Abstract
本发明涉及车用高压助力转向胶管及制备方法。胶管具体结构为五层,是在三层氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶层之间用尼龙作加强层。胶管由内之外各层的制备方法是:氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶设置为内层,内层厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60、螺杆段40~60℃;在氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶设置为内层为加一层强层尼龙层;中间层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,厚度为0.1~2mm;第四层为尼龙加强层;外胶层为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶,厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60、螺杆段40~60℃。本发明的效果达到爆破压力在60Mpa以上,且两层编织线间的附着强度在3N/mm以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明发明涉及汽车胶管技术领域,特别是一种车用高压助力转向胶管及制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的发展,传统的汽车转向系统——机械式的转向系统,已不能满足人们在汽车操控性能和轻便性上的要求,而逐渐衍生出液压动力转向系统,它具有工作无噪声,灵触度高体积小,能够吸收来自不平路面的冲击力,在现代轿车上得到十分广泛的应用。而助力转向管也作为其中的重要部分得到广泛应用。因该产品的使用压力较高,所以对于产品的爆破压力要求需要达到54Mpa以上,且两层编织线间的附着强度大于2.5N/mm。
发明内容
氯磺化聚乙烯具有优良的耐老化性能以及优异的耐臭氧性能。并且由于氯磺化聚乙稀分子结构的特点使其耐日光老化、耐臭氧性能、化学药品好,而由于引入了氯使其难燃和耐油性能良好。
本发明的目的是应用氯磺化聚乙稀这种材料和2层加强层来满足产品的需求,提出一种全新的车用高压助力转向胶管,具体结构为五层:在三层氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶层之间用尼龙作加强层,具体结构如图1所示。
具体制备方法是:
1)氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶设置为内层,内层厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60℃、螺杆段40~60℃;
2)在氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶内层上编织一层尼龙层;
3)中间层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,厚度为0.1~2mm;使用胶片包覆的方法或选用挤出中间层方法,挤出温度为:机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60、螺杆段40~60℃;
4)第四层为编织尼龙层;
5)外胶层为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶,厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60、螺杆段40~60℃。
通过本发明的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶层之间增加了尼龙作加强层,大大增加了产品两层加强线之间的粘合力,并且减小了线与线之间的位移造成的产品损坏。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
实施例1:
如图1所示,是一个为汽车助力转向器配置的五层圆形助力转向胶管,是一种以氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶做为内层用于输送介质的助力转向胶管,由内至外依次为:一层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶内层1、二层为网状尼龙加强层2、三层为氯磺化聚乙烯挤出中间层3、四层为网状尼龙加强层4、五层为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶外层5。其中厚度为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶内层2mm、网状尼龙层0.5mm、氯磺化聚乙烯中间层0.5mm、网状尼龙层0.5mm、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶外层2mm,胶管内层的孔径为9.8mm。
具体生产工艺如下:
1、内层挤出温度为:机头85℃、挤出段80℃、塑化段80℃、喂料段40、螺杆段40℃,挤出厚度为4mm;
2、第一编织层,材质尼龙;
3、中间层挤出温度为:机头85℃、挤出段80℃、塑化段80℃、喂料段40、螺杆段40℃,挤出厚度为0.1mm;
4、第二编织层,材质尼龙;
5、外层挤出温度为:机头85℃、挤出段80℃、塑化段80℃、喂料段40、螺杆段40℃,挤出厚度为0.2mm;
实施例2:
如图2所示,是一个为汽车助力转向器配置的5层圆形助力转向胶管,是一种以氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶做为内层用于输送介质的助力转向胶管,由内至外依次为:一层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶内层1、二层为网状尼龙加强层2、三层为氯磺化聚乙烯胶片包绕中间层3、四层为网状尼龙加强层4、五层为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶外层。其中厚度为氯磺化聚乙稀橡胶内层2mm、网状尼龙层0.5mm、氯磺化聚乙烯中间层0.5mm、网状尼龙层0.5mm、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶外层2mm,胶管内层的孔径为9.8mm。
具体生产工艺如下:
1、内层挤出温度为:机头95℃、挤出段60℃、塑化段60℃、喂料段60、螺杆段60℃,挤出厚度为2mm;
2、第一编织层,材质尼龙;
3、中间层为胶片,胶片厚度为1mm,并且将其包覆在第一编织层加强线上,然后进行后续工序;
4、第二编织层,材质尼龙;
5、外层挤出温度为:机头95℃、挤出段60℃、塑化段60℃、喂料段60、螺杆段60℃,挤出厚度为2mm;
实施例3:

3、中间层挤出温度为:机头95℃、挤出段60℃、塑化段60℃、喂料段60、螺杆段60℃,挤出厚度为1mm;
4、第二编织层,材质尼龙;
5、外层挤出温度为:机头85℃、挤出段70℃、塑化段70℃、喂料段50、螺杆段50℃,挤出厚度为2mm;
通过试验验证,采用本发明生产的高压助力转向胶管用于汽车助力转向器,并且使爆破压力达到了60Mpa以上,两层编织线间的附着强度达到3N/mm以上。
Claims (1)
1.一种高压助力转向胶管的制备方法,其特征是由内至外各层的制备方法如下:
1)氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶设置为内层,内层厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60℃、螺杆段40~60℃;
2)在氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶内层上编织一层尼龙层;
3)中间层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,厚度为0.1~2mm;使用胶片包覆的方法或选用挤出中间层方法,挤出温度为:机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60℃、螺杆段40~60℃;
4)第四层为编织尼龙层;
5)外胶层为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,厚度为0.2~4mm;挤出温度设定为,机头75~95℃、挤出段60~80℃、塑化段60~80℃、喂料段40~60℃、螺杆段40~60℃。
