偏心销调整结构2相连为一体的定位联接要素相对于基准4连续平移调整。所述偏心销1为一整体独立元件,其下部是直径为D的圆柱体,上部是直径为d的圆柱体,中部是宽度为B的棱体;两圆柱体(d和D)的中心线位于棱体宽度B的对称中心面内,而且具有偏心距离:E=0~Emax;取不同的偏心量E,可以形成不同规格的偏心销。所述偏心销调整结构为部分孔系组合夹具元件的部分结构而不是一种独立元件,它由两个直径为d且中心距为L的定位孔、位于底部且宽为B的浅键槽以及一组紧固用腰形沉、过孔组成,而且这些要素的中心线(或面)均在同一平面内;这种偏心销调整结构可和组合夹具的不同的定位联接要素结合而构成不同的组合元件。所述基准4的孔直径为D、孔距为L≤L+2Emax,本发明在克服槽系组合夹具元件系统的平移调整断续与慢速弊病的同时还解决了孔系组合夹具元件系统的平移调整难题,和CN88100600.9专利申请一起实现
了孔系组合夹具元件系统的全柔性设计。

下面结合本发明的一个最佳实例对本发明作进一步说明。附图1为偏心销结构示意图。偏心销1的数量共有64个,偏心距E的值依次取0、0.05、0.10、……、3.05、3.10、3.15毫米。附图2为偏心销调整结构示意图。附图3为平移调整示意图。为简洁起见,附图3示出了平移调整时的三种典型工作状态。转动偏心销1的偏心方向和将偏心销1在基准4上的两个相邻定位孔中对调,可使偏心销调整结构在中间位置两侧各获得0~2Emax=6.30毫米的位移,即总共获得4Emax=12.6毫米的调整,而且总调整量4Emax>L/4=12.5毫米。也就是说,偏心销调整结构可在基准4的每一个定位孔中心线两侧各获得0~Emax,即0~3.15毫米的位移。例如,用E=0.05毫米的偏心销,则相对于基准4的每一个定位孔中心线各可获得0.05毫米的位移。因此,本发明在最佳实施例中可使定位联接要素以0.05毫米为增量精密平移调整12.6毫米。
本发明的使用方法是:偏心销下部与孔距为L、直径为D的基准孔配合,上部与偏心销调整结构的直径为d的孔配合,中间与偏心销调整结构的宽度为B的浅键槽相配合;安装在孔距为L、直径为D的另一个相邻基准孔中的L形销的上部棱体与偏心销调整结构的宽度为B的槽相配合。这样,选择不同偏心距的偏心销和不同的相邻基准孔安装,且当L-L≤2Emax、L/4≤4Emax时,就可利用偏心销调整结构带着与其一体的定位联接要素直接连续平移调整:0~4Emax。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于孔系组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构,其特征在于它由一组偏心量不等的偏心销1和一个偏心销调整结构2组成,配以L形销3可使与偏心销调整结构2相连为一体的定位联接要素相对于基准4连续平移调整。所述偏心销1为一整体独立元件,其下部是直径为D的圆柱体,上部是直径为d的圆柱体,中部是宽度为B的棱体;两圆柱体(d和D)的中心线位于棱体宽度B的对称中心面内,而且具有偏心距离E=O~Emax;取不同的偏心量E,可以形成不同规格的偏心销。所述偏心销调整结构为部分孔系组合夹具元件的部分结构而不是一种独立元件,它由两个直径为d且中心距为L的定位孔、位于底部且宽为B的浅键槽以及一组紧固用腰形沉、过孔组成,而且这些要素的中心线(或面)均在同一平面内;这种偏心销调整结构可和组合夹具的不同的定位联接要素结合而构成不同的组合元件。所述基准4的孔直径为D,孔距离为L≤L+2Emax。
2、按照权利要求1的用于孔系组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构,其特征在于偏心销1的数量最佳为64个,偏心距E的值可依次取0、0.05、0.10、…、3.05、3.10、3.15毫米。
3、按照权利要求1的用于孔系组合夹具平移调整的偏心销及结构,其特征在于最佳最大总调整量4Emax≤L/4。
