Abstract
本发明属于中药及其制备技术领域，特别公开了一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药及其制备方法。该中药由下述各原料药制成：草乌、何首乌、牛膝、木瓜、木香、小茴香、当归、川芎。将上述各原料药放入密闭容器中，用白酒密封浸泡7～20天后，取其浸泡液待用。本发明中药是针对发病原因，根据祖国中医医学辨证论治而组方而得，配伍合理，具有祛风散寒、补肝益肾、活血通络、舒筋止痛之功效，疗效显著，治愈率高且用后不易复发；本发明中药制成口服液，有效成分均衡，有利于患者吸收，提高了疗效。

技术领域
本发明属于中药及其制备技术领域，特别涉及了一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨质增生又称骨刺，在医学上称骨赘。腰椎骨质增生是指腰椎体前后缘有唇状骨质增生，有时可扩大到腰椎间关节周围，最后形成一个环形的骨嵴或骨桥，又称腰椎退变、增生性。腰椎的骨质增生是因为中年以后，随着年龄的增大，机体各组织细胞的生理功能也逐渐衰退老化，退化的椎间盘逐渐失去水份，椎间隙变窄，纤维环松驰向周边膨出，椎体不稳，纤维环在椎体边缘外发生撕裂，导致髓核之突出，将后纵韧带的骨膜顶起，其下面产生新骨，形成骨刺或骨质增生。也有人认为椎间盘退变萎缩后，椎体向前倾斜，椎体前缘在中线为前纵韧带所阻，两侧骨膜掀起，骨膜下形成新骨。另外，局部的受压因素也是引起骨质增生的主要因素，腰椎椎体边缘受压较重，故此处骨质增生的发生也较常见。这样的病症是一种顽疾，目前腰椎骨质增生的治疗有中医和西医治疗。就西医来说，打激素药，当时效果很明显，但是对身体的危害很大，而且有一定的依赖性，在吃药没有效果的情况下无非就是开刀手术，但是开刀只是把表面的骨刺切除，过段时间还是会长的，复发率高，而且患者的治疗痛苦突出，风险大。中医治疗有中药内服、外敷、针灸、理疗等方法，此类疗法虽安全可靠，但疗效普遍较慢。
发明内容
为了克服现有治疗腰椎骨质增生技术的不足之处，本发明的目的在于提供一种疗效显著、治愈率高且用后不易复发的用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药。同时，本发明的另一目的还在于提供了该用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药的制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案如下：一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药，由下述重量配比的各原料药制成：草乌15～18g、何首乌15～18g、牛膝15～17g、木瓜15～18g、木香15～18g、小茴香15～18g、当归15～19g、川芎15～16g。
所述草乌为制草乌，何首乌为制何首乌。
一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药的制备方法：按重量配比称取各原料药，放入密闭容器中，按比例用500g的白酒密封浸泡7～20天后，取其浸泡液待用。
作为优化，所述白酒的度数为45～60度，有利于通血脉、御寒气、行药势。
本发明有效成分里：草乌，搜风胜湿、散寒止痛、开痰消肿；何首乌，补肝益肾、养血祛风；牛膝，散瘀血、消肿痛；木瓜，平肝和胃、去湿舒筋；木香，行气止痛、温中和胃；小茴香，温肾散寒、和胃理气；当归，补血活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠；川芎，行气、开郁、祛风、燥湿、活血止痛。本发明诸药相互配伍，共奏祛风散寒、补肝益肾、活血通络、舒筋止痛之功效。
使用方法：每晚睡前内服10ml，患者酒量大的也可酌情适量添加，30天为1个疗程。
禁忌事项：孕妇、糖尿病患者忌用。
为验证本发明中药的疗效，下面结合典型病例进行说明：
病例1：陈某某，女，34岁，平舆宋寨人，2007年6月3日在县人民医院CT诊断为1～3腰椎骨质增生。患者在患病期间腰痛、腿痛，曾多方就诊均无改善。2008年3月27日，服用本发明中药2个疗程后，已明显好转，随访一年，无任何异常。
病例2：李某某，男，55岁，平舆万金店乡小沈庄人，2006年5月1日在新蔡县人民医院诊断为第3腰椎骨质增生。患者腰痛、腿痛，曾外用骨质增生一贴灵，内服抗骨质增生片等西药两月，均无改善。2007年8月4日服用本发明中药2个疗程，2008年4月15日经回访得知，近5个月内已无腰腿痛及任何异常。
病例3：孙某某，女，44岁，平舆陈蕃尤庄人，2006年2月4日在县中医院确诊为第1、2腰椎骨质增生，患者腰痛。2006年2月7日服用本发明中药1个疗程，2006年8月6日回访得知已无任何异常。
病例4：陈某某，男，64岁，平舆陈蕃尤庄人，患者腰痛腿痛近半年，曾在两个医院诊治，均诊断为第1、4、5腰椎骨质增生，2008年6月17日服用本发明中药3个疗程，现已明显好转。
病例5：徐某某，男，51岁，平舆陈蕃尤庄人，患者腰痛腿痛，2008年6月3日在县人民医院诊断为第3、4腰椎骨质增生，2008年7月4日服用本发明中药2个疗程，现已明显好转。
病例6：王某某，女，35岁，平舆王岗孙庄人，患者腰痛腿痛，2007年4月12日在驻马店市中心人民医院诊断为第1腰椎骨质增生，经多方治疗无显效。2007年6月25日服用本发明中药2个疗程，2008年2月1日回访得知已无任何异常。
病例7：焦某某，女，51岁，平舆煤建公司职工，患者腰痛，2008年1月10日在县人民医院诊断为第1、3腰椎骨质增生，在其治疗1月无明显改善，2008年3月27日服用本发明中药3个疗程，病情现已得到控制。
病例8：侯某某，男，41岁，新蔡县黄楼乡大黄庄人，患者3月余腰痛，2007年5月26日在新蔡县人民医院诊断为第4、5腰椎骨质增生，2007年7月5日服用本发明中药1个疗程，病情明显好转，2007年9月1日又服用1个疗程，2008年4月15日回访得知，已无任何异常。
病例9：张某某，女，56岁，东皇庙乡大凡村委小张庄人，患者腰痛腿痛，2007年2月13日在县人民医院诊断为第4腰椎骨质增生，无作治疗，2007年3月12日服用本发明中药1个疗程，2007年12月5日回访得知病情已得到控制。
病例10：刘某，女，66岁，陈蕃尤庄人，2006年在广州某一医院诊断为第3、4骨椎骨质增生，患者腰痛，2007年8月4日服用本发明中药3个疗程，2008年1月21日患者来此得知已控制。

实施例1
称取下述重量的各原料药：草乌15g、何首乌15g、牛膝15g、木瓜15g、木香15g、小茴香15g、当归15g、川芎15g。
制备方法：将本实施例中各原料药放入密闭容器中，用500g的45度的白酒密封浸泡20天后，取其浸泡液待用。
实施例2
称取下述重量的各原料药：制草乌16g、制何首乌17g、牛膝16g、木瓜17g、木香17、小茴香16g、当归17g、川芎15g。
制备方法：将本实施例中各原料药放入密闭容器中，用500g的52度的白酒密封浸泡15天后，取其浸泡液待用。
实施例3
称取下述重量的各原料药：制草乌18g、制何首乌18g、牛膝17g、木瓜18g、木香18g、小茴香18g、当归19g、川芎16g。
制备方法：将本实施例中各原料药放入密闭容器中，用500g的60度的白酒密封浸泡7天后，取其浸泡液待用。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药，其特征在于由下述重量配比的各原料药制成：草乌15～18g、何首乌15～18g、牛膝15～17g、木瓜15～18g、木香15～18g、小茴香15～18g、当归15～19g、川芎15～16g；按重量配比称取各原料药，放入密闭容器中，用500g的白酒密封浸泡7～20天后，取其浸泡液待用。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药，其特征在于所述草乌为制草乌，何首乌为制何首乌。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药的制备方法，其特征在于按重量配比称取各原料药，放入密闭容器中，按比例用500g的白酒密封浸泡7～20天后，取其浸泡液待用。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于治疗腰椎骨质增生的中药的制备方法，其特征在于所述白酒的度数为45～60度。
