本发明公开了一种插入式永磁流量变送器由铜轴电缆、铜管、不锈钢外壳、极性检测体、永磁体、磁场检测线圈、正负电极、导线板、屏蔽板、线圈支架、塑料件、智能部分组成,主要用于流量计量领域,本发明除结构简单、体积小、成本低外,更改永磁体做为关键部件,通过检测永磁体和电极性能更改设置参数,做到了测量精度的提高,具有十分重要的意义。

技术领域
本发明属流量测量领域,特别涉及机械零件和磁元件,传感、信息传输技术相关领域。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的是电磁流量变送器,是利用被检测点上固定安装流量计,通过法兰在管道内壁设绝缘衬,在管道侧壁上相对位置安装一对电极,管道外侧安装线圈,由电极和线圈产生的信息送至转换器。可显示流体流量,而这种结构复杂、耗电量大、成本高,不易拆装,给生产和使用带来不便。
发明内容
为觖决上述技术存在的问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种直接插入管道中,利用永磁体和电极,不受管道限制测量流体数据的一种插入式永磁流量变送器,本发明结构简单、测量精确、体积小、成本低。
本发明解决技术问题采取的技术方案是,对照附图,进行说明,图1、图2中本发明是由铜轴电缆1、铜管2、不锈钢外壳3、极性检测体4、永磁体5、磁场检测线圈6、正负电极7、导线板8、屏蔽板9、线圈支架10、塑料件11、智能部分12组成,其中正负电极7固定在导线板8上,套在铜管2里的铜轴电缆1也固定在导线板8上,屏蔽板9在导线板8的上侧,支架10在永磁体5和磁场检测线圈6间,塑料件11紧靠永磁体5,极性检测体4在所述一种插入式永磁流量变送器的上端一侧,不锈钢外壳3在外侧,所述的一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,永磁体5是“E”形状(见附图2),其外侧两极的形状均与水平成45度角。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用永磁体,可使功耗小,可电池供电,水质要求较低,可以长期使用,永磁体的“E”形,使磁体的磁泄露大大减少,精度高,磨损小,结构简单,成本低,从多方面起到积极的效果。

具体实施方式
正负电极7固定在导线板8上,套在铜管2里的铜轴电缆1也固定在导线板8上,屏蔽板9在导线板8的上侧,支架10在永磁体5和磁场检测线圈6间,塑料件11紧靠永磁体5,检测极性体4在所述一种插入式永磁流量变送器的上端一侧,不锈钢外壳3在外侧,所述一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,永磁体5是“E”形状,其外侧两极的形状均与水平成45度角。
当永磁体5产生磁场,正负电极7检测到水中极性时,产生电动势,通过固定在导线板8上的铜轴电缆1将相应信号传到智能部分12,磁场检测线圈6检测永磁体5磁性情况,通过导线接到智能部分12,从而根据永磁体5的磁性变化情况更改智能部分12的计算参数,起到准确测量的目的,极性检测体4检测正负电极7极性情况,通过导线接到智能部分12,从而根据正负电极7极性变化更改智能部分参数的设置,起到准确测量的目的。

Claims (4)

1.一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,是由铜轴电缆(1)、铜管(2)、不锈钢外壳(3)、极性检测体(4)、永磁体(5)、磁场检测线圈(6)、正负电极(7)、导线板(8)、屏蔽板(9)、线圈支架(10)、塑料件(11)、智能部分(12)组成,其中正负电极(7)固定在导线板(8)上,套在铜管(2)里的铜轴电缆(1)也固定在导线板(8)上,屏蔽板(9)在导线扳(8)的上侧,支架(10)在永磁体(5)和磁场检测线圈(6)间,塑料件(11)紧靠永磁体(5),极性检测体(4)在所述一种插入式永磁流量变送器的上端一侧,不锈钢外壳(3)在外侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,永磁体(5)是“E”形状。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,极性检测体(4)是检测正负电极(7)的极性情况。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种插入式永磁流量变送器,其特征在于,磁场检测线圈(6)是检测永磁体(5)的磁性情况。
