技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有一次性过滤料(filter)或胶囊的咖啡机或浓咖啡机,其配备有以两个阶段操作的半自动系统,所述两个阶段为:
1)手动放置一次性过滤料或胶囊;
2)通过电子控制的电动机械致动器进行咖啡冲泡并返回阶段1。
背景技术
这种类型的浓咖啡机使用了特定的单杯半刚性塑料过滤器,该过滤器容纳磨碎、配比并捣实的咖啡,并且命名为一次性过滤料、胶囊或类似物。后面将称之为胶囊。在市场上的浓咖啡机中,通常同一个泵为液压夹紧系统、自动丢弃用过的胶囊以及咖啡冲泡服务。这意味着总压力在夹紧/丢弃和冲泡之间按比例分配。然而在三个系统之间的这样的压力分配不能获得良好质量的最终产品和良好的夹紧压力,从而引起漏水并在咖啡机中产生水垢。此外,胶囊填充/丢弃系统相当复杂并且由于它使用了弹簧机构而不可靠,所述弹簧机构可能由于使用和高温而丧失原本的机械特性。
本发明的目的是一种用于装载和移除一次性过滤料或胶囊的绝对新颖的机械系统,该系统在高压力下具有高强度和可靠性;本发明的另一个目的是一种密封和压靠在一次性过滤料或胶囊上的机械系统。
发明内容
一种具有一次性过滤料或胶囊的浓咖啡机,其配备有用于冲泡浓咖啡的半自动系统,其特征在于以下特征:
-用于装载和丢弃一次性过滤料或胶囊的半自动的完全机械系统。当闭合时,在一次性过滤料的座体上转动的胶囊保持件的逆时针转动形成几何结构上适配于胶囊的壳体;两个座体的完好重叠通过压靠在转动座体底部上的榫槽接头(a grooving and tonguing joint)和球状物导向,所述转动座体容纳在固定座体上的球形空腔中。在咖啡冲泡过程中,竖直和环形接头稳固了两个机械部件并且获得两个座体之间的良好的刚性夹紧,从而抗衡冲泡过程中的高压力。这意味着良好地封装胶囊并避免由于塑料类型的材料、高工作压力和水温的组合作用产生的可能的变形。后传感器杆和前重力提取器定位成确保一旦冲泡结束,就将用过的胶囊移除并丢弃到位于咖啡机底座底部上的小容器中。实际上,在冲泡时在胶囊由于压力和温度而变形的情况下,胶囊可能粘附到壳体表面上。在所述的移除之后,所述设备自动地准备好,以便手动地放入新胶囊用于下一次冲泡。所述系统结实、可靠并且允许通过转动60°重复所述放置和移除。

-可以双重调节胶囊和活塞之间的距离:通过(顺时针或逆时针)转动活塞进行宏观调整,从而增加或减少距离胶囊的较大距离;通过挺杆在成形于热交换器上的壳体中滑动进行宏观调整,所述滑动通过两个贝勒维尔垫圈(Belleville washers)和螺纹销提供的止动器来控制。该调整允许通过胶囊的任何可能的裂纹的进一步调节。
-用于核实胶囊已放置和冲泡活塞的放置压力的电动机械系统。该系统确保了咖啡机仅仅在这些条件下工作;此外,这样减少了手动操作的数量。

具体实施方式
参考附图,尤其是参考图1、2和3,浓咖啡机包括:底座(chassis)1;一次性胶囊的座体(porta-capsule body),其包括转动部件2和固定部件3,配备有旋钮37、冲泡物喷口38、传感器轴29、微动开关33和可以放置一次性过滤料或胶囊14的前提取器35;热交换器5,其具有电泵24、用于输送水的电动阀25、加热器26和恒温器39、活塞31和相关的ciclers43;挺杆9和加速器31;压力凸轮7;和具有微动开关20的咖啡冲泡凸轮19,所述压力凸轮和冲泡凸轮二者由电机21控制;支撑装置;固定装置;调整和密封装置。
所述咖啡机处于待用状态时,压力凸轮7位于上死点(图5中阶段A)。该凸轮通过螺纹销44连接到电机轴10上,并且所述凸轮在电机室4内转动;咖啡冲泡凸轮19通过螺钉18连接到所述电机轴上。
通过旋钮37,一次性胶囊的座体的转动部件被手动地顺时针转动;传感器轴29由螺旋弹簧42(图3)拉紧,并且将用过的胶囊14从固定座体向前推进。前提取器35通过前提取器支撑轴16和弹性销34紧固在电机轴4上,并且在转动座体转动期间,所述前提取器用于保持所述胶囊和通过重力使所述胶囊落下。所述系统包括后传感器轴,并且前提取器确保用过的胶囊排放和落入小容器内,以防在胶囊放置在一次性胶囊的座体的部件2和3中时由于压力和温度所产生的一定的应力或附着力而被卡住。
一次性胶囊的座体的转动部件2的转动运动使得咖啡机准备好放置一颗新的胶囊用于下一次冲泡,如图4中所示(阶段A和阶段B)。在胶囊定位在转动部件2上之后,逆时针的手动转动闭合和连接一次性胶囊的座体的所述转动部件2和固定部件3。
由于所述部件之间形成的铰接和槽(grooving)11的支点(图8的局部G),并且由于榫接头(tonguing joint)(图8的局部F)和导向球状物46(图5的局部P),该球状物由螺旋弹簧45挤压,位于一次性胶囊的座体的固定部件上的球形槽口48中。
当闭合时,通过夹紧螺钉30固定在一次性胶囊的座体的固定部件上的传感器轴29被推动以便抗衡所述弹簧42并且被推向微动开关33,所述微动开关供给电机21的电流。
所述电机使压力凸轮转动180°直到下死点(图5的阶段B),从而确定挺杆9上的压力,所述挺杆使热交换器5靠近由泡制cicler43连接的活塞6,朝向盖以便达到理想的附着活塞/胶囊和令人满意的泡制压力。
泡制活塞朝向胶囊的冲程使得锁定套筒12(图5的局部O)容纳在一次性胶囊的座体的转动部件上的槽口内,在咖啡冲泡过程中(图5的阶段B)所述槽口形成连接两个部件2和3的环形连接器。
在咖啡的冲泡过程中,所述胶囊和泡制活塞6之间的良好密封通过其它因素确保。首先,通过顺时针或逆时针转动螺纹连接到泡制cicler43上的活塞6正确调节所述胶囊和泡制活塞之间距离。第二因素是挠性滑动(图6的局部E),该滑动由热交换器5上的容纳室中的挺杆9的两个贝勒维尔垫圈15控制(图6的局部D),这允许任何由于胶囊的任何可能的裂纹的进一步的调节,冲程为0.7mm,通过内六角头螺钉36控制。第三因素涉及O形圈27,该O形圈定位在活塞上的容纳室上,确保良好地附连到胶囊上,因此确保了良好的密封。
冲泡凸轮19和压力凸轮17的同步允许当压力凸轮到达下死点时(图5的阶段B),由微动开关20控制的电路切断电机21的供给并使电泵24运行,从而产生咖啡冲泡物。在泡制活塞上的截头锥形几何形状是另一安全元素,所述截头锥形几何形状接近于接触胶囊(图7中局部A),适于避免可能的咖啡或热水的喷溅。
一旦冲泡完成,电动机构即停止电泵电路并使电机运行,从而压力凸轮到达上死点,这允许通过螺旋弹簧8使得胶囊与组装的活塞-加速器-挺杆分离,并使系统准备好用于下一次冲泡。
在本发明的该优选实施例中,具有其它的部件:第二槽13、冲泡凸轮的夹紧螺钉17、咖啡组的夹紧螺钉22。加速器的转动杠杆23、传感器轴的调整螺母28、加热器的夹紧螺钉32、用于转动加速器的螺钉40、加速器的夹紧螺钉41以及球状物47。所有这些机械部件,单个或组合地制成具有高质量标准。
在图9a、9b和10中示出用于实现一次性胶囊的座体的另外的实用方式。这里,一次性胶囊的座体的转动部件2由塑料制成,而重力提取器35供给有橡胶末端。这意味着变换泡制活塞6并使其冲程增大。事实上,当闭合时,该活塞对胶囊挤压,使一次性胶囊的座体的转动部件停止,从而防止一次性胶囊的座体打开。这样,可以省去通过榫槽接头和挤压球状物的固定。

Claims (9)

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的浓咖啡机,其特征在于:后传感器轴系统(29)将用过的胶囊(14)从一次性胶囊的座体向前推进,并且前提取器(35)用于保持所述胶囊和通过重力使所述胶囊落下。
