本发明涉及封闭装置,且尤其是涉及可手动操作的密封封闭装置。
背景技术
使用包裹物用于将容器的开口端封闭起来是常见的情况。诸如莎纶的包裹物通常是由聚偏二氯乙烯聚合物所获得的,其具有粘附特性从而使得能粘附到容器盖。随时间过去,这些包裹物丧失它们的粘附强度并易于被刺穿和/或撕裂。这些包裹物是轻质量的,且通常是程度很弱地粘附到容器盖,这需要使用者以极大努力来密闭地密封容器。这些包裹物的操作并不是没有其它问题。例如,这些包裹物不能将空气从容器排出,容易在很短的时间期间内损坏所存储的内容物。
具有形成真空密封的能力的封闭装置通常需要外部真空源诸如真空泵用于产生真空。这些封闭装置缺少在诸如这样的环境中排空容器的能力,例如:户外野餐、旅游、短途旅行时,在这些环境下真空源难以获得。
这些封闭装置的操作常常是双手实行的,其中优选地是双手均需要将包裹物拉伸向容器的边缘,来形成密闭密封。这些封闭装置缺乏使用单手操作的能力,这限制了它们对于身体上有一只手残疾的使用者的方便性。
需要一种密封盖,其施加足够压力来充分关闭并排空容器、并使用单手操作来与容器一起形成密闭的真空密封。
发明内容
描述了一种密封盖,其包括封闭隔膜和较重的边框部件。此边框部件具有的重量显著大于隔膜的重量。较重边框部件的重量允许盖下压在容器唇缘上,来促进在隔膜和容器唇缘之间的密切接触。这限定了该封闭隔膜的第一位置。
封闭隔膜是柔性硅树脂隔膜,当接收由手的几个指头所施加的轴向力之后,在向下的方向内轴向凹入。该轴向力将隔膜推入容器,将空气从容器部分地排出。空气的排出降低了容器中的压力,并在盖和容器之间产生了吸力。吸力促进了盖形成密闭密封,并由此限定了隔膜的第二位置。

具体实施方式
尽管在下列说明中为清晰起见使用了具体术语,这些术语仅仅是打算用来指代为了在附图中图示而所选取的本发明的具体结构,并非意在限定或限制本发明的范畴。
首先参见图1,所述密封盖10包括同心地定位以限定公共中心16的封闭隔膜12和边框部件14。中心纵轴X优选地从中心16延伸。封闭隔膜12被边框部件14整体地连接和包围。封闭隔膜12及边框部件14具有优选地在基本垂直于中心纵轴线X的平面内横向延伸的平坦表面(flat surface)。封闭隔膜12和边框部件14是由结构上有弹性的合成有机硅氧烷弹性体,优选地是硅树脂隔膜制成的。边框部件14优选地是由相同或类似的硅树脂材料制成,其基本上比隔膜12更厚以便具有比隔膜12相对更刚性的结构。
参见图2,隔膜12具有限定了第一厚度22的第一顶面18和第一底面20。边框部件14具有限定了第二厚度28的第二顶面24和第二底面26。在这一个优选实施例中,第一厚度22大约为第二厚度28的1/4,但是应理解为厚度22和28可以按照盖10的预期用法而改变。
边框部件14具有外周边30,该外周边30具有基本上等于由封闭隔膜12所限定的直径D2的直径D1。边框部件14包括内周边32,该内周边22具有大约为直径D2的2/3的直径D3。然而,应理解到直径D1、D2、D 3可以按照盖10的预期用法而改变。
外周边30的直径D1和内周边32的直径D3限定了大约为直径D2的1/6的边框部件14的宽度34。宽度34优选地被设定为用使用者的单手握持。内周边30限定了在边缘部分14中的开口36,其优选地适于允许隔膜12的底部20的轴向运动。顶面24通过宽度34整体地连接到隔膜12的底部20。顶面24及底部20通过模制工艺、优选地是注射成型工艺来互相连接。模制允许封闭隔膜12及边框部件14作为单个整体元件。然而,应当理解到,封闭隔膜12可以通过使用其它的例如诸如粘合剂粘接、压接(press joining)和热熔接合的连接工艺而被连接到边框部件14。
如图3中所示,边框部件14优选地适于为隔膜12提供支持和强度。封闭隔膜12及边框部件14限定了相交面38,其优选地允许封闭隔膜12沿着基本平行于由边框部件14所限定平面的平面而保持近似地平坦。
如图4中所示,盖10具有优选地适于封闭容器40的圆形唇缘42的圆形构造。然而,应该理解到,盖10可以封闭具有优选地小于边框部件14的内周边32的直径D3的尺寸(参考图2)的任何形状的唇缘42。盖10可以是有利地用单手握持,并具有可以使用单手来有利地提起的总重。
参见图5和6,盖10在操作中是处于第一位置内的,这优选地适于来封闭容器40的开口端。在这一个优选实施例中,边框部件14优选地保持留在隔膜12的下侧上,并基本包围容器40的唇缘42。边框部件14具有显著大于由封闭隔膜12所限定的重量W2的重量W1。这使得边框部件14比隔膜12更重。较重的边框部件14的重量W1允许边框部件14及封闭隔膜12的至少某些部分下压在容器40的唇缘42上。重量W1有利地支持封闭隔膜12来促进与唇缘42的密闭接触。在此位置,被定位在开36之上的封闭隔膜12的第一底面20(参见图2)优选地停留在唇缘42的顶面44上、并优选地与容器40的开口端46大致连通。在此位置,被定位在隔膜12的下侧上的边框部件14优选地沿着平面47而悬垂在唇缘42上,该平面47与唇缘42的顶面44所限定的平面45成大约20°的角度。这牢固地将盖10固定在容器40上。在此第一位置,容器40中的空气具有基本上等于大气压的压力P1。
参见图7和8,示出了盖10的替代实施例,其中盖10以颠倒位置被安置在容器40的唇缘42上。在这样一个替代实施例中,封闭隔膜12优选地保持在边框部件14的下侧上。然而,应该理解到,在此位置中,较重的边框部件14的重量W1也允许边框部件14和隔膜12的至少某些部分下压在容器40的唇缘42上。
参见图9,位于容器40的开口36上方的封闭隔膜12(参见图2)优选地接收由使用者的手施加的轴向向下的力F,这允许盖10达到第二位置。当施加力F同时,封闭隔膜被手的至少几个手指轻缓地下推,以有利地在盖10的中心16附近区域上引导力F。然而,应该理解到,力F可以通过使用任何厨具诸如以调羹、撇沫器(skimmer)、或勺状抹刀(spatula)为例的可以舒适地单手握持的厨具而施加。在第二位置中,力F及封闭隔膜的柔性结构沿着中心纵轴线X从第一位置来压低隔膜12,从而使得隔膜12有利地以凹入的方式伸入容器40,来达到第二位置。
封闭隔膜12的轴向下压将空气从容器40压出,并将空气从容器40部分排出。在这样一个实施例中,空气流动是通过多个箭头48而示出的。空气的排出减少了容器40的初始压力P1,并有利地达到在盖10和容器40之间产生吸力的较低压力P2。
如图10和11中所示,由较低压力P2所产生的吸力形成与容器40的密闭密封50。密封50有利地将盖10保持在第二位置中并允许使用者将手移离盖10。较重边框部件14的重量W1通过将隔膜12充分伸展在唇缘42上来支持容器40的密闭密封。
参见图12和13,盖10被示出为密封容器40的替代实施例。盖10可以与具有等于或小于由边框部件14的内周边32所限定的直径D3(参见图2)的外径的任何圆形容器40一起来形成密封50。
如图14、15和16中所示,盖10可以与任何不平齐的或奇特造型的容器40一起形成密封50,该容器40具有等于或小于由边框部件14的内周边32所限定的直径D 3(参见图2)的构造。在这些替代实施例中,盖10分别密封立方体形容器40、椭圆形容器40、和玫瑰形容器40。

Claims (9)

1. 一种适于给容器提供真空密封的密封盖,包括:
硅树脂封闭隔膜,由柔性硅树脂隔膜制成,被较重的硅树脂边框部件所包围,适于将盖在容器上固定到位,以限定第一位置;该隔膜适于从第一位置被轴向压低到第二位置,以使容器被密闭地密封在较低压力下;该边框部件具有的重量显著大于隔膜的重量,适于将盖下压在容器上来支持密闭的密封。
2. 如权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,隔膜可以通过使用单手而从第一位置压低到第二位置。
3. 如权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,在第一位置的隔膜与唇缘所限定的平面近似地对齐。
4. 如权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,隔膜可以密封具有等于或小于边框部件的内周边的直径的尺寸的任何容器。
5. 如权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,隔膜和边框部件具有基本平坦的表面以使盖紧凑。
6. 如权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,隔膜具有大约为边框部件厚度1/4的厚度。
