Abstract
The invention provides a speech position service method based on a mobile communication terminal. The speech position service method comprises the following steps: a mobile communication terminal user determines the current position of the mobile communication terminal through initiating a positioning request or dialing a service access code; position service information on the periphery of the current position of the mobile communication terminal is acquired according to the current position of the mobile communication terminal; the mobile communication terminal user selects information required to be understood according to the position service information; and the corresponding position service information is provided according to the position service information selected by the mobile communication terminal user and the manner of providing the position service information. By adopting the invention, not only GPS is not required to be supported by the mobile communication terminal, but also any tourism information data are not required to be integrated; an information list is provided for the user based on the position of the user; and only relevant information on the periphery is provided for the user; thereby reducing the tedious searching process in the formation for the user, so as to greatly facilitate the use of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication technology and location service technology based on mobile communication technology, and more particularly, to a location service method and system based on a mobile communication terminal.
Background
Conventionally, there are several location service methods based on a mobile communication terminal in the prior art, which are described below.
First, a location service is performed by integrating location service information in a mobile communication terminal. The positioning service mode is to store the relevant information of the position service, including the surrounding information (including scenic spot information, gas station information, bank information, entertainment information, etc.) on the mobile communication terminal, and when the user arrives at a certain location, the corresponding surrounding information is selected on the mobile communication terminal according to the arrived location. In addition, the mobile communication terminal also stores the commonly used route information, the user inputs the text information of the starting point and the end point, the terminal can automatically plan the optimal route, and simultaneously, the current position is determined by utilizing a Global Positioning System (GPS), so that a route arrival scheme is provided for the user.
Therefore, the service information is provided for the user to a certain extent by adopting the mode. However, the above-mentioned method has the disadvantages that: it is required to integrate various information data, route data, etc. in the mobile communication terminal. One of the ways to obtain voice location services by making a call: the method comprises the steps of summarizing all position information, classifying service contents, distributing a telephone number for each type of service contents and even each specific content, dialing an access number of the corresponding service contents when a user encounters interested contents, and listening to service information introduction through a mobile phone.
The disadvantages of the above-mentioned method are: first, a large number of telephone access numbers are applied to a telecom operator, and service contents are corresponding to the telephone access numbers. When the user uses the mobile phone, the user needs to find the corresponding telephone number after defining the service content, and then uses the mobile phone to dial the number to know the relevant information of the service content. For areas with large content information, a large number of telephone numbers must be occupied, so that the cost is high, and inconvenience is brought to users.
Fourthly, the voice position service is realized by using a short message mode.
The process of realizing the voice position service by the short message mode comprises the following steps: the user edits the mobile communication terminal instruction and sends the instruction to a specific short message service number, so that service acquisition can be realized, and different short message service numbers correspond to different position services. Through the short message mode, the user can obtain scenic spot information, tourism related information such as surrounding hotels, catering and weather forecast, position navigation information, convenience information and the like.
The disadvantage of using short message to realize location service is that: in order to enable the user to obtain different location service content information, different location services must use different short message access codes, which also requires a large amount of operator number resources, and there are complex ways of grouping location service content. Limited by the amount of messages sent each time, the system cannot provide comprehensive relevant information, and the use efficiency is greatly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a location service method based on a mobile communication terminal and a system thereof. By the embodiment of the invention, a mobile communication terminal is not required to support the GPS, and any tourism information data is not required to be integrated; the information list is provided for the user based on the position of the user, and only the peripheral related information is provided for the user, so that the tedious process of searching in the information by the user is reduced, and great convenience is brought to the user.
The embodiment of the invention provides a position service method based on a mobile communication terminal, which comprises the following steps:
a mobile communication terminal user determines the current position of the mobile communication terminal by initiating a positioning request or dialing a service access code;
obtaining position service information around the current position of the mobile communication terminal according to the current position of the mobile communication terminal;
the mobile communication terminal user selects the information to be known according to the position service information;
and providing corresponding location service information according to the location service information selected by the mobile communication terminal user and the mode of providing the location service information.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a position service system based on the mobile communication terminal, which comprises the mobile communication terminal, a mobile network unit and a position service unit; wherein,

The embodiment of the invention provides a position service method based on a mobile communication terminal and a system thereof. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a position service system based on a mobile communication terminal. It can be known from the above embodiments that each mobile communication terminal user with a call function can use the service without the need of the user's mobile phone to support GPS, without the need of the mobile phone to integrate any location service information data, and without the need of data update, without special requirements for the user terminal, and reducing the user use threshold;
because various position service information is provided and various providing modes are supported, the used people are very wide, people can find various information needed by themselves based on the position, and the service can be widely popularized;
the user can use the service conveniently only by dialing the uniform access number, and can select information in the menu provided by the system without searching the telephone access code or short message inquiry code corresponding to the information, thereby greatly facilitating the use of the user.
The following describes the voice location service system of the present invention in detail by taking an example in which the mobile communication terminal 101 sends a location request to the mobile location unit 102 and sends a service access code to the voice location service unit 115.

Third embodiment

According to the embodiment, each mobile phone user with the communication function can use the system and the method, the mobile phone of the user is not required to support a GPS, any travel information data are not required to be integrated by the mobile phone, data updating is not required, no special requirement is required for the user terminal, and the use threshold of the user is reduced.
Because the embodiment of the invention provides various position related information, including rich information such as tourist attractions, restaurant food, cinemas, gas stations, parking lots, bus stations and routes, self-driving routes and the like, the used crowd is very wide, and people can find various information required by themselves based on positions.

According to the embodiment, each mobile phone user with the communication function can use the system and the method, the mobile phone of the user is not required to support a GPS, any travel information data are not required to be integrated by the mobile phone, data updating is not required, no special requirement is required for the user terminal, and the use threshold of the user is reduced.
Because the embodiment of the invention provides various tourist and entertainment related information, including tourist attractions, restaurant food, cinemas, gas stations, parking lots and other rich information, the used crowd is very wide, and people can find various information needed by themselves based on positions.

the mobile communication terminal user selects the information to be known according to the position service information;
providing corresponding location service information according to the location service information selected by the mobile communication terminal user and a mode of providing the location service information, comprising the steps of:
transmitting the selected location service information to a contents play menu generating unit through a mobile communication network;
the content playing menu generating unit generates a position service providing mode list according to the selected position service information and transmits the service providing mode list to the mobile communication terminal through the position service providing unit;
the mobile communication terminal user selects the mode of providing the position service information according to the position service providing mode list;
notifying a location service providing unit according to a service providing mode selected by a user;
the location service providing unit provides the mobile communication terminal user with contents corresponding to the selected location service information through a mobile communication network.
2. The location service method based on a mobile communication terminal according to claim 1, wherein: the mode of providing the position service information is one or more of an artificial voice mode, an automatic voice mode, a short message mode, a multimedia message mode and a WAP mode.
3. The location service method based on a mobile communication terminal according to claim 1, wherein: when the mobile communication terminal user determines the current location of the mobile communication terminal by initiating a location request, comprising the steps of:
the mobile communication terminal initiates a positioning request to a mobile positioning unit through a mobile communication network;
after receiving the positioning request, the mobile positioning unit determines the current position of the mobile communication terminal;
and the mobile positioning unit transmits the obtained information of the current position to the mobile communication terminal.

The location service method based on a mobile communication terminal according to claim 3, wherein: obtaining location service information around the current location of the mobile communication terminal according to the current location of the mobile communication terminal, comprising the steps of:
after the mobile communication terminal user obtains the information of the current position, the information of the current position is transmitted to a searching unit;
the search unit searches for location service information of the surroundings of the current location of the mobile communication terminal and transmits the searched location service information of the surroundings to the mobile communication terminal user.

after receiving the positioning request, the mobile positioning unit determines the current position of the mobile communication terminal and transmits the information of the current position to the voice positioning unit.

The location service method based on a mobile communication terminal according to claim 5, wherein: the obtaining of location service information around the current location of the mobile communication terminal according to the current location of the mobile communication terminal includes the steps of:
after receiving the information of the current position, the voice positioning unit transmits the information of the current position to a searching unit;
the searching unit searches the position service information around the current position of the mobile communication terminal and transmits the searched position service information to the content playing menu generating unit.
7. The mobile communication terminal-based location service method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein: the mobile communication terminal user selects the information to be known according to the surrounding location service information, comprising the following steps:
after the content playing menu generating unit obtains the peripheral position service information, a voice position service information list containing the scenic spot name is generated and transmitted to the mobile communication terminal through the position service providing unit;
the mobile communication terminal user selects the required location service information according to the location service information list.

the mobile positioning unit is used for receiving a positioning request sent by the mobile communication terminal or the position service unit, determining the current position of the mobile communication terminal and sending the information of the current position of the mobile communication terminal to the mobile communication terminal or the position service unit;
the location service unit is used for receiving the call transmitted by the mobile communication terminal, sending a positioning request to the mobile positioning unit and receiving the information of the current location of the mobile communication terminal sent by the mobile positioning unit; and determining a location service information list around the current location of the mobile communication terminal according to the information of the current location, sending the list to the mobile communication terminal, and providing the selected location service information to the mobile communication terminal according to the selection of the user of the mobile communication terminal.
