背景技术
便携灯具必须符合紧凑的条带件,用于这种灯具的开关相对较大。开关的位置直接影响灯具的总体体积。为了尽可能地限制灯具的总体体积,灯具呈现一种三角形的构型。三角形的构型包括三个壁,第一壁用于对电源供应部的支撑,其上带有用于点亮灯具的相当于开关的按钮的第二壁,和包括具有透镜的光学系统的第三壁。灯具的总体体积取决于带有开关、印刷电路和至少一个LED的发光模块的深度。对于具有三角形构型的灯具来说,开关必须尽可能靠后放置,在电源附近且尽可能靠近第二壁。
可从现有技术中得知发光模块的不同实施例。如图1所示的一种垂直模式利用开关朝向图2所示的灯具前部的运动,这是由于印刷电路5的整合特点。由此获得的便携灯具具有大的深度。这种构型从其总体尺寸上看并不是优选的。发光模块的另一实施例是将开口齐平安装在印刷电路5上。如图3所示,印刷电路放在开关下,使得灯具的深度得以优化。但是,这种组件意味着LED的位置受限。对于LED位置的限制可从图4、5和6中看到,LED在图6中过高、在图5中过低或在图4中过于向前。这种构型因此在LED与灯具光学系统的整合方面并不令人满意。
US 2006/0203477文件披露了一种手电,包括中空的细长圆柱本体,该不同设置在手电的一端且具有带多个LED的发光模块。连接有按钮的整合电路承装在圆柱本体内。这种类型的手电很大且不能如三角形构型的便携灯具那样容易地用作头灯。由于细长圆柱本体的特点,不存在由于按钮位置带来的整合问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种克服已有装置的缺点,特别是涉及便携灯具,所关注的是限制灯具的深度并使得灯具紧凑组装,同时保持LED定位的灵活性。
该目的通过以下实例来实现,印刷电路包括通孔,且在按钮已经穿过所述孔后所述开关抵靠印刷电路的所述第一表面布置。开关的关联性和印刷电路的关联性由此使得当发光模块装配在灯具的壳体中时LED的定位被优化,且使得壳体的尺寸减小。
根据优选实施例,按钮和整合电路的孔共轴线,发光模块被整合在三角形灯具结构中,该结构具有三个壁,以获得最小总体尺寸的灯具同时使用诸如开关这样的常规部件,所述开关包括在所述开关的侧表面上被折叠成托架的条带。

参见图9和10,便携灯具包括壳体1,该壳体由模制塑料材料制造且承装发光模块12和电源10。发光模块12包括印刷电路5,该电路上制造有通孔9。根据图7和8,开关4和LED3部件装配在印刷电路5的第一表面6上且能被焊接在所述印刷电路5的第二表面7上。开关4具有顶表面和侧表面,致动按钮8位于顶表面上且连接条带13位于一个侧表面14上。开关4的顶表面面向印刷电路5的第一表面6。按钮8和印刷电路5的孔9共轴线,使得按钮8可经由印刷电路5的孔9而接近或让所述按钮8穿过通孔9。
如上限定的发光模块12可整合在具有图10所示的三角形构型的灯具中。在这种情况下,例如通过可可抛弃或可充电电池形成的电源10抵靠壳体1的第一壁15放置,印刷电路5的第二表面7抵靠壳体1的第二顶壁2放置,让按钮8从壳体1的外面可接近。这留下了在壳体1上没有任何内部应力的情况下用于将LED3布置在壳体1的空腔11中且面向光学系统16的可用空间,该光学系统例如可通过一个透镜、菲涅耳透镜、简单的保护玻璃或没有保护来形成。光学系统16放置在壳体1的第三壁17上。空腔11通过三角形构型在壳体1中留下的空间来限定。

开关4可包括三个位置——关闭、强光和弱光,使得能根据外界条件来调整发光。

Claims (4)

1、一种便携灯具,包括承装电源(10)和配备有印刷电路(5)的发光模块的壳体(1)、至少一个发光二极管(3)和设置有布置在所述电路的第一表面(6)上的致动按钮(8)的开关(4),该灯具的特征在于,所述印刷电路(5)包括通孔(9),且在所述按钮(8)已经穿过所述孔(9)之后开关(4)抵靠所述印刷电路(5)的所述第一表面(6)布置。
